Takai_desu_yo Arsenic and Old Lace? Next Play? hm. Nice title. Dare I ask what it's about? A pair of really nice elderly women that think they're doing misrible old men a service by killing them off. One of their nephews thinks he's Teddy Roosevelt, so he burries the "yellow fever victims" in the cellar (where he digs the Panama Canal). Another nephew is a criminal, who's partner--a plastic surgeon--changed his face to look like Boris Karloff ((can't wait to do the makeup for that one!)), and their third nephew is a dramatic critic that gets engaged to the daughter of the Reverend in the church next door. It's an insane play....but it's so funny. and fun to act in. (I'm the minister's daughter...funness). And since the old ladys are religious, as are the Reverend Harper and Elaine (me), we had a great excuse to discuss the bible in school...which turns out to be an amazing way to work Jesus into conversation....especially since the Christian population of the class is 7, compared to the class size of 30.....Drama is a real missions field sometimes. 3nodding

To everyone who posted encouraging words in my journal: thankyou! heart It was really encouraging to see so many people cared abotu what's going on in my life, and I think I needed those gentle reminders to rely on God first. thanyou all very much.

Might wanna post in the errors SubForum of Q&F if you are actually posting entrys sweatdrop did you know that that was the 1337th post?! eek the guild is l33t! or was until I posted sweatdrop and Rowena, there's no "journal" icon, so I guess Takai's right. ealier I couldn't get mine to update! it was horrible. but it got better. ^_^

I guess that works too... sweatdrop But I typically access My Friends Journals through the Journal listing, and By Friendslist, but in the Date entry, it says there is no entrys. Still may wanna ask a Mod what's up with that. But I'll remember to read it from now on 3nodding

But I'll remember to read it from now on 3nodding Gaia's been acting up in various places of the site, so it is understandable that things like that happen. Rowena doesn't have a "journal" button on her "profile bar" even though she has one. Also, I changed my signature a few days ago, but in this guild it still shows up the same way it was before I updated it. We can just go to the "questions and feedback" forums, and check out everything that's going wrong on the site. But Gaia is getting better, and I guess more fun, despite all the glitches and problems it is having. The mods can't fix every single thing as fast as we'd/they'd like. So nobody should say "Gaia sucks" or the like. First of all, this isn't a paysite ; they don't demand anything. Second, the mods and other people in charge of the site have their own lives to attend to. Third, all in all, it doesn't matter. As Christians, we should be most concerned with getting the Word out, and this site is just another place we can do that. ((thinks to herself)) . . . What the heck am I talking about?

Oh to to have internet again! GOOD SWEET MERCIFUL GOD THANK YOU!!
I was going crazy.......it was....terrible.
And actually, my journal seems to be working fine if I access it through a profile page from my mule.....
Hey....would you all mind praying that Western Washington gets dumped on? If it snows enough to close school (and they're already predicting that) we get another week worth or rehersal before our actual shows.

I start Classes for teh Spring Semester on Tuesday, which is all day classes. xp But I get my Student Loan on Wednsday! Hoo-Rah! And plus, I got to pick up all my School Supplies yesterday. The Director of teh Tech courses decided to go with one single book for all Automotive courses. That's a 15 lb book, ladies. and then theres the Shop Manual, which isn't quite as large, but it's still a pain. And my scholorship still doesn't cover getting me a backpack. The school store sells them for $60 gonk
