"Morning Glow" from "Pippin"
Next victim:
"To be the kind of girl designed to be kissed upon the eyes...."
(And Magnolia: Princess Ida ROX. I played Lady Blanche at a camp this summer, so much fun.)

Oh, that is *so* Much More from the Fantasticks. Next up: "Catch the moon, one-handed catch!" Lady Magnolia And not many people I´ve ever talked to know of Into the Woods...god I love this guild! I kinda hate to say it, but you must not talk to very many interesting people ^_~ What musical theater fan worth their salt doesn't know Into the Woods?

A Little Priest from "Sweeney Todd" (I went into double entendre overload when I first heard that song)
Fill me up with your heat, with your noise With your dirt, overdo me Let me dance to your beat, make it loud Let it hurt, run it through me.

I don´t have many conversations with die-hard musical theatre fans...and I must admit, I was unfamiliar with Into the Woods until last year. I´m afraid I´m in over my head with most of you, but, the better to learn, no?

"One Day More" - Les Mis
This one is easy cus I'm to lazy to think up a good one right now: "All these friends I feel like I know them all so well. Though it's strange I feel like they know me too."

You have to be patient, especially if you're using lyrics from a relatively new show. I remember posting lyrics from The Wedding Singer right after the CD came out, and no one got it, but a couple of months later, someone posted lyrics from the same song and people got it right away. Anyway, my point is that the song is Waiting For This Moment from Tarzan.
Next up: "If she'd only been willfull, if she only had fled Or a little less skillfull Insulted, insisting In bed."

"Welcome to the Sixties" - Hairspray
"A D D D D F-sharp A Will be the first notes of our show. We'll start with the seed of an idea, then plant it onto paper with a Dixon-Ticonderoga, then watch it sprout into a musical."
This one might be a little difficult...
