After his none-too-pleasant walk through the most horrible excuse for a meadow that any gnome had ever recorded, Beezlebum was thankful for a time to relax. When he was offered the chance to accompany the elf into unknown perrils to rescue a suicidal dog, it was no suprise that he declined. After making his intentions known, he meandered over to a nice shadey spot, sat down, and relaxed while watching the sun set.

It seemed like hours of fighting between Leon and Rye'chek. Being as small in size compared to his opponent, Leon wipes the blood from this forehead and prepares for another attack. Positioning himself on one knee, Leon charged a quick burst of his spiritual power at the paladin. It connected against the chest with both palms of the man holding the ball of energy firmly. This gave Leon barely enough time to rush in and send a barrage of his punches coated with spiritual energy. The target was the ball of energy. As a result of the attack, the man was thrown backwards from the energy wave and an explosion came afterwards. Smoke rised into the air while the explosion shook the ground. It didn't kill Leon's opponent, he was too weak and drained to call upon that much spiritual force; however, that didn't matter either because even at full strength he guessed that his power was too weak to take Paladin Rye'chek out anyway.

From a shroad of dust the paladin charged at Leon full force and quickly bashed Leon's head back. His ankels were gripped tightly and he was swung at the wall similar to how angry house wives throw your stuff when their angry. Leon barely could stand after his body was swung so hard. However, this didn't matter since a barrage of fierce punches flew into his stomach several times as the back is pressed against the wall. The wall was beginning to crack after each blow. The final connection to Leon's body was a side kick thrusted at his chest which plowed him through the wall into a dark dank room. It was too dark to see what was going on inside anyway.

Several minutes later a horrid roar escapes from the dark dank room. A quick, load, and very destructive burst came out of the room and into the air. This was Leon's spiritual breath that he can fire when his 'changed'. Razor blue thin lines whip out of the hole in the wall at Rye'chek and slash his chest up badly. "Guards!" Rye'chek was calling for reinforcements against Leon -- who can't blame him anyway because he wants to live. With guards pouring into the courtyard with swords and bows drawn, Leon sniffs out the air and charges up a large ball of energy in his mouth and aims it at a standing wall. As the energy collected, so did the number of guards in the courtyard. This attack would devastate and eliminate them all at once.

Released the energy and the ball flew out of the room violately at the men and engulfed them all into a violate energy discharge stream that explode outwards from the ball. Rye'chek took refuge inside a room on the ground when the attack came. This was an attack he couldn't survive from. When Leon stepped out of the destroyed room and the dust settled, the scene of his destruction was rather destructive. Blood was everywhere. Bodies blown to pieces where scattered all over the courtyard. Even with the bridge vaporized in the middle with the other two ends drapped down along the walls, blood and body parts hanged down from them. Red orbs scan the transformed courtyard, which now looks more like a battlefield, and sniffs the air and listens for any noices. None were noticed and he roars victoriously -- which stupid illogical animals do.

((Anyone else feel like taking a break from this RPing thing? =/))

( blaaah wtf is going on with like EVERYONE! there's like some rping slum going around @_@ . My post will royally suck... and sorta improvished to get hwere i needot go >.> )

Diana nodded some and watched the two. She moved into her postion and she waited for the sun... She thought of the instructions given to her. the drian near the west entrance. She spotted the drain. who knew what was in that water. As soon as the sun sent up the fair, she ran for the drain quickly. She took note of the gaurd there as she slipped into the unknown water. She moved quitely and slipped into the drain. She looked around, it was dark in there with the shadow. She shivered some and looked around... Raising her hand a small ball of white light light up ad she walked...

Reaching the ladder she climbed up onto the barred room. "s**t..." She tried to remeber what Ray said about the key... She looked over long the wall... She heard some foot steps outside... the ball had long since dimmed and vanished. She wasn't going to wait around. With soft chanting, her staff apeared and she placed a portal door through the door. and she stepped in. "this is bad.. running out of time.."

Peaking through... her blue eyes scanned the hall and she listened. Nothing She stepped out and she tip toed around she went into the hallway and she caught eye of something walking. By the time that gaurd had come by Diana wasn;t in sight. if one were to look up, she was pinned up against the celing holding her breath. Slowly floating downard she pushed forward into the hallway with the cells. When she did that she heard Leons roar elsewhere in the place. "come on...!"

She bent down and she chalked up the floor with old elven markings.. and then with her staff she danced chanting softly... As the markings lit up... She started to vanish.

She would teleport to leon, who was in a bloody courtyard... She stood sevel hundred feet from him... "oh dear..."

