I think reducing the number of frames would be the best way. (like Soren suggested) You could probably cut that down to more like 20 or so frames and still have the same effect just increase the times on each frame.

but bleh... what do I know.

i reduce the image to 927kb but it turns out like crap gonk every time the best i could do is keep it as is crying

Yup, sure did. razz I ended up cutting out over half the frames and just slowing down individual ones. You can edit how long you want the parts to last yourself if you don't like the speed it goes at with that and such. I also reduced the colors down to only 32. razz

this is my banner the size is 993kb its quite big, but its below the limit and i give thanks to Soren DeGali for helping me
i'll be making more of this type of banner later in the future
