Gauw, who was standing there right next to Hubbard stood at his side a few feet away through. Gauw stood in the Horse Stance position. Arms tucked into his sides. Gauw got ready to force his hands out and hold himself into position. He knew that from his own experience that Hubbard would do something.
For somereason it seemed like all kind these days were mean to old people...

After resting for awhile Daniel had stood up and started walking again only to accidently walk into a dojo in front of a person he was in a stance about to perform a move. since he couldn't see he had not noticed the person and almost ran into them before he felt them out with his stick and quickly moved to the side. he started feeling his way around the romm obviously not able to figure out he had walked into a building. "hmmm? there isn't supposed to be a wall here." he said to himslef trying to figure out were he had ended up. "well this is odd. it appears as though the wall go's in more than one direction.." he said to himself again only to realize "oh, wow i am an idiot, i must have accidently walked into a building." he yelled out hoping that someone could hear him "Hello is anyone here? I am kinda lost, and i can't seem to find my way out."

Hubbard smiled at Leo and Gauw. A small twitch formed on the elder's left eyebrow. "Gauw. I'm now going to show you the new move, and by using our new friend as a test dummy," he said, unable to hide his discomfort with being called 'old'. The earthbender's feet and arms blurred and entered a rigid horse stance, preparing for the technique. Hubbard stared down at the small teenager, then quickly threw a oddly soft punch into the air. Half a second after the punching motion, the bender shifted his right leg backwards and loosely punched forward with his left fist.
Retracting his right arm, he quickly shifted his right foot back to its original position. Hubbard then let out a rasping breath from his mouth as he shot off a speedy right punch into the air. With that final right hook the sand on the dojo's floor shifted as an air wave shuffled down the scene.
With the two earlier punches, two small tiny hooks formed around Leo's ankles. They made sure that the boy couldn't turn on back away from the third strike. The third punch let a dull spike erupt from the ground in front of Hubbard. Its cone shaped head sped to smash into Leo's lower stomach region, but had stopped four inches away from the teen.
Even if Leo escaped from the technique through some creative dodge, the technique would be shown to the class of young earthbenders. After a second Hubbard commented on the bending move," That spike would have been sharp if our new friend was an opponent. And it would have been moving at ten times the speed if I was aiming to kill him."
The tone of his speach was one of sorrow, but quickly picked up when he added," but enough about techniques. Class has been over for ten minutes, kiddos." Hubbard turned to the twenty-some earth bending toddlers as he spoke. "Run off now and tell your parents about what you've learned today. Remind them, too, that the payment for the lessons is due at the end of the month." The elder bender smiled at the kids as they began to bow and leave the bending dojo.
"And can someone bring that blind boy over here?"

Gauw looked at the Earthbending move. This was intense. I wonder if I could pull that off. Hmmm... Gauw thought to himself. He had watched the technique and replayed it in his mind. He saw the first punch Hubbard had thrown, seeing that it was weak, but he noticed the hook form in the earth under Leo's foot.
He then replayed the right foot sliding back, and the left arm punch. After the left punch, he made sure that he remembered the right arm retracting and the foot going back it it original horse stance position. From there he re-enacted the last right hook. Then he imagined that last left punch.
Gauw was ready to try this new technique, hoping that it would work.

Daniel had been listening to the conversation going on obviously figureing that they were talking about him when the instructer had asked someone to bring the blind kid to him. "no need i'll make my way to you." he said, setting his walking stick up against the wall he had herd the earth bending move and walked in the direction of were it had come from. "actually this is were i wanted to be he told the instructer. but i am not sure i can pay you to teach me for you see i am very poor and live on my own." it would appear as though he kept stareing straight while talking to the instructer. "but i can do things around the dojo for you as payment." he said hopeing that the instructer would take him in as a student.

((I.. am... SO LONELY NOW!! There's only 3 earthbending girls, and i'm the only one that ever POSTS. gonk -headdesk-)) Milo had her eyes fixed on what was going on, she was completely amazed with what Hubbard was doing. When she was finished the interest diminished and she turned to Gauw, "You're not honestly going to try that, are you?" She asked him. She sighed and slouched a bit then recovered stance and walked over to the 'blind boy' who was currently talking to Hubbard. She waved her hand infront of his face then muttered, "Orphan and no money, hey, that seems to be pretty much everyone here". She stretched her arms and smiled, the kids were gone, that was one problem gone for now.