Tail moved about wildly in circular movements and his nose sniffed slightly while the head moved. Since the destruction of the courtyard made a loud stir in the fort, more guards were pouring onto the scene and moved in front and around Diana. "Contain the creature! Protect the woman and find Paladin Rye'chek!" It was a captain of some sort but was dressed like a regular armored guard. "If you can't contain the creature, destroy it! It's survival will not matter for our scientists and maglings to study!" The man motioned several of the guards to advance on Leon. This is ridculous to say the least. Since the hill side that Ray and Bartle are on give one a decent view of the fort, they could notice a huge stir of violance was breaking out. These soldiers seemed oblivious to what Leon is and end up getting themselves slaughtered before their captain's eyes. What a waste of human life.

As each soldier falls, Leon gets closer to the captain who is standing next to Diana. Dozens of soldiers dead and the red eyes glare at the man, then at Diana, finally back to the man again. Giving the obvious hint for him to step away from her. Humans are stupid creatures, even the smartest of them are dumber than rocks. This human captain was no different. Charging his sword in a swing, the man releases it at Leon's head. Jumping low and off to the side, the attack was dodged. A powerful side kick strikes fiercely at the center of the man's chest and throws him against the concrete wall. He could have easily just have killed him like the rest of them, which he should do anyway.

Looking at the elf for a moment, he narrowed his eyes for a brief moment. The fur was blowing away from his body like a mist of snow. The body slowly changes back to the human form. Although, his clothing was rather torn up to say the least but it was together enough to call them "shorts" with a prisoner look to them. "Why did you come looking for me?" Leon was sweating from the fighting and the fatigues roll down his well-rounded tattoo body and dripped from his chin. He didn't bother to wait for her answer, at least he found a place to be -- with his friends. "Let's get going. I'm sure the others are waiting." Getting his belongings would take about twenty minutes at the most since he has to talk all the way to Rye'chek's room for his white stone and a bag to put the rest of the things that were taken from him -- naturally this isn't counting anything else Leon takes.

((I think we're just losing modivation to continue. Also I feel like the RP is losing structure in some way. Probably is my fault. @_@ Sorry.))

Diana blinked when Leon took out the last human. She just stared forward, not really caring of the deaths that she just saw. She took a step forward when he changed back and she raised a hand to his face and she let her fingers slip along his jawline. She was almost enticed by the moment... When her finger reached his chin, she shook her staff, and said a few faint words...

"We don't have to much time... The summoning spell will bring your things to you, but we need to get back to that waterway..." Without even asking him... She focused, and without drawing again like she had before she transported them away and into the waterway... She leaned against leon... obviosuly tired from that spell...

((I know, I am so terribly sorry. ;-;
I haven't be on all week because of school and marching practice. It's so hard to try and get used to Alex not being in school with me anymore... It hurts more than I expected it too... So, excuse my angst until I become accustomed to this new life. I do miss him horribly...))

She gazed into the sun, her eyes glazed over in the most mysterious way. Her mind was not realy elsewhere like she had expected it to be, but rather it was numbing over with a dull sense of loss. Once again, mush like the time when he first disappeared, Zairen was becoming dead to her as she slowly reconvinced herself that orcs had killed him in a midnight raid. It was interesting work, deleting memories and replacing them with others. But either way, she would always know that he lived somewhere. Deep in her heart and mind, that would never fade. All feel strangly silent as the sun sank beneath the horizon. It was then that her eyes took in the pain of the sunlight.

Being temporaily blinded, she hissed in confustion and utter anger. Had she been more alert, it would have dawned on her sooner. But ironically, her violet eyes did not register the pure light until too late. To deal with this new found blindness, she curled up nearest her tree trunk and gave a heaving intake of breath. Feelings of stupidity clouded her mind as the thoughts of her long lost love floated back to her from the clouds. He was very much alive...
"So, Bartle. Have you any spare water or something to quench thrist? Or for that matter, anything to make a person forget the current situation?"
Of course, she hinted at a bit of spirits.

Leon lead the way out of the front gates since the majority of the guards were rushing to put fires out, tend to the wounded and find their commanding officers. The encampment was in ruins from Leon's primal wrath. His fatigue was riduculous to say the least as he lead Diana out of the fort and up a pathway which ironically would lead to Ray and Bartle. One of the great things he had with him was enough items of high value to sell to purchance some supplies for the party's journey to where ever they decide to go from there. It probably would be best if they talked with a king or someone of a similar status to reflect some light upon their current situation with the stones. Leon's thoughts were that these other three people he met by destiny rather than by mere chance. He wouldn't abandon them for the sack of their safety again.

Stopping for a moment he looked back a Diana and gave her a smirk of satisfaction that she and the others went after him. Loyality was never a strong feat that he's had to deal with from others. However, they've proved themselves that they actually care and he's grateful to have such friends by his side during his travels. Taking hold of Diana's hand, he smiled at her and then moved on up the path to a tree on the hill where the other two were resting. It was a glorious site to see his friends waiting for them and his grip with Diana's hand tightened. "I'm sorry for being a trouble-some person to deal with. I won't run off again like that. I didn't want you guys to get in danger because of me. You three are so kind to something like me." He looked over to Ray and perked an eye brow for a second and then looked at Bartle. "We should probably get going." With those words said he unlocked hands with Diana and walked slowly over to Ray to help her up. He placed the cloak he stole from a room at the fort and put it around her. The hood should help block some of the sun light. The rest of the things he had with him were in a leather bag that he had drapped over his left shoulder. It was time to get moving.

