Mii walked up to the rooftop through the seemingly endless stairs. She had to slightly struggle to the door open because of the gusting wind from outside, but once it was opened, the wind threw back Mii's black hair, along with her hat.

Phew She thought as she went to fetch her hat that fell behind her. Luckily it didn't fall down through the stairwell. Walking out into the chilly weather, she tightly wrapped her coat around her. She could see the water vapour leave her mouth with every breath.

Although chilled by the strong wind, she was also calmed by the smooth coolness of it as well. Seeking more wind, she climbed up the small elevated sections of the roof, allowing Mii to overseek most, if not all, of the High School's campus.

Rosette stood on the roof and looked over the campus.
"Wow..." she thought aloud. "This place is so cool!!" She grinned and rushed to the edge of the roof, peering down the side of the building. Students walked to and from classes.
"Oh boy!" she laughed. "I wonder if there are any really cute boys here!" she jumped up and down excitedly, then her foot got caught on the side of the roof and she fell off the side.
Thanks to her quick reflexes, she was able to hold on to the side, but her arms got scratched up by the wall and she couldn't pull herself up. "Help!" she cried. "Someone, please!"

Issac walked onto the rooftop, a small mocha in his hand. He looked around and didn't see anyone yet heard a girl screaming for help. He dropped his mocha and quickly walked to the edge to see what was happening. He looked over the edge to see a young girl of around his age hanging for dear life. He quickly grabbed her hand with both of his. "Hold on tight." he grunted pulling her up. He pulled her up, tripping as he finally got her completely on the roof. "You should really be more careful." he sighed. "You owe me a mocha to." he chuckled wiping some sweat from his brow.

Rosette blushed. "You... saved me.... thank you...." Wow....she thought, staring at his face. he's really cute....
She looked at the spilled drink. "Sorry about that...." she looked at her feet. "Um.... I don't really know where anything is around here... I'm new.... I just arrived this morning......" she kicked the ground innocently with her foot.

Rosette's face turned bright red with rage. "Like hell you will!" she huffed. "I'm not like other new students!! I'm the daughter of Lord Asriel Crawford and I was taught all I know by him!" she knew that her father was well known for his strength, but she wasn't nearly as powerful as him. She usually didn't use his name as a threat, but she did occasionally use her father's reputation for defense. Most of the time, it worked, but there were some more properly raised.

Rosette watched him walk off. "hmmm..... FINE!" she stomped her foot on the ground and decided to move on to the student lounge.

Tai leaned against the banister, letting the wind rip through her hair. It wasn't a particularly strong wind, compared the ones in Alberta, but it was a wind, nonetheless.

'Strange, though, how I would reminisce about the wind... Louise was the one who was better better suited for it, after all...'

Of course, thinking about her best friend turned her thoughts towards Mark, and the relationship that they almost shared...

A sob broke through her shell, followed by a few tears. No more denying, no more thinking, no more... She knelt down on the cold floor of the roof, letting her song fill her mind.

'Imogen Heap... Louise always loved her song, Hide and Seek... held a nice ring to it, I always loved that song...'

She began to hum it softly to herself, awash with memory. Her friends, her old home... Mum and Dad...

"You don't care a bit... unh, unh... you don't care a bit, you don't care a bit..."

'I thought I promised to forget him... what happened with him... Mark...'
