well in the book it said it was so she could move quickly, and with loads of zombies after her i think it was a good idea. saying the outfit is bad is wrong. it may have been impractical. i still like it

Well, your friend's wrong. It's a common misconception. It's two kanji (strange/odd + attitude/manner) put together, loosely translated as "abnormal" which can be led to mean "perverted." You can't describe somebody as "hentai." Words like "sukebe" and "ecchi" are used to say that someone's a pervert. I'll shut up now.

I love rebbeca...but now that i've found out that jennifer love huitt(spelling?) is getting the role of her in either the 3rd or 4th movie...i'm a bit dissapointed...she better do a freeking good job...

Eh. I've seen a parody where Hewitt stars in "the boob whisperer" instead of the ghost whisperer. I really hope you just heard this and it's not true.. Outrage! She could never be as cute.