Diana blinked as she followed and oddly... She seemed to block out everything around her once Leon took her hand. She seem to shy suddenly. Her face turned red and she kept her head low... soon his grip tightened but she took tear herself from her thoughts. 'why is he holding my hand? I'm perfectly capable of walking on my own..' she kept going in her head and then she only came back when they arrived and he had let go.

Her hand felt cold against the cooling air... She rubbed it on her leg some and she nodded. "thats right.. who knows if they'll send more guard out after us!" She grinned a little trying to be a bit upbeat about things.

(mephie- its alright ^_^; )

...
She smiled faintly at the ill timed arrival of the panting duo. Of course, her much needed rest was all too short and their fiasco was all too devestating for the guards and soliders. Leave it to them... Trouble would be following the drow for quite some time. The air told her so. Nevertheless, but more so to hide her fears, she grinned broadly as Leon helped her up to her full, diminutive height. The cloak did help her eyesight just enough for her to see clearer the amassing of guards near the fort. She groaned and stomped her foot in quick anger. There were only two decent options of escape. She quickly began to voice them both as she dragged the party east, towards the rising darkness.
"Don't even think of Giis City." she muttered, "The word of Leon's escape will get there faster than us. This leaves us two ways to live. One would be to head directly south into the desert. But, these soliders are no stranger to the dry heat of that land. We are. Two is floating down river on The River Amore. I do hope all of you can swim decently. It will be easier to lose them in the surrounding forest and the rapids of the Adjoinment. We'll aim for landing nearest Silverstone. There, luck will have a go with us... We'll need to get through Silverstone to the desert. The desert is where we need to meet someone."
She could feel the party begin to understand that she meant to drag them through the river when the desert was in much closer proximity from their present point. These feelings swept her intuition a bit too hard.
"Okay, look. If you want to go through the desert now, that's fi-ine with me. I'll meet your skeleton in about a week when it's been picked clean by the buzzards, sand wolves and those nasty a** snakes with the tendency to aim for your neck. Be thankful that The River Amore is on this side and not The River Filth...!"
She burst out into a run when her eyes caught sight of the soliders that began to crest the hilltop. Another battle was immeint with short legs of a gnome and the short temper of a werewolf. A few feet later, she stopped and let out a scream of frustration. Her hand shot for her dagger as she raced past her standing party towards the angered soliders. Cloak flying behind her, eyes blazing in the setting sun, she looked like what she truly was: a fatal drow assassin.
In the thick of the battle, the soliders slowly began to catch on that a single drow was weeding them out with the precision of the sharpest sword. They crowded around her in an attempt to finally obtain the upper hand. Jeering and spitting, the men closed in at a extreme slow pace. It was the characteristic pace of those who were too unwise to smell their own death. A long string of extravagant words and hand motions entranced them for a second. The violent eyes of the drow laughed as a dancing ring of blue and purple flames encircled the head of one man like a demonic halo. In fear of the unknown magic, he screamed while the others tumbled away. Stealing the chance, she broke through their barrier and danced away with a meleodious laughter tumbled from her breast. Two more men crumbled down, clutching their throats in absent surprise.
"Five plus two more for me! What does that make, oh dear Leon? Bartle, you are the scientist! Tell me, what does that make?"
To her, this battle was nothing but a game.

((Just a warning, I don't know how often Ghanim is going to be able to post for he just starting his freshman year in college (Everyone say AWWW! ^_^) and he doesn't have a whole lot of access to a computer. So... Yeah. >.< I'll bug him about it. And look for decent people for this RP! I would like to get a few more characters in. Just refer them to me and I'll interrogate them or something. I have ideas that need more people...))

Resting is possibly the happiest and most relaxing thing a gnome can do. Aside from being gifted as a scientist, Bartlebee is possibly the best, most talented relaxer that the world has ever seen. He even has positions named after him, including the ever famous 'yawn-while-you-weave-your-fingers-behind-your-head-then-lean-back' move, which Beezlebum called the 'Napper'.

It just so happened that Beezlebum had completed a full-fledged, perfect-10 'Napper' when he noticed that his companions had all stood up. Flustered, Beezlebum stood as well.

