"EEEEYAH!!!!" Lynn leaped out of the outhouse and flung her metal ruler at Talpa's left eye. That was probably the most pathetic thing she'd ever done in her life.

Talpa, having seen three of the woman's attacks, dodges this latest one. A tingling at the edge of his perception tells him something is not quite right in this new place he has come to. Something, familiar...something he has sensed before.
Tusuki?

The Warlady of Shadows....the daughter of a great Lord of the Wolfriders. She too had been pulled though the time warp.
Tusuki was only half-concious against the building behind Shoni. She had been send to spy on the Ancients and been pulled away in the middle of battle. Her armor was dented and craked, the black masking any injury she held. She does not look up, her eyes cast at her feet.

Feeling useless in the battle against Talpa, Lynn retrieved her ruler after it had been deflected by Talpa's mask. She retreated into the outhouse. She failed to notice Tusuki laying nearby.

Talpa feels the *clank!* of something small hit off his head. Enraged, he slices his sword through the air, sending a wave of energy towards its source. Then, he felt the attack from his enemy. Careless of him to neglect that it could come quickly, but it did. It struck Talpa full in the chest, knocking him to the ground. For some reason, he felt...stronger. He could not explain it. He stood up and said, "I know not yet why, but your attacks strengthen me, foolish one! Try again, if you dare!"

When Lynn was only several feet away from the outhouse, Talpa's attack hit the ground behind her. It caused the ground to explode, impeding her progress by flinging dirt at her and burying her.

Shoni pauses, and as she does, Tusuki rises to her feet. Her eyes hold hatred for the Ronin, but on seeing Talpa, she seems confused. This lasts only a moment, and she grabs Shoni''s shoulder. Black lightning echos from where the armors touch. Shoni screams and Tusuki gives a wicket smile. Soon, Shoni falls, unconcious, on the ground, her armor smoking where Tusuki had touched it.
"Well, that went well," Tusuki says, "She put up a fight, but once her light was replaced with shadow, she fell light a rock."
Tusuki looks at her hand, the armor smoking slightly. She looks at Talpa and bows.

Talpa crooks his fingers again, and again the swirling green energy appears between himself and his enemy. "You will bring much to me, foolish one..." Talpa says, the green armor coming ever closer.

"No...this...isn't...right..." Lynn's consciousness was slowly fading. Apparently, her head was struck by a piece of flying debris. She feebly reached toward the green armor.

scream "Lynn!" Chamoka regained again her regular self. Her eyes were again human, as were her teeth.
She busted out of the refuge of the outhouse she had been pushed in, ready to tackle Lynn really. This feeling emediatly melted away when she glanced at her friend passing out in the dirt.
"Hang on!"
"The big ugly dude's doing somethin'."
attack him
eek
"Mister Yelloweyes!?!"
"Oh great... now that medicin man's in my head! I really am loosing my mind!"
"These are supernatural forces here! I'm only stinkin' human!"
no...you are not. now attack!

It didn't happen gradually as it did before. In the course of one breath, that other side again took over.
"Ssssssss kkhhhhhaa"
"The knees!"
Her goal in mind, nothing else had relevance.
With the full force of her body she felt herself lung at the back of this huge thing's knee far quicker than a human should be able to. Then Recoiling back to her original stance.

Struggling to remain conscious, Lynn shoved a heap of dirt off of her head. She watched Chamoka attack the "giant tin can with bunny ears" and tried to get out of the dirt pile. This effort took its toll on her, and she fainted.

Lynn was still unconscious. Her limp body provided an easy target for Talpa's massive feet, which were probably VERY smelly. If she was awake, she'd probably be wondering if he had a severe foot fungus under all that armor.
