Mari just nodded as well and looked at him. "Don't worry. It'll happen. We'll both make sure of it." Bron sat up and held Trina in his arms. He thought about it and realized all the trouble they both got themselves into. "You guys never really have a break, do you?"

yea. it's always just one thing after another. i mean i always like a good fight but this is just getting out of hand.

Mari looked over at him and then looked at Bron. "Yea... It's crazy a lot of the time." Bron just moved his gaze from her over to Smash. He didn't look so good. "I'm sure it will get better. You just both need to keep each other safe. I mean, look." He then fixed his gaze on Mari and held up his hand as he was explaining his point. "I mean, you thought you would never see him again just a year ago and there he is... Something's gotta be helping you guys somewhere. Looking out for you both in a twisted way."

Mari looked over towards him when he said that and Bron just stayed quiet. He faintly remembered seeing his mom and she seemed like a nice person. All Mari could do was give a small smile. "I suppose she is."

kano is the only things thats in our way right now. we only have to get rid of him. last time he wasn't that tough so we should have no problem. just finding him is the hard part.

Mari nodded and just kept her eyes on him. "That is true. We should deffinately deal with him before we even try to plan a wedding." Bron sat up a bit and continued to hold Trina. "Is there anything I could do to help?" Mari looked over at him and shook her head. "You did enough for me already. You're not in condition to fight either. And you have to think of Trina. You need to be here for her."

Mari got up from where she was sitting on the couch and sat down on Smash's lap. Sitting in a way where she had her right arm wrapped around his shoulder and smiled. "Yea. We've been through a lot worse. When we get through this, we should be able to settle down."

She looked back and just returned his grin with one of her own. "I suppose so." Bron just looked at them and smiled. He had no doubt in his mind that they wouldn't make it. They were both there for each other and they always would be. "You'll both be fine."

Bron just thought to himself and looked at Smash. He didn't think he had any family at all that could come to their eventual wedding. In other words, the groom's side was going to be pretty empty. He felt bad for him, in a way, but didn't want to bring it up. Mari just kept looking at him and smiled as she played with the tips of his hair and looked down at him.
