Joseph was busy eating and playfully prodding his sister Rachel, when his supernatural senses detected an object descending rapidly from above and headed directly for his head. Without skipping a beat, he reached out above his head to grab the falling sandal while continuing to carry on the conversation with Rachel. Once he finished talking, he smiled and looked down at the shoe.
"Well, what have we here...?" he said, glancing down at the sandal. "It appears some fair Cinderella has lost her shoe." Standing up and thumping his chest purposefully, he held the shoe above his head, staring up at it while posing dramatically. "I vow upon my life that I shall return this shoe to the delicate foot on which it belongs!"
Rachel simply rolled her eyes at her brother, who seemed to be enjoying this ruse far too much. Oh well, she thought. At least it'll keep him out of my hair for a little while. Joseph, for his part, had already begun looking around for a likely candidate for the shoe to have come from, finding the girl Seira lightly asleep in the trees just above them.
"Excuse me, sis..." Joseph said as he begun to lightly climb up the tree, making sure to tread quietly. "My princess awaits." Once he had reached the branch just under the one Seira was napping on, he steadied himself by leaning against the trunk of the tree as he gingerly took the girl's foot in one hand, gracefully sliding the sandal back on with the other and stroking the arch of her foot lightly as he did so in an attempt to rouse the girl from her slumber.
"My fair Cinderella!" he called out to Seira, smiling brightly and sending out gentle waves of his charisma power toward the girl. "Your prince has arrived, returned with your lost shoe! I believe, according to the story, you owe me a kiss." Joseph climbed halfway up to the next branch, flashing his best smile and holding his hand out to the girl.
((Note on Joseph's power: it's supernatural charisma. He uses it to get people to pay attention to him and to be instantly well-disposed toward him. It's not as harsh or as noticeable as mind control [or as powerful], and in most cases, the person he's using it on isn't even aware that he's doing anything at all. It's a natural ability for him. Just so you know how to color your response.))

Rivera walked slowly back to the picnic grounds, her knees still shaking a bit. Possession was something she for sure never wanted to encounter again. It drained her strength so quickly... he didn't even really need to possess her. If he even tried, she would be weakened easily... It was only luck that he didn't notice this strategy. She would have to be careful next time. The moment she was under the tree, her knees buckled under her and she fell, sitting in the grass with her back against the tree.
"It's okay, Ki-kun... You're not expected to know the ways of the assassin... It's not common knowledge for you to remember..." Never startling your stalker was a basic rule of an assassin, probably one of the rules in the preliminary chapter. It was a fundamental that if one forgot, they had no honor or skill and no right to call themselves an assassin.
"Thank you for bringing me back..." She rubbed her eyelids gently, her other hand still holding Kira's.

After failing at the game stands he sighs, putting his hands behind his head, he was in a bit better mood, yet stood and looked around, a small smile on his face. Even though he lost he had some fun, that awkward kind of fun that kids have, even when they lose. He looked around, now not bothered by the couples and groups of friends here at the event, he walked back up to the picnic area and looked around, before sitting, running his hands through the grass. He leaned backwards, putting his hands behind his head and looking up at the clouds. "Heh, Suppose some risks really are worth it."

After returning onto the scene, her bag of coins just a bit lighter than before, Tomoro rubbed her eye... she was still a bit sleepy. Bringing her hand up to her small mouth, she yawned a bit, and then closed her eyes, stumbling around in her tall sandals for a bit. For a split second, she even lost her balance, almost collapsing onto the ground onto a couple talking excitedly, but she quickly caught herself and instead faked a bow, her cheeks flushing a slight red. "Ah... I'm sorry!" She said quickly, bowing her head, her mane of silver hair flowing over her eyes and neck. With that, she stood back up, and headed directly to her spot before observing a scene happening quite close to her...
There was that girl from the greenhouse she had seen before, one she had cooperated with when a little child was tormenting the plants. She remembered her... as for the other people, an older boy who looked like he was related to the girl was hitting on another girl in a tree... typical of boys that age. They just couldn't control themselves. Pushing her hair behind her shoulders, Tomoro decided to ignore the scene for now and instead headed back to her picnic area, where the boy she had seen before was now sitting. Letting out a soft sigh, she walked past him and sat onto her blanket, opening up her bento and squarely breaking her chopsticks apart, digging into her lunchbox for something to eat. She sure was hungry...

"So how were the games?" A small smile on his face he leaned his head back, waiting for her answer. After seeing that she was eating he looked back up towards the sky, she probably wouldnt answer for a bit, or at least until she was finished with what was in her mouth already. He held a hand up, sighed, and then sat up, holding his hand out, palm up, mumbling a few words, a small stream of fire shot from his palm and then turned into a small ball of fire, before dissipating, if only he had a liquid, might have some fun with one of his water spells.

