I figured I might as well eat something as well. I never knew if I'd be leaving later or not and I didn't feel like carrying pocket gold around to buy overpriced bar and inn prices for something to eat. I hoisted myself from the couch and strolled into the kitchen. Upon opening the Ice chest I removed a medium sized piece of salted chicken. then occupied myself with lighting the stove.

Enios looked curiously at the now eating Canabrial while he finished his fruit. His interest didn't last too long though, he had some sweets to demolish after all; said and done, Enios attacked with relish the inhuman amount of sugar that laid waiting on his plate.

I wonder if all of that sugar will catch up to him or not. Interesting as it would be I felt the need to fear for my houses safety if Enios, did indeed, have some sort of sugar explosion.

((Dunno where everybody else is... as for me college has reared its ugly head and I don't have as much spare time as before to stand in front of the computer... crying ))
In the blink of an eye every piece holding a little bit of glucose vanished as Enios ravenously devoured his just desserts, as he liked to call them. Afterwards, as he patted his satiated stomach and he happily basked in the sugar afterglow, he wondered what they were going to do for the day not managing even an ounce of disgust at the though of having to cross dimensions.

((same here school sucks. But I only go half a day in highschool))
Today...we had a full day ahead of us and I had no idea what I wanted to do.I figured I'd ask around. See what all of my guests had in mind. I didn't want to hassle them all with my wants and need before I gained a little of their friendship and trust. Twirling my hair with a finger I looked at Enios and spoke, "Is there anything you'd like to do today?"

Enios looked up at Canabrial happily and nodded enthusiastically.
"It'd be great if I could go to the market to stock up on some herbs... I'm low on reserves 'cause I've just ended a rather long journey... Don't know about the rest of the group though... If you'd prefer to start doing some preparations to look for your 'someone' around here I could manage too."

I shifted in my seat. I sorely wanted to talk to the woman from the otherside. To see what I was up against you could say. But she had disappeared long hours ago. I sighed. "We can work on the other thing when we get back."

Enios agreed easily and seeing as both of them had finished eating decided that they shouldn't waste time and sat up bouncing happily towards the exit.
"Let's go then! I'll finish in no time. I'm a frequent customer at the herb shops... Though, if you're coming with me you'll have to be careful or conceal yourself a bit, you're... rather flamboyant for the places I've in mind." he smiled mischievously as if aware of a secret he only seemed to know.

"Oh! No! Stabbed not! " Enios conceded easily. "Anything else I don't guarantee though... These people tend to think that anything that hasn't got stamped a big sign of 'PRIVATE PROPERTY, TOUCH AND DIE' in big neon letter in it is up to grabs; and I do mean that quite literally, both in the anything and the sign part." he huffed. "After trying a couple of times to sell me to a slave trader they learned the error of their ways concerning my property, so if you come and stay by my side there should be no problem. Besides, you look quite capable of defending yourself, bright coloured clothes or not."

I smiled. "I think a neon sign would suite me. But since we have such little time I'll just follow you." I could handle myself. For the most part anyway. I could handle myself against a small number. I would simply drown them where they stood, fill their lungs with water and freeze it there. Slow and painful, my personal favorite. "I will be back in a few moments." Standing, I departed for my bedroom to change.

Enios grabbed a piece of cake for good measure and after chomping it down in two bites and licking his fingers clean he went to the entrance of the house to wait for Canabrial. It was going to be a nice morning from the look of things. Even Babd thought so, as it was happily resting on Enios shoulders not fretting about anything. He took a curious look at the things decorating the house while he waited, wondering how it was possible for someone to accumulate so many bright and obviously rare trinkets.

I scavenged my closet for things inconspicuos. It was a fruitless search, well not completely. I pulled out some black suite type pants and slid them on. Shirts would be the difficult part. I settled for a royal purple light jacket type thing with fur lining the collar and sleeves. Warm, yet not sweltering. I slid on boots and continued downstairs, trailing my hand down the banister the whole way. It was cold and I liked the way it felt. Bounding out the door rather gracefully, I spun, "Ready?"

Enios loked upwards at Canabrial. He wasn't wearing what he would call incospicuous clothes, but it was rather toned down compared to what he was wearing the day before.
"You look good." he nodded as he opened the door. "Let's go then. I want to pick the freshest herbs and I'll have none left if we arive too late."
With short but quick steps he left the house happily whistling and thinking of all the supplies he could get without much hassle thanks to the presence of Canabrial.
