Oberon growled "then lets get our @sses out of this tower and to the inner city to do this bounty" she said holding up the paper she had unfolded while talking. "this is over half of your price, this is a 47 thousand gold bounty Bowie" she hissed

Bowie looked at her very seriously. "Don't you get it? I can't go into the city. I'm known too well in that city! Its YOU who has to collect the bounty money and that is if he doesn't use you to get to me BEFORE we raise up the gold!" His red eyes drifted sideways. "It would be fastest just to kill Fatso and bring her to him."

Oberon growled to herself cursing under her breath "if you arnt near me how long can you hide from Hayden" she asked her voice becoming cold as ice, her eyes were a gunmetal greyblue insdead of their normal sky blue, this was the fighter inside her in full view

Oberons eyes flashed and she brought up her knee into his stomach before pushing the male into the wall. She drew her blade and slammed her arm into his chest with her blade agenced his throat "DO YOU" she snarled

A sly smirk came across his face and a defiant look came to that smugness. "Do it. I DARE you. Right here right now. Right outside where Felicia can watch you." Of course he could have tried to have dodged her or even tried to have struggled. But he let his body be thrown about and now stared at her with such a cocky face and red eyes flashed. "Go ahead and kill me if you got the balls for it! Cause heaven knows, if you let me live, I will NEVER HESITATE to kill you. And not only will I not stop myself from killing you, but I will kill Fatso as well since my promise will be void once you're dead."

Oberon growled her mind clearing slightly "I have an idea Bowie, I can pay him off in bounties, Will he let me buy you now and pay off my debt in a different way" she said lowly, she had remembered her promise to protect Felicia with her life, and she had to protect Sianna as well, and for some reason, she wanted to protect Bowie as well

Bowie's eyes glared angerily at her. "The only other form of payment he accepts from anthros is servitude! AND I REFUSE TO HAVE YOU JOIN HIM!" Bowie was pissed off. Hayden was a pain in the neck to deal with.

Bowie immediately sprung into action so quickly it was as swiftly as the change in his mood. He moved to push the blade away from his throat, leaving a gash in his arm that used to push it away with, and then a slice across his throat, rather slim but drawing blood nonetheless. As his arm moved the blade, that hand grabbed her wrist, the other hand doing the same for her other wrist. His body shifted, slipping to the side and turning her to push her against the wall now.
"Oberon, you stupid stupid feline." His voice was now deep and low. His eyes were sincere and fierce. "If you ever think for one moment that I would ever let you take my place in that hell hole, you don't know me very well. I rather get my brains blown out then make you spend one minute in my life. You have someone who loves you. You have friends here. You know freedom and what it is to live like this."
A sigh escaped him. His expression softened a little. "Funny how this place changes you." His eyes grew sad but his face was stern. "Since there is not any other way for this to be done, I will return to Hayden." Bowie then seemed very gentle and he kissed her forehead. "Thanks Kitten for tryin'. You've tried more for me then any other person ever has for the rest of my life. Its been fun."
Fingers releasing her wrists, Bowie turned away and headed towards the exit and towards the city. He didn't walk with fury to run away from her. He didn't hang his head. He walked with pride and confidence.