Kira had been supporting Rivera and made sure that when her knees buckled and she fell, that it was a painless drop. He sat down by her and looked around. He heard Rivera's words about the ways of an assassin and sighed. "I get the feeling that if I don't learn these ways... I may end up putting you in harm's way again..." He said quietly. He snapped his fingers once, causing his guitar to float through a dark vortex once more. He started playing a slow gentle tune as he thought.
Kira had first met Rivera at a time she was either unaware of, or hadn't let him know she knew of. On that occasion, he had taken over Kuro's body as he was still just an alternate persona. They had fought and he had ultimately beaten her. Instead of killing her there he actually took her to the hospital to let her heal. They met again at her birthday party, to which he had accompanied Kuro. He ultimately asked her to the picnic where they were now.
The Crimson Decadia had been a taxing experience on both of them. Rivera had been impaling herself and Kira had been going without sleep for the whole experience. He had tried to find a way to get her to snap out of the strange trance the Decadia put her in. Then the star tests had had both of them in rather bad shape, however Rivera was worse and needed surgery. Afterward they were pursued by Shinku, then Saraneth. Now Saraneth had tried to harm them again.
As he finished thinking about all the things he and Rivera had been through, his guitar playing slowed, then stopped. He sighed and took an eggroll from the bento. Trouble seems to follow her... He thought as he took a bite from the eggroll. But I won't let her be hurt anymore... He concluded. It was time he found out where Kleptos resided. He wanted to finish it. If Kleptos dies... The hit out on Rivera and myself will be null and void... An assassin doesn't kill if there isn't any money in it... He concluded as he finished his eggroll.

Ash sat on the edge of the picnic area, trying to look her best in the cheap yukata her mother had made for her. She'd been attending Ria for an entire week now, and had yet to make a single friend. Of course her mother had suggested she go to the festival, assuming that she'd meet someone else alone there. And now she was stuck in a crowd of people who all seemed to be friends with each other, and had no interest in befriending her.
But then again, what did she expect? This was her third school transfer. She'd never stayed in one place very long, and her social skills suffered because of if. I'll probably always be an outcast...
She stood and brushed herself off, getting more and more annoyed by the minute. I might as well just go to bed. Nothing is going to happen here, and if it did, it wouldn't involve me anyway.

Seira slowly arose from dreaming when felt something lightly brush against her foot. She was still in a soft daze as her golden eyes meet the gaze of the young man standing in front of her. Who was this blonde haired strange? She had know idea but... at the same time she felt so drawn to him... why? She just couldn’t seem to look away from him almost feeling like she was being swallowed up in his eyes. Slowly she reached out towards Joseph’s out-stretched and gently placed her hand in his.
A icy chill shot through Seira’s body as her mind registered the feeling of touch. Violently snapping back to her senses overloaded by a driving sense of fear. After witnessing the murder of her parents, she never spoke why but Seira no longer trusted anyone. That distrust lead to her closing off her heart to the people around her which then further developed into fear and to rejection any form of human contact.
Jerking her hand away from Joseph’s she tried to back away, but suddenly her body started to go numb. Her mind slipped... the last thing she heard was Wisp calling out her name...then suddenly everything went dark. “Miss Seira!!!” The tiny little blue haired android exclaimed in great shock as she quickly grabbed onto the sleeve of Seira’s kimono, futilely try to keep the girl from falling. “Aaaaaa!!! Don’t just stand there blondie Help me!”
( xd I almost laughed myself silly writing the first part. Sorry it took so long Misao.)

Rivera listened to what she could hear of his music. Her hearing eventually came back bit by bit until she regained all of it. She could almost hear what he was thinking in the way he played. The music was so beautiful... she could never play an instrument that way. Her songs were without emotion so she wouldn't let out her mind, so she could restrain herself forever, to be hardened. She wanted freedom, but to live her life without losses following losses surround in catastrophe, she had to lock her emotions away, only letting glimmers of it pass through.
"If you were born from Kuro... then... do you remember our first meeting?" She seemed to read his mind. "I believe... that one of us, or both, knew that this would happen... it was no coincidence that you let me live... and it was no coincidence that I didn't fight until I passed out..." She remembered spending endless hours with Usagi, calculating the ratio for Fate. It was a ridiculously hard process to incorporate every particle of the Chaos Continuum and the counter balance of the Order Continuum. Really, there was no such thing as coincidence. It was only the inevitable.
"Did you have the resolve to kill me back then? Did you want to? I didn't think Kuro's fate was to be death by my hand..." She found enough strength to turn to him, gently kissing him on the lips.

