Alex started wandering around in the foothills of the mountains. She needed time to think. Harry had said that Draco even touching her was a sign of affection, but she wasn't heartened much. She'd just . . . stay away from him for now. It would be easier for her that way. If he finally chose someone, and it wasn't her, it would be easier if she didn't keep her hopes up.
This is why she was slowly making her way up the mountain; solitude. She sat down on a rock, slightly winded. It was only after a few moments that she registered the sound of crying.
She was on her feet almost instantly, trying to pinpoint the location of the sound. The rock in the area had recently been disturbed, as if there had been a . . . rockslide? Oh no . . . she thought as her tail blasted a cold beam of non-elemental energy that was strong enough to push great rocks aside if it hit them from the right angle.
Half of a grueling hour later, Alex finally found the source of the tears, a strange-looking Drake that seemed to belong on the moon. The baby girl was tired and crying, but lifted her arms instantly to be held. Alex picked her up with the eagerness pushed by intense need and cradled the poor girl to her side. Without thinking, she named the girl.
Easy Celeste . . . everything's going to be alright now, I promise. I won't let anything hurt you she cooed as she slowly began to make her way down the mountain.
((Haha, she doesn't have a mate, but she can adopt a kid, lmao ))

Draco sighed a bit as he walked along the bottom of the mountain, hands clasped behind his back. His brow was furrowed and his eyes focused on the ground. So many things were racing through his head, such as the fact that he might be the one responsible for the destruction that might face the drake-children that were here. His thoughts also drifted to Saria and how foolish she was to tell him all of that about Skalis. Last but not least, they fell to Alex and how she might be doing. His eyes fell on a patch of dirt not too far away, and he sank down to sit on it, not caring that his robes would get dirty from it.

Draco blinked a few times as he looked up at the unfamiliar woman. He took a moment to study her before his eyes fell on her tail. It's missing a horn... He figured that she must have come into Gaia with the bunch of drakes that Drathir did. "Yes? And don't call me mister." He cared not to give an explanation for it. He just didn't want to hear it.

Draco shook his head a bit, turning his eyes back down to the ground as he kicked at a stone nearby his left foot. "I'm afraid not. You should ask someone who knows the lay of the land better." he informed her. He didn't mean to sound rather cold....alright, so perhaps he did. He simply wasn't craving contact with anyone right now, human or drake or any other sort of animal. Solitude called out to him.

Saria walked up the mountain path deep in thought. Her mother had told her what had happened with Draco and Skalis. Why had she not told Draco to keep it a secret? In a way she has led Skalis to find the truth herself. She sighed and her tail spotted a figure in the dirt not far away. She looked around and saw him.
"Draco...?"

Draco heard his name and blinked, looking from the one who had spoke to him first to the utterer of his name. Catching sight of Saria, he sighed gently. "Saria." he said with a nod of acknowledgement. He had no energy to even say something more. He just turned his head and looked off into the distance.

Draco merely nodded to her words, making sure not to look at her at all. He merely studied the setting sun not too far away with a lightly tilted head.

"I wish to speak with you in the library Draco. We have much to discuss." Said Saria trying to catch his eye.
