anbu will be distributing the tests and the instructions when people are online so when you are online and ready to take the test please let him know.

anbu isnt technically a rank, its just a title given to high level hunter nins who happen to be jounins.

BTW, We have decided that the tests will have an 80% pass rate. you either pass, or fail.