Joseph reeled back in slight surprise as the girl jerked back from his touch. It wasn't that jarring, though - in truth, he'd been through this same sort of thing numerous times with countless girls. Reacting quickly to the danger, he jumped to another branch of the tree, balancing precariously as he swept the girl up in his arms. Once she was securely in his grasp, he leapt gently down to the ground, cradling her close to his body as he knelt down following the landing.
"I guess I poured it on a little thick this time," Joseph chuckled to himself as he laid the girl down carefully on the ground. He ran a hand through his hair, looking off into the distance. "I tend to have that effect on girls every once in a while." Looking back at Wisp, he gave a short wink and a smile.
Rachel rolled her eyes again, standing and walking over to Joseph. Her arms were folded, and she looked completely bored and utterly unamused with her brother's antics. "Get over yourself," she said, nudging him sharply with her elbow. "We should get this girl some water or something."
Joseph nodded to his sister, still all smiles. "Of course, of course," he said, waving her off. "It is my responsibility as the prince to make sure Sleeping Beauty is safe until she awakens from her slumber, after all." With that, Joseph immediately set about getting some water for the girl to try to get her to wake up.
"Oh god..." Rachel muttered, shaking her head and going back to her meal. He could at least stop mixing fairy tale metaphors...

Koichi roamed into the picnic area, his hands in his pockets and a pair of dark shades over his eyes; although he'd seen Kana not to long ago, he decided to dye his hair. Now, it was a dark brown color -almost black- with his spiked bangs being bleeched at the tips; he looked the same, otherwise. He had a red tootsieroll pop in his mouth, the white paper stick jutting out, slightly hanging down at an angle -he had an orange one in his pocket, too- as his eyes scanned the students there.
He continued walking through the grass, the blades sinking under his sneakers and brushing up against the sides; the petals were also dancing around him as they fell, just as they were everyone else. C'est beau, he thought to himself, moving the pop to the otherside of his mouth with his tongue. Now, where is she.... he continued on, weaving around the groups of people that had already accumulated in the area.
[I'M BACK!!!! xD oh, and maybe Kana should cheat on him; not REALLY, but accidentally. Why? I don't know. I'm in one of those fight->make up and appologize moods o.o. it would suck if that was what I said his hair color was already... :goes back to check:]

[DOOM. D=]
Kana entered the picnic area once more, sipping at the drink she'd gotten from the stand. It really was very good, and it was wonderful that it had been free. Though, for some reason, her ears kept drooping. She blinked a couple times, looking around at all the happy couples, and then let out a sigh before she could stop herself. The strong smell of cherry blossoms was blocking her sense of smell partially and, since she also though he was still busy somewhere, she didn't even think to look for Koichi here. She continued walking until she arrived away from everyone else, at one of the last threes farthest away. Here she let herself collapse at the base, back to the tree, as she continued slowly sipping away at her drink.
Meanwhile, a male with long black hair and dark, almost black eyes had entered the area as well, gazing around with a rather bored expression. His two wolf ears were perked to attention and his tail was swishing slowly behind him as his gaze narrowed into a glare. "A picnic? Keh, what a waste of time. I need a girl..." he muttered irritably. But his eyes widened slightly as he caught a familiar scent and peered through the trees to one far off. "It's that... girl..." he mumbled to himself, a smirk spreading across his face. Then he gave a small chuckle and approached her from behind, moving silently so he wouldn't be detected. Once he'd arrived at the tree, he reached around, running a claw along the scar he knew was on the girl's back.
Kana's body jolted in alarm and then she shuddered almost violently, her drink falling from her grasp and rollig away, spilling all it's contents into the grass. Though, before she could jump up, the male had already circled around and was crouching in front of her. She pressed her back against the tree, leaning as far away from him as she could manage, but he had one hand pressed on either side of her head, trapping her in place so she couldn't roll to either side.
"Hey there," he smirked, leaning in so his face was just a couple inches from hers. "How've you enjoyed your little time away from home so far?" Then he paused, finally taking a second to actually look at her. Her eyes were wide in alarm, hair spread messily around her head, probably from where she'd pressed back against the tree. Upon further inspection, he discovered she was actually trembling. "Hey now, I haven't done anything to hurt you..." he said with another smirk as he leaned in a little closer, so their noses were almost touching. Actually, she looked a little attractive up close, even if she was a neko... Maybe they could have done other things besides just attacking her. He licked his fang and watched her a moment in silence.
"Wh-wh-what are you doing here?" Kana asked, voice near a whisper with her fear. She recognized this one. He had always been right in the thick of things, and it was proven as he'd known the location of her scar without a second's hesitation. Her eyes darted around, but he still had his hands on either side of her head, keeping her in place, and she couldn't press back against the tree any farther either. She mentally shouted at herself for moving so far away from everyone else. And to make matters worse, she was even on the opposite side of the tree so they were likely out of view.
He had noted both of these facts as well and his smirk seemed to grow even broader. "Come on, kitty cat," he murmured lowly, leaning even closer. "Let's have some fun..." Without a second's warning, he'd suddenly reached forward, grabbing her tightly and pulling her firmly to him, and at the same time had pressed his lips hard against hers as his eyes closed. He felt her squirming and also noted a rather strange wind spring up around them, but didn't open his eyes. He could feel her hair wipping around the two of them though, yet still didn't pull back or release her.
Kana had actually created a strong wind, trying to pry the two of them apart, but he was too close and she couldn't manage. There wasn't a single bit of space between them to try pushing air into to get him again. He was holding her much too tightly. The end result was a whirlwind of hair around the two of them, catching the cherry blossoms and spending them spiraling through the air around them. Kana didn't realize though, as her eyes were tightly clamped shut as she tried to push him away, but he'd pinned her arms at her sides. He was on his knees with her in front of him and he leaning slighlty over her as he held tightly.

