I would choose Jack the Ripper over all of them cause he has to be the most creative killer ever. He would remove organs, specific ones--kidneys, livers.....ever so precisely without damaging the rest of the body besides the skin. Also, he chose victims that would not be noticed missing for several days or even weeks. Plus, he was never really caught.