Daniel had herd her talking and figured she had walked over to him seeing as how her voice seemed to be directed right infront of him. "well, i guess my only exception is that i am blind." he wondered what is was she was doing, for he could sense that she was still moving. "would you mind not waving your hand in my face?" he asked, haveing concluded that from the minor vibrations she was makeing while waveing her hand back and forth. he then went on to say "i am not totaly blind i can still see a little bit from the corners of my eyes. but not much, most things appear to me as a blurr."

"Yeah I'm going to try that Milo, and when I do it its gonna look better than Hubbards" To be honest Gauw was totally confident about everyword that had just come out of his mouth. Since he was full of himself in his own skill he was ready for any new technique and would obsess over it until he got it. Although the thing for him about learning a technique was to not look stupid doing it.
Tetsu made sure his horse stance was solid before going back over the weaker punchs, the foot movements, and the last full fledges from.
Gauw then started of with the first weak punch. Though his arm for the earthhook was not at anyparticular person, he was standing directly in front of Milo, Leo, and Daniel.

Milo pulled her hand away from the blind boy's face "Okay" she replied with a shrug, she then directed her attention to Gauw. "One day you're going to hurt yourself badly" Milo muttered, squinting her eyes. She then noticed he was standing directly infront of her. "Hey hey, he better not hit me with anything, or he'll regret it" Milo thought, biting her lip.

Leo could see what they were doing and heard them Leo then said "Can i try that?" Leo asked as he got in a posse ready to try that move Leo then punched and moved his feet but nothing had seen to happen Leo then got angry and turned his attention at them both as he thought "Why cant i do that yet?"

In midst of talking to Gauw she noticed Leo trying to do it himself, she grinned and walked over then looked at him with her hands being her back. "How much bending do you know? That could be the problem" Milo put her finger on her lip "Hubbard is a much better bender then we are, and Gauw knows more bending then i do. But thats why i'm here learning i guess, the improve and get better" She explained, smiling.

to make shure that the move was not used on him he quickly got into a firm horse stance and stomped his foot on the ground, using this action as a lever like situation allowing him to make a wall of earth[what is the floor made out of?] rise up infront of him. but this about the extent of his abilities. he could move the earth but he couldn't do anything else like the moves that the instructer had demonstrated.

".." Hubbard walked forward and made his way to the center of the front yard. The small bits of sand clung to his bare feet as he walked. Then he stopped, and looked at the fence sorrounding his dojo.
The earth bender then smashed his right foot into the ground, making it go three inches into the hard ground. And, from that bending motion, a ten foot tall pillar formed in front of him. Then he repeated the same bending to create several more ten-foot-tall pillars along the two fences on both sides of the front yard.
Soon enough, 22 pillars were created. Hubbard turned to his student, and smiled as he spoke to them," I would like you people to not practice on each other with this move. Use these pillars, if you please." And, after talking, he began to walk towards the entrance to his house. After a moment of his old-man walking he had entered the said house.
Sitting down beside the old tea pot Hubbard poured himself a cup of peppermint tea. Taking a sip, he'd then turn, and yell at the students outside," Gauw! You're in charge. Teach them some stuff if they want help."

He had been watching Hubbard create the several pillars of rock. All the while he had practiced the motions of the technique, not bending anything but that first hook. The first time he had started the technique before Hubbard had forbad them to practice it on each other.
Before Hubbard had walked inside, but after he had instructed them to use the technique on the pillars Gauw moved from his sturdy horse stance to his swaggering walk. That was till he finally set himself infront of a pillar.
Gauw was in the middle of the second hook punch when he heard Hubbard say he was in charge. This threw him off in the punch and he forgot what he was suppose to do next. "I'm ...in charge....damnit..." Gauw mumbled, that means he would have to make sure nothing happened to all these other guys and girls. "Hell" he mumbled once again.
