Josh had moved quickly. The weight on his shoulder hadn't slowed him down. Sitting Reiku down on the floor he looked around. There had been no other place for him to go. Lighting a candle he looked over the ruined hall of the old church. The hunter would know to come here. Josh was sure of it. From under the alter he pulled a set of chains and a pair of handcuffs. If didn't know why his creator had brought them but he was happy they were there.
He quickly chained Reiku to the edge of the steps that led to the pulpit. His legs. The handcuffs went around his wrists and the chain held them to the steel frame of the steps.
"Get comfortable hunter. I have to make a call before I deal with you and your partner." he said.
Josh turned to the alter then. There were black candles and strange symbols scattered around it. Unlike a holy alter this one was created for much more devious and malignate uses.
The young vampire began to chant. At first the words were strange and alien. "Nezah Sabaoth Zelez Schemes Binah Aralim... let your will be through me to call upon the great and mighty Duke who holds the book of Arts and Science within his hands. I conjure you Danatalion. Appear before me and let your presence be stiffled by the power of Johovah, Eloha Tetragrammaton... Nezah Elohim, Nezah Elohim, Nezah Elohim."
Picking up a small brass seal the vampire placed it inside a circle drawn out on the floor. He waited for the demon to arrive.

In the morg on the other side of town Alec was getting a really bad feeling. His chest had started hurting on the way here but now the weight on his heart was growing heavier. It seemed like someone had punched him in the chest but there was no one to hit back. Placing his hand on a wall he stopped for a second.
"Hey, Jess? Do you feel anything? I think something's up..."

A strange sound came from the upstairs floor. Just then a man or whatever it was came down the stairs he asked "what is it did you get him?"

Reiku's eye's slowly open he felt the chaiin's and heard the chanting he spreded out his legs and grumbled. " DAM CHURCH DEMON.."he sead in his head. On the moutain behide the church stood a man glairing down at the church. " They have him.. I need to get to alac.." He turned into his wolf form and ran towards the mord. The man/wolf's name was Kaichi.

To the question Alec asked in the parking lot, Jess just stared back at him with coldness. "You ask as if it will be a horrifying sight. It is just his dead body, and his neck is covered. We put fim in a turtle neck for the funeral." Jess knew he was here, she just knew it.
When Alec stopped in the hallway, at first She wanted to answer 'no, not a thing.' but then she did have a strange feeling. Accually she had had it for a few minutes now, but was ignoring it. "Well.. kinda, but any other day with any other person in the world, it's something I would just shrug off and think of as nothing." She would have come back with a smart response, but didn't think it was a good idea. She could tell there was something wrong by the way he was acting.
They kept walking, and Jess led the way into the room they were keeping Josh in. She had been here more then once, and they weren't planning on moveing him. There was nothing the matter with the room, no damage what-so-ever. Pulling the handle to Josh's little slidey metal table box thing, it was locked. This reasured Jess. "Oh, I guess we'll have to go get a key."
Five minutes later, one of the keepers were unlocking Josh's box. pulled the handle, and the slideing table-box began to slide open.

(Hey frisbii. Is it really that creepy? I thought is way pretty demon-y but I didn't really think it was that bad. Maybe I should try an angel type avy. I've never done that before. cool )
The young vampire looked up as the Demon spoke. He was nervous but trying not to let it show.
"Yes Danatalion. I have one of them. But they have my sister. I will hold this one until the other comes for him. You.. I will kill him after that. Let his blood spill on the ground."
He wasn't keen on the dark creature. In fact he didn't even know if the old texts he had used were really what brought him. But he trusted the magick. He had to it was faith that made them work.

Jess' mouth droped open when there was no body. The nurse freaked out.
"oh no! what could have happened to the.. josh!?! oh no! what should I do?!! OH NO!!"
Jess didn't know how to react, so she didn't. She closed her mouth and calmly walked back out to the car. She say in the passenger seat and waited for Alec.

Reiku let out a spit. " hey demon breath think you can release these chain's here? I bet by know my bro is on his way to kick your sorry a**. " He glared towards josh and the newly summoned demon.

