Jakc contemplated what to do. He couldn't just run up there. that would be stupid. He got closer to see if he could hear what they were saying. he justed hoped they didn't see him

they continued to argue about this wrong person and cassie carefully tried to scoot away from them which was very akward. one of the people noticed her attempts and dragged her back very roughly. she wass hit over the head once more and once again blackness surrounded her

Jack could hear them say something about "the wrong one" thats all he could make out. they must be talking about Cassie. but who were they really looking for? If they didn't want Cassie them maybe they would let her go or.....dispose of her through other means. Jack didn't want to think about that! Maybe when they fell asleep he could untie her. so he waited

in her unconcious state she for some reason had a dream...well actually it was a flashback(((hey you may as well call it what it is)))
(Cassie was eight at the time) her dad had gotten a phone call... he had shouted about something which made Cassie curious so she went to his door and listened in. whenever he got angry he ended up beating her up so she like to know why.
"WHY WOULD I WANT TO HEAR ABOUT THAT b***h!!" he shouted as Cassie ran over and kneeled by the door
"that b***h left us so what do i care!" he continued angrily although in a quieter tone.
""what?...she's dead..." his voice lost its edge
"how?"
"i see...right same to you...bye" when he hung up she heard the sound of stuff being thrown around the room. Cassie ran upstairs to her room with tears streaming down her face. she winced as she heard his door slam open
"CASSIE!" he roared. he blamed her for everything else so of course she was blamed for this as well. she took a deep breath to prepare herself. she went downstairs but paused for a moment
"good bye...mom" she whispered then she continued down thre steps for the subsequent beating she was about to recieve.

.............................. Jack had started to doze off ......... he shook his head. it had to be about midnight. He looked over. the fire was out. what if they had left, and took Cassie with them? he shouldn't have fallen asleep. He walked over to the campsite. it was deserted. He had fallen asleep. he had failed. but wait! what was that by the tree? Cassie lay asleep. they must have left her since they didn't need her. She was sweaty and looked as if she was having a bad dream. Jack lightly shook Cassies shoulder "Cassie" he whispered. "Cassie, its okay now, its over"

Sayid sat in the sand staring at the ocean the cool breeze was such a relief. He saw Jack talking to a new girl who he never saw before. Curoious, Sayid got up and walked over behind Jack. "Hello Jack... who's this?"

Claire lifted up her foot a little, it didn't hurt as bad as it did before, she needed someone to take care of Aaron until she got better. She thought Sun would be a good idea since she was going to have a baby but she didn't see her anywhere near. Aaron started crying Claire tried to get up and managed to sit up straight she looked to her right and saw Jack talking to Cassie and yelled, "Hey Jack! Can you do me a favor? Aaron is a little cranky and i can't really get to him... can you help?"

when Jack had found her she was practically limp with relief...and full of questions
"what happened to you guys in the jungle? did you find Kate? and what happened to Claire?"
Jack answered her questions and brought her back to the beach. she was unharmed aside from the numerous scrapes and bruises. it was odd that in the course of two days she had an argument got captured and was now having a normal conversation with Jack(sort of ...he was doing most of the talking). when Sayid came over she was silently resighned to the fact that she had to talk to these people no matter how unsocial she was....but she was terrible at introductions so when Sayid asked for one she remained silent hoping Jack would do the talking. whenb at that moment he was called away leaving her to do the talking with Sayid...
((((my my my i just have a tendancy for long posts... sorry again ...wow...in two posts Cassie is rescued and back on the beach...how is that for getting the story moving?))))

Sayid stood there waiting for an answer, he put his hands on his hips and lifted his eye brows and said, "Well..." in a quiet voice. Jack looked back at Cassie then at Sayid again. Jack got up and left after hearing Claire's call. Sayid glanced over at Claire noticing she was stumbiling a bit. Wondering if she needs help, he decided to get the answer first and then see how Claire is doing. Sayid turned his head back to Cassie. He let out a sigh and crossed his arms and tilted his head a little, impatient for an answer. "You know i have things to do, do you want to tell me who you are?" Sayid let out a small smile.

