((hey kenk just wanted to say I didn't do any of those things yaaaay...since I didn't know you were around (was in a seperate battle) and I left the building if you read one of my posts saying I didn't want to damage the building and piss off the mizukage))

Kenkaru {{ cool Leteracy have nothing to do with it, is more like this
1) You used a high level ice jutsu in a ******** office you know you could have killed a mass number of people including us all by destroying the walls and the roof ?
2) The post you guys are making are completly ignoring my post...
3) The ******** with that melting in the ground s**t, you know hoe long it takes to do that ? I am not jiraiya the moment you stared to melt I could have cut your head off, doing it instantaniuosly is the same as god mode.
common sense common sense...}} (TT.TT what post???... you could cut my head off yes but what is the point of doing so? you have no reason to do it other than prove a point and yes I came to this village but you act as if I am doing something bad I came to talk to one person not kill anyone))

Kenichi looked at the nin curiously then to the blade at his neck "so then I'm not permitted to leave?" he asked making sure he wasn't going to die from trying to leave the village he wondered for a second what the nin would say or even do to him or Genji 'He seems stronger than me I wont push it.. he thought waiting

{{Heh, that's not the point, the point is that a jutsu of that level will still do too much damage to the village itself.
I have no problem with ya Gaara...
and yes Dursa there is a point, my character personality and his form of acting would have led him to do so...
To solve this more easily...
C4 needs to think of the councequences of his jutsus before using them...
Durza needs to re-read the battle system and stop acting like Oroshimaru...cause the people here are not as pusy as the people that stand on Oroshimaru's path on the series...

Kasaki looked up at all the craziness at that had just happened before him to see one man with a sword to his neck and another man that had come to the rescue. Kasaki was curious as to what actually was happening, but he knew that his duty to his Mizukage was greater and immediately ran into the building yelling, "Mizukage-sama are you in here...I am sorry to bother you, but there has been an incident and I have come to report it."

Tsurugi cursed heavily and closed his eyes
"why, oh why does this always happen"
he looked up and saw the damage that was caused by the short fight, he deactivated his Jikangan and closed his eyes
"s**t, i wasn't able to stop him, not even the second time..."
he began to walk back to the building and jumped back up and walked to the place where Kenichi and the stranger still stood, he looked at the stranger and spoke with a calm tone in his voice
"i'm very sorry we interrupted it here, but i was persuing a man that tried to destroy a village twice, in kumogakure he almost killed a lot of civilians by creating a lot of monsters, and from better inspection i see that he placed a lot of exploding tags around the village here to ensure his escape.
on a side note i request that i can take this guy with me to kumogakure and bring him to court"
he looked at Kenichi and closed his eyes again
"if i think about it, it all seems very logical, this guy seems to have a connection with people with curse seals, and you have one. no wonder Raikage-sama sent me here instead of you"

Pandora raised her brow, honestly this meeting was getting more and more intersting as the seconds went by. Watching him put his cloack and slightly faded straw hat on she could help but wonder why this meeting was being cut so short, he had not even answered her question. But her thoughts were pushed aside as he explained that outside would interest them. Feeling a sense of anger come on for the fact that is was her office it was interupted once more by the male in the office.
Alarmed as he had his hands roaming around her she could say much because of shock. But as he continued she became comfortable with her position, closing her eyes she listened carefully to his words. Trying to gather information she seemed to frown soem at the word, seal. She was alarmed once more as the chair she sat in turned around quickly. Looking up almost skeptically she was about to ask a question but it was interupted by the sweet kiss that was placed on her lips. The next thing she knew was that he was gone outside and a fight had occured. Walking to the window shed leaned on a peice of metal watching from above, biting her lower lip from the kiss.
As thefight ended she shook her head almost confused by the stupidity of events. Looking at the boy who ran in she raised a brow,"What the ******** was that?" Taking the stone she threw it in the air and caught it repeatedly waiting for an answer.