(Foxy! heart no sweat girl. My last post was pretty weak so you didn't have much to work with. PS.. Alec's not hitting on Jess. Just trying to keep her from crying)
Alec watched the nurse with concern. He had a good idea this was about to happen and tried to look surprised. Shaking his head he told the woman they would check back later when the body was found and walked away.
He knew they wouldn't find the body. It wasn't misplaced, it had walked away. Following Jess out of the building he wondered at how quiet she was.
The car was unlocked. She had climbed into the front seat. Seeing her there gave him a strange feeling of Deja Vu. Sitting in the drivers seat he tried to smile.
"I'm sorry." he said. "You've been through alot tonight and I know you wanted him to be there. Maybe... maybe things are hard right now, but I promise you that I'm going to help you. I'm going to make things right and we'll get your life back to normal."
He had that strange feeling again. Alec wondered if Reiku was okay.
"Jess. You need to know one more thing. When your brother died... he really died. There's going to be a fight soon and who we fight will look like your brother. He'll even think he IS your brother but you need to remember one thing. He's not. What came back to life is a killer. A creature that isn't human anymore."
Picking up his phone he dialed his brothers number and let it ring.
Alec reached out and took her hand in his. "Trust me. We'll get through this."

Back in the vampires lair Josh stepped over to where Reiku was chained up. "Let him try hunter. I'm ready for him."
As there eyes met Reiku's cell phone began to ring.
"Well isn't that convenient." Josh said and kicking Reiku in the face he reached into his jacket and snatched the phone.
"Hello" Josh said. After a few seconds he continued,"I can tell you were expecting someone else. Would you like to speak to him?"
The vampire laughed and the weak light of the room shined on his fangs.
"Come to the church boy. We'll be waiting for you here." With that he hung up and walked back to the alter.
"The other one is on his way. Soon they will both be dead and Jess will be mine."

"Hey Jess," Alec said staring at his phone."Let's go see our brothers." He started the Corvette and sped back onto the road.

Reiku spat out some blood and growled " Alec is going to kick your sorry a** when he show's up " He strugled to get free. " Hurry up alec I need you badly.. " He thought in his head as he closed his eyes.

Jess looked Alec in the eye and nodded.
As they drove off she kept quiet, she didn't know how she was going to deal with this. No, he was no longer her brother, but yes, he still was.

Pulling up in the church parking lot Alec hoped out quickly. His crossbow was in hand and the stakes he had Jess dig out of the back were all strapped to his leg and back.
He had been sure to give her weapons as well. Two stakes, a silver cross and just for good measure, a dose of Holy water across her neck. He hoped her faith was strong enough to make it count.
Walking towards the building their was a strong sense of darkness and evil all around.
Inside Josh watched Reiku and smiled. He was enjoying the sight of the man struggling against the chains.
The demon had left only moments ago. Josh wondered at that but said nothing. Danatalion was not a figure he wanted to anger. Just use.
"When they get here hunter... you know what I'm gonna do? I'll kill you right in front of them."
Alec eased in through a side door. the light was low and it made things hard to see. Jess was right behind him.
"That's right," Josh continued,"You... your brother. You're both gonna bleed out on this floor and die here."

Reiku laughed. " HE's going to kill you and your blood is going to be put on this floor josh trust me My brothers smart.." He stop strungling and closed his eyes.

"That's right bro." Alec said and the crossbow let fly with a wooden stake. It flew across the room and stabbed into Josh's neck. Both end could be seen sticking out of each side of his neck. Black blood poured out of him.
Running across the churches dirty carpet Alec rushed up on Reiku. In his other hand was a heavy sledge hammer. He brought it down on the steps right where the chain was connected.
It struck soundly but didn't break the lock. Instead it shatter the steps themselves into toothpicks.
Josh clutched at his throat and stared wide eyed.

Reiku got up cracking his neck and his knuckles. " Game on b***h... " he rushed at him doing a full on spear. He picked him up an threw him into the wall. Then he rushed at hiim again jaming his knee into hischeast.

Alec grinned seeing Reiku let out his frustration, "For an undead creature of the night you got alot more nerve than brains Josh." he said and laughed
From the corner he could see Jess watching quietly. He stopped laughing. he knew this couldn't be easier for her.
the vampire landed hard on the floor and was beaten roughly.
"Hey Reiku." Alec said to get his attention.