Claire noticed what was going on and everyone was too busy, despite the pain in her foot she successfully and gradually stood up on her foot. She grinded her teeth together and lifted up her baby. She placed him in her arms and sat down again. She sighed with a sigh of relief because of the decreased pressure on her ankle. She turned around and noticed that Sayid glanced at her when she was getting up. Claire knew she was bugging everyone, after all she was the only one with a baby on the island. She felt bad because she would always make Jack check up on the baby everytime he made a little noise, or something he did that was out of the ordinary. All Claire really wanted was someone to talk to, but she could never go anywhere on those adventures she was always interested to be part of and she felt bad always making Sun watch her baby. Claire looked around to see what everyone was doing, there was Sun, Jin, Hurley, and Sawyer gatherd around talking. Jack, Cassie, and Sayid chatting. "Hey." Someone suddendly said, Claire wasn't expecting anyone to randomly come up to her. She let out a little scream, when she turned around she realized it was Boone. She looked up at him and smiled. Boone never really talked to Claire before, only on some occasions when there was nothing to do. Claire was happy to have someone finally come up to her instead of her going up to everyone. She turned over and saw Jack comming toward her, she totally even forgot that she had called him to help her, now she thought she would look like a total fool saying she didn't need him to help her now. She quickly thought of things her, Jack and Boone can talk about.
((Whoa... sorry that is so long, haha i didn't even realize i did that much.))

"im cassie..." she tried a smile....she wasnt sure how succesfull that endevour was but judging by his expression she hadnt made an a** of herself yet today

((yay...im back and posting))
Kate looked around wondering where everyone was. She decided to go see if anyone was in the hatch. She made her way there. Last time she was there, Locke and Eko were there. "I hope someone besides Lonke and Eko are there" She said to herself. "Huh." She thought she heard something. She looks around and sees that its nothing. She continues her journey to the hatch..many minutes later she reaches her desination. She goes into the hatch. She decides to take a look around. She looks into the room where the computer is and she sees someone on there that she doesnt expect to see. Sawyer. "Hey sweetcheeks, what are you doing?" Sawyer asked. "I think the better question is: What are you doing down in the hatch?" "I wanted a place to get rid of that drama between the doc and some new girl, Claire and other people. Is that such a crime?" "No, so Jack is down at the beach?" "Yeah, didn't you hear what I said?" Sawyer said in a rude tone now. "Ok, fine. I guess I will leave you alone." She gets out of the hatch and ponders her way back to the beach. It takes her a while but she gets there. She sees Jack with Claire and Boone. "Hmm...what are they talking about?" She asks herself. She sees Cassie and Sayid and decides to walk over to Jack. She doesn't really want to talk to Cassie right now. "Hey Jack, Claire, Boone."
((wow that was the longest one I have posted so far. If I did somethng in my post that I wasn't supposed to like something that had happened then sorry.))

Claire was laughing having fun with Jack and Boone, it was the first time she had fun on the island in a long time. She realized she was scratching her arm once every few seconds and realized she was getting bitten by bugs. She saw Kate come over from out of the jungle and said hey to them. "Hey Kate" Claire was the first to respond, "You want to join us? We were just talking about Sawyer."

"Well Cassie, it was nice meeting you." After they shook hands, Sayid noticed his black curley hair was getting in his face, he tied it back with a band. Sayid noticed that everyone else was talking to someone and Cassie really didn't have anyone to talk to. Sayid slowly sat down next to Cassie. Sayid couldn't remember seeing Cassie before, in fact he didn't even remember seeing her on the plane. Sayid sat down with one leg elevated so he can rest his arm on it as he messed around with his fingernails as they were getting too long. Sayid was getting curious about Cassie and decided to ask her some questions. "So, Cassie..." Sayid paused for a moment. "Where exactly were you sitting on the plane, for some reason, i don't remember seeing you." Sayid took his focus off of his nails and looked at Cassie waiting for an answer.