[Just cuz i was away didn't mean you had to be mean and write all that. Just kidding, don't worry]
Koichi whirled around, feeling a momentary change in the direction of the wind. A smirk played on his lips as he saw the whirlwind of petals. She must know I'm here, he thought to himself, figuring she was luring him over to her without having to approach him; maybe she was playing a game like most of the other people, and couldn't exactly leave without disrupting everyone.
Either way, he started towards the floating petals, the lollypop stick still dangling from his mouth as he fiddled with the other one in his pocket. He seemed to have quickened his step once he'd seen the wind, but he didn't really notice; he just wanted to see Kana's reaction to his new hair. Hope she'll like it, he bit his lip, as though suddenly afraid she'd hate it. He walked on for a few more moments until he was in front of the tree the two people were in front of, stopping short as his eyebrows fowarded[is that a word?], cocking his head ever so slightly to the side; those were definitely not Kana's legs.
He slowly started -rather hesitantly- around the right side of the tree. He suddenly stopped, facing the two of them, his eyes wide. His hands were out of his pockets by now, since he figured maybe he'd need them, and if they were in his pockets it'd be useless. His mouth- which had been gaped open for a moment- flattened itself into an almost straight line as his eyes narrowed dangerously down at the male who seemed to have plastered himself on top of Kana.
Koichi turned his head, lowering his gaze to the side as his fingers curled themselves, forming tight fists which seemed to turn his knuckles white. He closed his eyes for a moment as he forced out a cough, signaling that he was there; he wanted to know what the male would say before Koichi's foot came anywhere near him. This guys is going to die... he thought, jealousy coursing themselves through his veins, enflaming his senses with anger.

Wisp stared at Joseph with an almost dumbfounded look on her face. “Is he always this odd miss?” The little android asked looking toward Rachel, not being able to think of any other way to describe him. The girl seem to level-headed one of the two.
While Joseph was away getting some water Wisp tended to Seira. “Miss Seira....” Placing her tiny hands on Seira’s looking over her concernedly. “Miss Seira...,” she shook the girl’s hand lightly “Miss Seira can you hear me? Please wake up! Miss Seira.” The little ‘droid continued to plead... then finally the girl began to stir.
Managing to slowly sit up, still very much in a daze, Seira tried to figure out where as she looked down at Wisp asking her something in sign language. But when Joseph approached again she snapped back to her senses. She wanted to run but when she tried to stand, she found her legs refused to move. Scared, she did the only thing she could, she covered face with her sleeves as she sat there trembling.
Wisp, though as tiny as she way, stood bravely in front of Seira. “Look what you did... Miss Seira is very timid around people! You’re scaring her... you... you Big Bully! ”

The male paused for a moment, ear twitching as he heard someone cough. He pulled back slowly, blinking a couple times as a cherry blossom darted in front of his face on the strong wind. He cast Kana a glance, who still had both her eyes shut tightly, and then looked back towards Koichi. "Who the hell are you?" he muttered, not too happy about having been interrupted.
Kana's ears perked as well, as she felt the wolf demon finally pull away. She took in a huge breath of air, having forgotten to breathe through her nose in her panic, and then looked over as well. She stared at Koichi in an almost stunned silence, her face red and her eyes filled with tears soon to fall. "K-K-Koichi...?" she whimpered quietly, seeing how angry he looked. She quickly shut her eyes again, feeling it was her fault and that he'd be mad at her.
She let out a startled cry as the male turned back to face her again, his nose touching hers just barely as his eyes narrowed. "If you move, I will hunt you down," he promised in a harsh whisper, speaking too quietly for Koichi to hear. Then he stood, leaving Kana at the base of the tree once again shaking in fear, her arms covering her head. He took a couple steps away from her and faced Koichi, smirking again as he reached into his jacket and pulled back with a dagger in hand. His other hand was tensed, claws ready. He definitely sensed Koichi's anger, and wasn't going to let his guard down. He narrowed his eyes, baring his fangs. "Where the hell do you get off, interrupting us?" he snarled.
