I'll have to say yes & no. It's hard to explain....Like if he was real and I was his friend or somethinhg....He'll be my Frenemy. sweatdrop It's really hard to say how I feel towards Raito.

Me three. I'd love to meet Raito in real life.
Even if other people consider him to be an evil b*****d, I still think he's awesome. He's so clever and dedicated to his cause, and I really admire that.

I totally get what you mean. He's a likeable character, or rather, he is one you want to like. But then he goes do these terrible things and you start hating him for it, but then again... xD But yeah, in general I like him.

I hated that part. LOL...exactly. Personally I saw that coming all along. Light was never willing to risk himself. Compare that to L's behavior in the same situation. Lots of people do like Light, and I really don't understand it. I bet its cuz he's so "pretty." If he was ugly he'd be one of the most hated anime characters of all time.

I'm on chapter 85 (somewhere in Vol. 12) and do like the character Light. He's not a good person and is psychotic, but does have likeable qualities. If the characters were all real, L would drive me nuts with how he sits and his odd eating habits. Near and Mello seem equally freakish. Light I would actually get along with.

Are you kidding? Kira is awesome although slightly arrogant. The way he was demised actually made me love him even more. He has this God-complex, thinking about how he's righteous, and upstanding, and holy, then, boom, we see this beautifully breaking down Light that we thought we'd never see. It reminded me he was human, weak, and it was all bound to happen from the beggining. I admire Light, even to his end because ultimately, he was nothing but Ryuk's pawn. (Guys, holy crap, I don't remember posting this.)

I actually like Light.....sure he can be one of the sadistic S.O.B you've ever known, but theres that strong possibility that he is being possessed by the Death Note.
Light was awesome in the begging, but around Book 11 when he assigned Mikami to do the writing he seemed to lose some of my respect.
Either way, he is super hott.
