Zuka looked to her after feeling the bite. The bite that most lusted over in their dreams. He felt the sensation that sill ran through his neck and down his body. He loved it. It made him feel good, but sadly it had to come from a women. As he looked at her, he tried to picture a male vampire as her. If she was a male she would be perfectfor him to be around all the time. Not in a love way, but more in a sexual way. No instead she had to be a female. One that didn't turn him on at all except her bite.
Flicking his tail behind him, he shooke his head slightly before touching his fingers lightly onto the toothmarks. "Very enjoyable I must say though it does make me a bit angry to get something taken from me. Especially by a women, but I won't fret since I don't care. I get over things easily and this is one of them." He then moved his hand away from his neck and slowly licked the blood from his fingers. "Now I must depart since I have a mission that needs to be done. This is only delaying it." He told her as he walked back through the door in which they entered. His form pressed on into the forest and towards the house in which Hide was at slowly.

Gwen followed, just far enough that she was out of the door. She closed it behind her and went in a different direction. She wanted a shower and she wanted one badly. So, she let him go, didn't even try to see where he went, she went to her own affairs.

~Zuka sees the mark and gives back some of Akemi's emotions~
Akemi walked through the woods towards her home, which was a tree in the middle of the woods. She couldn't stay anywhere else since they all thought she was a killer. She wasn't though, but nothing phased her in the slightest way. She was still a shell of what she use to be when Zuka was in her body. She never was a walking zombie with no emotions. She could at least feel the slightest pain, but it was true that she had no emotion. Though it was only partially right. She use to have every emotion except one. Love.
Zuka seen the girl walking beneath his feet as he sat up in a tree. The smell of blood was on her and he didn't like it one bit. "Go out hunting or did you cut yourself?" He asked, but didn't give her time to answer. He then jumped out of the tree and landed before her. Putting an arm on her shoulder, he narrowed his red eyes on her with all intentions of hurting her. "You have another scent mixed in with that blood." He stated knowing it was another anthro that had a hold of her.
The hybrid female nodded and her wings twitched slightly at his words. "I was talking with someone and he carved something into my back." She simply said curling her tail around her waist and looking to Zuka.
Zuka thought for a moment before turning Akemi around, eyeing up the crescent moon etching she had on her back. "Heh...oh well at least it's not a scar on my body." He simply said before turning her around again to face him. "So tell me.....do you still feel no emotions?" He asked wondering if she got at least one of them back since that is what was suppose to happen.
Akemi shooke her head in response to him. Her icey huess blinking every few minutes showing that she didn't really feel much inside. It was like she was dead, but still walking around.
Zuka laughed before pulling Akemi closer to him and put his lips next to her ear. Spilling out some words in Archaic Egyptian, he moved away from her and began to walk back into the darkness of the woods. With a smirk covering his face.
Akemi heard the words and fell to the ground immediately. "What....what did you do to me!?" She screamed a bit before feeling a sudden rush of emotions flood her body. She didn't understand how he could do such a thing, but it appeared he still knew his Egyptian curses and spells. Looking around, she didn't know what she could do, so she curled up by a tree and shut her eyes. Her heart was racing and her mind was filled with so many things it was about to explode. Her body began to shake a bit as she tried to fall asleep.

At the dragons words Aspen had straightened up a little, and removed his back from the tree, and shifted slightly over to the dragon, but only very slightly, he was trying to listen, but.. The voice made him jump, that had been rather unexpected.. he was used to hearing people before they stepped out, but he'd missed this one alltogether, and he stepped back, away from him a couple of steps, almost stumbling as he tried to move faster than he was really ready to. This one.. definately wasnt quite sane in his cognition... Aspen couldnt really think of a responce to the.. what was he..? Some kind of canine maybe..? Well, regardless, he couldnt think of what to say.. okay.. the rodent thing might have been mostly accurate, but it still seemed highly derogatory.. but this was definately not a situation where pride should be defended.. Aspen wasnt convinced he wanted to know how he tasted, instead he just backed up a little bit more, he would have fled.. but he wasnt really at his most calm just now.. this had to be who Mitsuji had been waiting for.. and that worried him intensely.. he'd flee.. as soon as he could make his legs obey him.. he hated fear...

