She leaned over into him and layed back. She wanted to be near someone and Tech was upstairs with Mari, so Smash would have to do. "Why didn't your dad do it?"

She looked back down at Odin and just continued to be held by Smash. "Maris told us that Mari's parents are dead too. Those are the two graves we seen outside."

She just tickled at Odin's belly a bit with her fingertips. She didn't have her gloves or equipment on. No need in this place. "How did your and Mari's parents die?"

well my parents died cause of my grandfather. as for mari's parents, her mom was taken over and killed mari's dad. she then started killing more and more people so i had no choise but to kill her myself.

Byte was still somewhat angry over it and keeping her small glare. "Still! Mari should hate you!" At that, Mari was downstairs behind the couch and picked her up off the couch. She spoke softly and in a very sweet tone, even having a small smile on her face. "But, Mari doesn't." Byte just looked at her with a shocked and confused expression. She didn't understand. "But... But... Aren't you mad at him?" Mari shook her head no and just held her. Odin was now on the couch because when Mari picked Byte up, she let go of him. "No. If he didn't kill her, then I would be dead. And the Angelicus realm would be under a ruthless ruler. Not to mention many other things. Hers was a sacrifice for the greater good."
