Sabastian made his way back over to sitting back near his queen as he thought through lions that he had met himself, "Well, Just as I am a sun-child I guess that would make you a moon-child would it not?" he asked with a quarked head as he attempted to explain to the best of his abilities solar and lunar born lions. Then as he lightly furrowed his brow he mentioned, "Come to think of it, I have only heard of their existance, though never have met one untill you showed up here on the pride lands Jericho. So I do not really know much about them. I am sorry, Though...." he paused while glancing to Akitana as a thought struck his mind. "There is one who has traveled more then myself, she might know of others, Don't you agree my queen?" he asked to the lioness at his side as in the tone of his voice he was hinting about her own mother's travels.

Akitana smiled and joined the conversation with a delicate flick of her tail. "Yes... Actually.. The Queen of Rose Wings, Illitashia, my mother.. She has traveled far and seen much.. As has her best friend Queen Ellidanio.. They used to tell me stories of the children of Sun and Moon.. And those of the Darkness- The Demonic Lions, as well as their counterparts the Angelics... If any were to know of your kind.. My mother would be she..." With a thoughtful sigh, the Dusk Rose wondered how her mother faired... And if she would be visiting soon. The Roaming Rose was never in one place for long.. But after finding her mate.. Aki suppossed things could change...

"Sun-child?" Jericho frowned, pointed ears twitching to and fro. He really didn't want to admit just how clueless he was when it came to his own heritage, much less sun-children or anything like that. The pride he'd been born to hadn't known anything of these other lions; or if they did, they'd never told him anything about them. (Wouldn't have surprised him, come to think of it.) It seemed like the only way they'd even known of his kind in the first place was --
The mention of Illitashia was enough to perk the young lunar back up again. "She would? Really?!, " he said, a bit more enthusiastically than he'd really meant to. He cleared his throat, "I mean, uh... do you think I could see her sometime? It'd be nice to, um... to compare notes with someone." Notes. Right. He didn't know squat to start with!

Sabastian nodded a bit with a smile to Jericho, "My queen's mother is a very gentle and sweet lioness, and I am sure that she'd love to answer questions that you have." He purred while nuzzling lightly against his mates side. "Though I am sure that even Anubis would know a bit as well, He use to tell myself and Sylvia some stories from time to time as we were cubs about the sun-children..... I feel that he knows more then he lets on to knowing though sometimes." He says with a bit of a sigh as if wondering how he was doing.

Salania listened to the talk of sun- and moon-children half-heartedly. With a glance at her father, she faded from view and padded out of the den, wondering what the matter was with Adit. She frowned slightly as the fresh air hit her face. It wasn't just her family anymore. What would the newcomers think of her... gift. She shook her head to clear the thoughts away and set to finding her brother.

Akitana smiled and nosed her mate in return. She missed her mother, and she couldn't help but perk up at the idea of Illitashia visiting the Pride. She smiled at the cub. "I'll go for her... It won't take me long.. Perhaps a day or two..." She eyed Sabastian, silently asking if he would be alright without her for a couple of days while she traveled to Rose Wings for Illi.

Sabastian nodded and smiled, "Stay safe my dear.... Oh also, There is an old friend of mine that I noticed was close the last time I was out and he has been invited back. So if you see another lion about on the lands, it may be him...." He explains to his Queen so if his other child hood friend is seen it doesn't cause too much panic. "I though agree with you my dear... Having your mother as a guest would be a welcome." He added with a small nod.
Now not only feeling slated, but also irate that a moon child was permitted into the pack, Adit took to wandering towards the lake. "I can't believe dad did that...." he muttered to himself while continueing down to the waters front, compleatly unaware of his sister following him. Sitting down at the banks of the water, he gazed out while watching the sun set lazily over the edge of the water as he gives out an angry growl. "WHY!" he shouted out before he laid down; his front paws dipping into the water just a bit while he watched day being devoured by night slowly

Sir Benton followed the directions his old friend gave him. Exactly near the river, out towards a outcropping of rocks that he had pointed to before. The sun was warmer than it was the day before, so he laid down in the widening shaddow. He wasn't sure how long his brother, his life-long friend would make him wait, but he'd find out. In the meantime, a nap sounded nice.

The traveling had left the lioness wary. Her flakes slightly quivered, tail waving. She came against the river taking a long drink, the water pouring down her fur. She didn't realize she was within the realm of another lion, fatigue over clouding her mind. Feeling a little refreshed, her nose twitched slightly. A familiar scent touched her nostrils making her slightly shake. Out of fear, or embaressed, she was not sure. "Benton..." She whispered, not expecting him to hear her from that far.

With Benton's eyes closed, his ears were more sensitive. Just about to doze off, he heard what seemed to be his name coming from the mouth of a lioness. Immediatly he perked his head up and looked around. Looking far away he saw her. The gorgeous lioness he supposed he was "courting". Standing up with a little groan, his bones not as nimble as they were when he was a cub. He walked over to her with his own little small smile. "You rang?"

She noticed him lumber over to her, a small flush appearing upon her cheeks. Her heart seemed to flutter as he got closer. Thankful for her crimson coat, she gave him a gentle smile. "Yes.." She breathed, not realizing she had held her breath until that moment. Trying to calm her nerves, she couldn't keep from smiling. "What brings you here, Benton?" She asked sheepishly, her tail curling slightly, single feather flicking the grass. She wondered if he ever noticed her unusual marks and traits. Others certainly had...

Benton noticed only her smile and her eyes. She was way tense, but he thought that if he said anything, it'd make it all worse. "King Sabastian asked me to come here. He's an old friend of mine from a long time ago I'll hopefully be admitted into his pride. And what about yourself, gorgeous?" Benton looked over her briefly before returning his gaze to her eyes. He thought all of her was beatufiul. He noticed the other things but didn't thing anything of them.

She tried to get her serious posture back, but she was failing miserably. She felt like a young teenager again falling in love again. She looked down, tail flicking. "I wandered away from my pride..and I remembered your invitation, so I decided to visit..." She looked into his eyes, his were so deep and beautiful. I'm glad I did... she thought gently. Her flakes waved slightly. "I...have yet to tell you about myself, haven't I?" She spoke quietly, wanting to make some conversation.

"Why indeed..." Salania murmured quietly as she padded up next to her brother. "What is wrong, brother? Why do you not greet the others?" She asked, laying down next to him. She had forgotten that she could not been seen and sat there looking at her solar brother.

"Ahhh I see. Well I'm glad you came, I'm not sure when he's supposed to come and I would have gotten awefully bored awefully fast." That was a lie, he could have really enjoyed a nap, but having her around was much better than that. "No, I don't think that you've told me, but I'm interested." His tail curled around in interst as he watched her with a smile.