"I do not like heat," Beezlebum said, mostly to himself, "deserts are not good places. Plus, sense they are low on water, my potions will be a rare comodity that I will be hard-pressed to keep stocked if we run into trouble, which, with Leon along, we most certainly will do; then even if we do find a nice spring of some sort, my bottles would do better holding drinking water than fireballs and moonlight. No, not a good idea at all to go that way, better we go to the river, plenty of moisture and plenty of necks to keep the pup from chewing on our own, what with the forest creatures."

A clash of steel and a short cry of pain startled Bartlebee out of his rant. He looked to the source of the sound in time to see the agilie drow, her white hair streaming around her ebony face, dance out from the center of a circle of guards. It was quite clear to the gnome that the drow had everything under control, it was clear from the fact that she was smiling instead of sweating, and so Beezlebum decided to just watch. It was horrible seeing men die, but it was nice seeing the drow do her sensual-but-deadly dance of blades.

The gnome did another 'napper', nearly lost his balance when he leaned back, but otherwise simply enjoyed the dance he had a front-row-seat to.

...
With a mocking laugh, she came to terms with the fact that the gnome actually trusted her enough to just watch her fight. As odd and as halfway rude as it was, she felt touched by his faith in her abilities in battle. Her laughter stopped and she smiled gentley, the first in quite some time that was not forced. But, the current situation called for her attention. She would have time to dwell on the fact that she had just made a real friend later. Presently, several brave soliders began to try their skills on her at one time. It honestly caught her off guard when they swung in and struck a blazing hit upside her head. Thankful for it being the flat side of the sword, the drow slumped to the ground with only a bit of blacknss invading her eyes. She fought back however, managing to mantain her poise just long enough to cut down a single soldier. The others, although well trained in combat, were not so skilled in valor for they began to follow their other retreating comrades. But of course, one more just had to get the last hit. A well planted sword found its way across her upper arm. She quickly contorted with her remaining might to escape the rib aimed blow, but blood spurted quite rapidly from the new wound. At least her attacker was a coward...

After several tense seconds of her motionless body just bleeding, she ******** the b*****d! I swear I'll get the most disgusting gay demons from the pits of Hell to anally rape that asswipe!" she bellowed as she rose. The pain was incredible, but it was more from the putrid pissiness that ran through her veins. She bled, but the anger did not leave. Ringing the wound with a tight piece of cloth, she marched towards her comrades.
"We leave. Now."

Diana blinked and she shrugged trusting the drow to make the right descions and she simplysilently followed after her. When Ray had started to fight, she had stepped behind Leon, almost hiding from it. She felt a bit tired, but she wouldn;t let that stop her. She touches Leon's lower back and peered over his shoulder... She wasn't about to get involved in this. Once she finished they were told they were leaving again. She nodded some again... her silver hair was a bit messed up and she tried to fix it as she walked by pulling it back.

She felt a bit icky... she wanted to get a shower. She started to realize how much advatage of the everyday luxeries she missed. She would have to learn to appraiace them more... Shifting her bag some her stone fell out, she tilted her head, stopping to pick it up and she kept it inher hand, looking at it.. the black stone with a blue glow...

((Yes I'm posting now and it's going to suck huge rhino nuts. Not anywhere near as long as I was hoping for so I went for quality without quanity instead of quality with quanity. I hate my ridculously busy life. >_<;; ))

Watching the drow fought the guards while he stood there on guard to protect Bartle and Diana, he was obvious Ray was out numbered. When the activity was over with and she returned to the rest of the group, Leon's first words probably showed a lot of observation. "Ray, you need to get that wound looked at as soon as possible. I don't know much about your kind, but any wound can't be good." And with a grin he balled his right hand and raised it up to him with the thumb sticking out at his chest. "I get the next fight. No matter what." Crossing his arms at this point, he proceeded to gesture Ray to lead the way. Hopefully their distination would lead them some where away from violance for a while. Leon knows better since he brings a lot of bad luck everywhere he goes.

Mean while gossip of Leon terrorizing the country side and attacking whole groups of soldiers -- leaving no one alive -- has reached all over the nearby villages and towns. Rumors can spread faster than the wind can blow sometimes.

Diana followed without question. An elf, happy go lucky, is what was usually usedto talk about them. It wasn't that she was sad or anything, but ADD, and even day dreaming could really be what was said about her. She wouldfall into her own little world of fantasyies.. of all kinds. So far that she would stop walking, and just stare off. But it wasn't to long untill she sense the lonlieness around her, and she came back to reality, and had to run to catch them...

There was things here and there that would steal her attention as well. The Group seemed to somber that she couldn't really help it. Eventually she was wondering in her mind so much, that she lightly looped a few fingers around some clothing on Leon, to keep her in motion with an occasional tug.

Where were they going again? Why...? She couldn't really remember. She knew she had to keep with them though. If not, who knew what would happen. She wasn't to much use for anyone.. but she had gotten a stone too... Her abilities as far as magic went, were astounding. She was very talented, but the use of them in the real situations could be a bit draining and distacting.
