RP With Fiona and Sereg (posted from the thread)
Quote:
Footsteps belonging to bare feet lightly treaded over the grounds outside of the shop, brown eyes searching through the dim light of the half-full moon for any signs of life. Fiona enjoyed the quiet night, listening to the breeze brushing over the grass and through the trees. It was a perfect night for a walk around a new place.
Fiona thought she had heard something, but decided to consider it as merely another one of those night noises of the forest. She smiled as she hummed tunes to herself softly, her wings fluttering a bit behind her, glittering in the moonlight.
She sighed happily as she felt the quiet night relax her soul, but not enough to suppress her urge to dance. Picking up her rhythm, she began to skip and twirl out in dance, singing aloud a celtic song she had on her mind.
As I came down through Dublin City
At the hour of twelve at night,
Who should I see but a Spanish lady
Washing her feet by candle light.
First she washed them, then she dried them
O’er a fire of amber coal,
In all my life I ne’er did see
A maid so sweet about the sole.
Whack for the toora loora laddy,
Whack for the toora loora lay.
Whack for the toora loora laddy,
Whack for the toora loora lay.
She had ben oblivious to someone approaching until she actually heard the voice from the trees. She stopped her song and turned gracefully, her dress following in a flowing manner, sparkling as much as her wings did. Her amber-hued eyes fell upon what appeared to be an elf. She smiled sweetly to him and bowed her head in a manner of greeting.
"Was I? Oh, the tune. Yes, it's an old song that was handed down my family for many generations. Not the one I was just singing, but the one I had hummed before, of course." Her voice was as soft as the breeze that caressed the night, but soaked with the sweetness of honey. She giggled slightly and looked upon the handsome elf.
"My name is Fiona. Might I ask of your name?"
He's nervous. How cute! She thought to herself, smiling sweetly to him as he shook her hand. She giggled as he stumbled over his words, but kept her smile to assure him that it was quite alright.
"I understand. Sometimes it's difficult to meet people when no one is around."She spoke with such a flow that came from her learned social graces. "It's a pleasure to meet you, Sereg. You can call me Fi, if you wish." She smiled and idly twirled the end of one of her curls around her finger.
"And thank you. I'm glad you liked the song. I know many of them. The one I just sang is fun to dance to, being so upbeat."
Fiona had met many creatures before, but she had never truly met an elf. To see one was enough of a pleasure, but this one.....she could sense the woodlands heartbeat within him, just as she felt it through her baren feet so that her heart could unite in sync with it. And he seemed to admire her so.....he was actually making her blush. Her cheeks and nose brightened with redness, which only highlighted her freckles.
"You flatter me, sire." She couldn't help but address him by such a title, she was just so proper, "I sing what I know in my heart and the wind carries the tune. I am merely a vessel for the song that speaks to me."
Such praise for Mother Earth broadened her smile. Finally, someone else who could appreciate Nature as much as she did.
"How very true, dear Sereg." She spoke softly as she twirled happily, her dress floating around her as she caressed the grass with her bare feet, feeling its cool softness under her soles, "Nature provides us with so much beautiful music; the whisper of the wind, the trickle of a stream, and even the gentle waves made by the sea. All of it, music to calm our fragile souls."
It was strange, as long as the mix blooded elf had been there, he'd not seen much of anyone. He'd met a squirrel and that was about it.
Luckily the male had found his adopted siblings... and the terror of being completely alone was over.
Pacing the large almost endless feilds trimmed with trees around the borders, his deep purple hues showing deep in their wood elf blood, however, his long multi colored hair portrayed his nightelf atributes.
Hair tossed over his shoulder, hand lightly caressing the smooth locks in thought as his eyes caught hold of an odd sight.
A woman? what the heck was she doing out this late?!
Moving a bit closer, he let his long hair drift from his hand to behind him.

Moving closer to the now obvious butterfly, the elf felt an instant drawing to her. She was one of the many things he was used to seeing where he once lived. Oh how he loves cats and butterflies. Both ran his old city...
"Excuse me Miss?" He spoke softly, his purple hues fixed on her
Her voice was extremely beautiful, rolling through his slightly short pointed ears.
"You were.... humming something I think I knew." He smiled warmly.
Was he seeming like a complete weirdo that he asked this to a stranger? Wow.. he hoped he didn't come off as some strange thing.

Such an intoxicating voice she had! It almost gave him goosebumps alone just listening and letting his soul sink into her very tone. But once she stopped, his eyes fluttered from being rolled back in his head.
A bit embarassed, he laughed softly, rubbing his nose to act as if he was to sneeze instead of exposing his blush.
"It's beautiful..." He kept the last part of his comment to himself as he let a hand slip out to shake to the beautie's own.
"My name's Sereg... I'm kinda new, but not really since I've been here, but haven't seen many people around." He was talking too much! Oh god! Was he going to talk her ear off in a nervious wreck!?

He was so sucked into that beauty of the butterfly. It was just the woodland blood in his veins that drew him to the earthly creatures, and as a butterfly.. she was like a goddess... The butterflies were widely respected like the trees... so for him to find such... interest in her was nature itself.
Her light touch and sweet hadn slipping form his own, he kept a close eye on her fingers twirling the curled locks.
Haaair... he loved her hair <3
"It's gifted by a beautiful tone... you sing devine." He said gently, his hues locking into her own nearly endlessly warm ones.
He wanted to sigh and continue staring.. but wouldn't.. it was rude.
"Fi.." He let her name roll his lips softly for a moment.
"Beautiful... just, wonderful." He spoke in a drunken like daze.

Such a warm blush... sencereness in this butterfly. She was giving herself less credit then she deserved when it came down to herself. However, the title of 'sire' caught his attention a bit more on the curious side.
"Sire? Please.. just call me Sereg." He didn't feel the need of any titles when she spoke to him. He would be happy yo have his name being uttered by those lush pink lips.
"We're all vessels for nature, and song is nature." He spoke purely of his love for his mother earth and all her natural beauties. She was a huge blessing form his mother earth... so nice to know such beauty resided in a beautiful creature.