Mitsuji's eyes never left the form of the jackal that appeared from behind a tree. "You must be Zuka..." He growled and grew a bit worried since the much taller male was nearing Aspen. He didn't want him to be hurt since it was his battle, but he knew this Zuka well. He liked to take advantage of someone's weakness and Mitsuji's was they fact he liked to protect people. It was a major fault in his personality since he would die to protect a person. "Get away from him you disgusting thing! I'm the one you want...he is nothing more then a person who was passing by." He growled once more, before holding his sword up in the air and moved closer to Zuka. He lied for once since he had to. He didn't know if Zuka seen them talking and dind't care since he would do anything he could to not let Aspen die.
Zuka laughed nearly hysterically at the dragon's words. "Yeah I'm Zuka." He stopped and eyed Aspen for a moment before looking back to Mitsuji. "Disgusting!? Have you looked in the mirror lately? Your ugly and something as ugly as you shouldn't be breathing air. A brother to that filth that should of died awhile ago. You yourself should of been dead that night I sliced you." He growled before quickly moving up to Aspen and pulling his body against his own. He took that oppurtunity to do that since he liked to catch others off guard. He put one hand on the male's chin while the other was draped down over his shoulder and resting on his chest. "Now look what we have here..." He smirked before licking Aspen's neck lightly. "What will you do now, Mitsuji?" He said in a cocky tone of voice.

Aspen wasnt exactly a wilting flower, he never had be, he'd lived alone, he'd lived with others, in the family he had now and out in the world, sleeping in tree's, and there was danger where there were no walls to keep you safe.. and this.. this.. Zuka was it? Well, he was definately danger incarnate. He shuddered away from the lick to his neck, nossing his head slightly to free his chin from the jackals grasp. "Dont pull me into this." he stated firmly, pushing himself back using the jackals shoulder for leverage. "I dont care what happens here.." He backed off a couple more steps.. "This is nothing to do with me.. I'm no wilting flower waiting to be saved.." His tone was totally different to any thathe had had cause to use around people at theshop before, it was harder, cooler, with more of an edge to it, and his face was darkened with a frown.. Needing to pull others in from the sideline wasnt a very sporting way to play it, not that he thought for a moment the Jackal was a fair player.. but still.. he continued toback away, his eyes staying on Zuka for the moment, the dragon didnt need to be distracted any by a gaze drawing his attention.

Mitsuji watched everything with more liking of Aspen then before since he could take care of himself against the evil ones. Though he didn't know how Zuka would take that shove. He might lash out on Aspen with his claws or do something even worse. "Your words mean nothing to me. You forget that I don't feel any type of pain." He muttered with a growl before stepping in front of Aspen and pointing the sword in Zuka's face. "He is right. He has nothing to do with this." He growled before sliceing downward across Zuka's arm to give him a warning that he wasn't afraid to hurt him.
Zuka growled slightly when he felt himself be shoved away and then the slash on his arm made it worse. Did he just get sliced? By a lesser being? This was rich. He curled his tail at his side and narrowed his eyes now on Mitsuji and his blood-stained sword. "So you slice me and think I would back down?" He laughed before moving back a bit. He thought of how he would approach Mitsuji without being sliced again. He didn't have a weapon and the dragon had two. His tail and the sword. If he could somehow get the sword he would be fine and if he couldn't, he could try something else.

Aspen backed off further, then, and more swiftly. He wasnt that likely to be the focos of this any more he decided, and it really couldnt hurt to try and get out the way, he turned his back on the pair as the Jackal spoke, his skin was covered in goosbumps, that wasnt a comfotable situation to have found himself in, oh no not at all, and now that he'd calmed again, the rush of adrenaline he'd felt upon being grabbed wearing away progressively, he shivered, that could have gone so much worse.. if Mitsuji haddnt stepped in then it could have gone a lot worse in fact.. He continued to walk, quite quickly away.. he would stop... his sense of curiosity wasnt enough to just let him walk straight away, even if he wanted to.. He'd worry about his friend if he didnt see at least some of the outcome... Acting indifferent haddnt been that easy.. not when he was worried for somone.. he could understand why the dragon didnt want to care.

Mitsuji glanced back seeing Aspen moving away before glaring back at Zuka. It was sad that he never got a moments rest to even talk or make friends with anyone. He didn't want them to get hurt at all. "No." He simply said still with a growl. His sword still was pointed at the male, but this time it was more towards Zuka's heart. He didn't know why, but he felt the urge to put his sword away and just let the male take him. It would be quite cowardly, so that was the only thing stopping him from committing that act. "Leave or fight. It's your choice." He muttered as he rose his tail up at his side ready to strike.
Zuka smirked as he watched and listened to Mitsuji before eyeing Aspen's leaving form. "Aww your boyfriend is leaving..." He laughed finding it funny that the dragon would actually have a realtionship, let alone a friend. He didn't pick which one he planned to do, but instead was going to show it. In a quick move, he ducked down and punched Mitsuji hard right in the stomach. He then opened his fist as he laid on the male's stomach and dug his claws deep into the dragon's flesh. "Oops I broke your lovely tan skin..." He was ready to be slashed after this, that is if the dragon could withstand what he had done.

