Demyx snickered as his hair was ruffled, doing his best to relax.
"I will boss...."
The younger catboy looked around. Despite being told to relax it was really hard for him to just sit still. What was the point? Life was short, especially when you weren't technically supposed to exist anyway, so why waste it just sitting around?
But, Kadaj wanted him to relax, so he'd do just that.

Watchign Demyx carefully, Kadaj finally let out a much-put-upon sigh and moved his legs away.
"Okay, you just aren't the type to sit still and contemplate life for longer than a few seconds. Might as well go do somethign until Keebler gets back with your cookies."
He gave his minion a lazy smile and settled into the task of polishing his katana.

"YAY! Thank you boss!!"
Demyx bounded to his feet, quickly hopping off the couch and running off to some unknown part of the building.
Within minutes he had returned, crayons and paper in tow. The blonde catboy happily flopped to the floor beside the couch and started drawing.

In spite of himself, Kadaj couldn't help being curious about what his minion was so busy drawing. But, he was determined to not ask.
He continues cleaning the katana blade a few moments more before finally giving i to the inevitable and attempting to peek at the paper.

Demyx stuck his tongue out at the silver haired one as he covered up his drawing paper.
"If you're good I'll show you when you're done...but only if you dont' peek!!"

"If I'm good, eh?" Kadaj arched an eyebrow at that, but otherwise sat back and kept quiet. Give a minion an inch and he'd take a mile, he thought with some amusement. Still, it was nice to see Dem show some assertion.
"All right, Dem. I'll be good."

"Good!"
Dem grinned up at him a moment, tail swishing happily, before returning to his drawing. It was several minutes before he finished, but when he did the blonde catboy happily sat up on his knees and held the picture up for Kadaj to see.
"Like it?"
It was a rather crude drawing depicting what appeared to be Kadaj, Keebler, and Demyx himself, sharing cookies. Dem's drawing skills certainly weren't up to par, but it was a cute gesture.

Kadaj found himself grinning at the innocent cuteness depicted on the paper.
"That's pretty good, Dem," he said, reachign out to ruffle the mullethawk affectionately. "Why don't you draw soem more?"
The silver-haired catboy leaned back on the couch, still grining at teh picture. It wouldn't help him conquer the planet... but it did make for a happy moment. So he went with it.

The blonde placed the first drawing in Kadaj's lap before flopping back on the floor to draw another.

"Yes.. I'll hold on to this one," Kadaj murmured a little sadly as he carefully folded the picture and tucked it into one of his jacket's inner pockets. Though he'd never admit as much to his minion, there would be no way to separate that picture from him short fo pryign it from his cold dead fingers.

Demyx doodled away for several more minutes before sitting up to show off his newest masterpiece.
"Look boss!"
The grinning catboy held up his drawing, which depicted Kadaj on top of the earth.
"You always said you wanted to conquer the world..."

Kadaj blinked a few times, then grinned hugely.
"I like it! It's great hwo you captured that perfect "Just Taken over the World" pose for me. Remind me to reward you with lots of cookies later."
At that moment, Keebler chose to return, carrying a large grocery sack full fo cookies in it's teeth. Wagging it's scaly tail, it plunked the bag in front of Demyx and then proceeded to flop onto the younger catboy.

Demyx had just barely managed to lay the new picture in Kadaj's lap before being flopped on by his pet. The blonde fell over, giggling at Keebler.
"Heeey...cut that out! You're kinda big to fit in my lap now!"
He pawed up at his pet, still giggling. He'd long since gotten used to the somewhat frightening looks of his pet, now finding the Creeper absolutely adorable. Weird as that was...
"Can I have a cookie now boss?"
The sitarist indicated the bag his pet had brought, grinning happily up at the silver haired catboy.

"Hey, Keebler did drop the bag of cookies at your feet, not mine. Go for it."
Kadaj leaned back and gave the Creeper an ear scritch. Oh, he knew he'd be paying later for allowing Dem near cookies. But hey, his minoin never did any harm, so no worries.
