"That's true. But there's just no way my mother can be of Ice descend. I'm sure it's just genetic mishap," he said somewhat unsure like. Dyami looked over at Aoi, wonder what he was looking at.

He saw Dyami look at his and he flushed, feeling embarrassed that he had been staring at the other. He glanced down at his feet before looking back up, although he didn't meet the other's gaze. "S-sorry..." he mumbled.

Dyami blinked at him and continued on the path. Turning his head to look how much furthur they had to go, he sneezed from the cold. And took out a hanky, to recover his nose.

"Cold...?" he asked, feeling guilty for taking the other's coat. He quickened his pace until he caught up with the Prince of Earth and then walked close to him, loosening the coat on his shoulders until he could wrap it over the other as well. It was large enough, which was good.

Dyami smiled, "Thanks, I guess I couldn't handle the cold as much I thought I could." He put his arm around Aoi as they walked on the path out of the Ice Kingdom.

He sighed, breath rasping through his already cracking lips. If this continued, they might become frozen together - not an something Aoi wished to experience. "No problem... it's your coat, after all..."

Soon enough they were out of the Ice Kingdom. Feeling the warmth of the sun hitting them as the walked back onto grass. He sighed, "Well...I guess you should be going home now. I think by now you'd probably get tired of me."

"What? No... I can't go back... To-to tell you the truth... I... ran away from home..." he said, eyes averted from the other, his cheeks peppered with pink and red.

Dyami eyes widened at Aoi, "You ran away?" He thought to himself, that must be impossible, after all he is a prince. Dyami thought for a moment to himself, a slight blush appeared on his cheeks, "If...If you want..." his face made a deeper blush and he turned away, "If you want, you can come live with me. I'll try and hide you the best I can..."

"You can try... they'll find me eventually. They always do... This isn't the first time I've run away," he said with a slight abashed grin spreading across his lips.
Sayael frowned. There was something amiss in the air... or maybe it was always that way. He wouldn't know, having not been to the Kingdom of Ice often enough to know the actions of the people well enough to know what was normal. But wasn't this a little too much security...? He sighed. It must be because of his looks... damn his father. He shook his head, dislodging hair from obscuring his vision, and stared down at the people around him imperiously from atop his black thuroughbred. Damn this stupid icily cold place... But the King was holding a masquerade and had sent him an invitation, so it would only be polite to attend. He finally entered the palace and made at once to the chambers that had been prepared for such an important guest. He would wash first... And there were the clothes set out for him, including the mask he would be wearing so that he would, supposedly, be indistinguishable. Not that he beleived this, his appearance being so obviously not of the Ice Kingdom.

He looked over him, "Well we can try and change your looks. I won't let my father know you're at the Kingdom too. It won't be a problem either, the castle is too big for him to search for someone to hide in. It's kinda creepy if you think about it..."he said now, kind of thinking of what if a spy was hiding and none of them knew about it. He shook his head, "Besides, we have this hidden room that only me and my mom know about."

After hearing only silence for far too long, the guards finally decided. They suddenly kicked in the door of the inn to find.. absolutely nothing. There was only some thrown pillows and blankets. They'd been tricked! The room was searched up and down until one of the guards called from the window. He had spotted footprints in the gathering snow on the ground below.
"This won't be overseen lightly!" the Captain of the guards growled before starting back for the castle. He dreaded having to make his report to the king.
Dax sighed heavily as he was sent to his room to prepare for the masquerade. His father had insisted on not worrying about any events that happened thus far in the day. As if to put a further damper in his day, two guards had been sent to accompany him so he wouldn't try to leave the palace unattended again. Wonderful.. So he set to getting ready; A short task, really, before he started back for the ballroom. It had already been filled with chattering guests and succulent foods. Setting his assigned mask on his face, though it did nothing to hide his long, blonde lockes of hair, he started into the room. A drink.. The suddenly dry feeling in his throat had him moving toward the set drinks, his guards lagging only a few feet behind.

Sayael sauntered into the ballroom, fully dressed and already masked. He glared around him, crossing his arms haughtilly in front of his chest. He usually had a little fun at these up scale parties by mentally making fun of everyone and causing small bits of havoc that were never traced to him. But everyone here was uptight about something... and the guards were watching him closely. He inwardly cursed his father and his weak mother. He scowled and made his way to a table with drinks, too preocupied to even care that he bumped shoulders with some blond guy.
He shrugged. "It's not appearance... it's a binding magic... somehow they just know where I am... It might be magic... or maybe uncle just placed a tracer in all my clothes..." he said with a frown. His kingdom had developed tracers some while ago. All they did was tell relative location, but they were extremely acurate.

"Well..." He crossed his arms, "We could take off your clothes and I'll let you wear my turban." He said with a blank expression.