Aspen chose not to look back at the comments he heard the Jackal spouting, he didnt need to make this any worse... he already had to accept that he wasnt really going to be much use here.. He did mutter a quiet "He's not.. my boyfriend.." Through slightly clenched teeth anyway.. could people not understand friendship..? Raine was just as bad... If the two were going to fight then he would serve the dragon better by keeping well out of the way of things and not getting under foot.. so that was what he did, a few paces more and he sent himself bounding up a tree, ignoring the coat for once, and settled himself on one of the lower branches.. he could see but was low enough to easilly drop into a run without being hurt or hindered. he looked back.. and what he saw would have turned his stomach had he not been expecting to see somthign of the like.. blood and violence.. he didnt like them, but he wasnt delicate enough to be actually sickened physically by them.. just..a little scared and very unnerved.. He'd just have to stay out of the way and hope for the best.. "Dont die.." He mumbled..

Mitsuji growled in slight pain from Zuka's puncture wound. In response, he slashed his sword across Zuka's arm and thrusted his tail forward. It snaked underneath the male before making contact with his body hard. Making him fly back and into a tree. Keeping his sword unsheathed, he pointed it in the direction that Zuka was at and he could feel the blood trail down his stomach. "Why can't you just leave everyone in my family alone?" He muttered with a slight flick of his tail trying not to show any indication that the wound was hurting.
Zuka flew into a tree with a thud. Growling heavily, he slowly rose to his feet and put his hand over the cut on his arm. "Just a scratch that I will have Akemi lick clean." He laughed as his red eyes narrowed on the dragon as he felt a tremendous pain in his chest from the dragon's tail making contact with it. "Feh...I will get you later when you least expect it." He muttered before walking away and disappearing into the darkness of the forest since he needed his weapon in order to fight Mitsuji.
The red dragon watched him leave and walked back over to the tree he was sitting against before any of this happened. He plopped down on the ground and put his sword at his side. He felt like he failed in killing the jackal, which wasn't a good thing for him. "Useless..." He muttered blinking his white eyes slightly as his head rested against the trunk of the tree. He shut his eyes not knowing if Aspen left or not, but he wouldn't blame him if he did.

Aspen waited a couple of seconds after he had seen the Jackal disappear into the trees again before he slipped off the branch he had been settled on and down to the ground again.. Mitsuji seemed.. okay.. hurt for sure.. but okay.. that was another scar he'd bear it seemed.. With easy steps, trying to make a little noise as he walked this time he made his way over to the Dragon, stopping a little distance from him, only a metre or so, he crouched down and tipped his head to the side.. "Mitsuji..?" he asked quietly... "I'm sorry if I caused you any trouble today.." he shifted sligtly closer and knelt down on the ground.. "How badly are you hurt...? Should you wrap it..?" He was worried and it showed slightly in his voice, but it wasnt over done.. just worry.. no huge rush of sympathy.. because that wasnt always an emotion other people appriciated.

Mitsuji opened his eyes and let his white hues gaze upon Aspen who was before him. Why was he helping him? Is this what friendship was? What would happened if he was betrayed again? He would never be able to trust anyone ever again if that happen thought he didn't know if he could trust someone right now. "You didn't cause me trouble. I had that coming eventually and I need to fight him when he has a weapon. It would be a much fairer battle." He nodded slightly before looking down at his stomach only to see a few holes with blood draining from them. "My wound isn't that bad. It's only a scratch." He told him simply.
"I don't have anything to patch the wound up anyway." He said not sure he had anything that would be able to patch it up. He couldn't use his coat or anything else he had on him. Picking up his katana, he sheathed it on his hip again and curled his tail around his waist. "Is this what friendship is?" He asked and never experienced it before.

"I think thats what you could call it," Aspen said with a smile, brushing one side of his coat back as he picke dup the bottom the wrap he wore, it was long enough, down almostto his ankles, and he easillly tore a stripup one side of it to above his knee's.. The fabric culred and folded as it hung, so it wouldnt really be missed over all, and nore would the few shorter strips he tore from the bottom. He folded the shorted ones into patches and held them out ot the dragon.. "Its cant hurt to be careful now, can it.." he stated, "Hold them over th ewounds and we'll fix them in place with this one.." He gestured at the longer one.. "I view you as a friend.. you stood up for me today and I enjoy your companny.. I think thats definately a good start to a friendship at any rate.." he smiled slightly. "Come on though, lets get you patched up.." He was happy enough that he haddnt been shoo'd away by the dragon.. it was nice to think that he might well actually befriend him..

Mitsuji watched as he tore some cloth off his skirt or whatever it was he wore. He could of healed up just fine without all the patching up, but he wouldn't push Aspen away. He wasn't rude like that unless it was in order to save the squirrel's life. "I didn't know since I never had a friend before. Never really got close to anyone and I think you know why. That little action tonight was a prime example of it." He said as he let out a small sigh with the tip of his tail flicking in the air beside him.
"It might take me longer to view you as a friend since I rarely trust people." He said in a faint voice before taking the patches off Aspen and places a few over the wholes on his stomach. "I don't say these words often because I don't believe they are necessay, but....thank you." He said not liking that he said thank you to someone.
