Zhalavidra groaned with fury as her enemy escaped her claws, and she quickly chased him outside. She stopped just in front of Ral as he took atop the beast, and she growled fiercely as he taunted them before leaving. Small worm-like parts fell from the beast as it escaped, and those landed into the water and sprouted into more Scyllas, somewhat smaller, but just as dangerous "Damn that Filthy Pteron!" She reared back and sent her tomahawks hurling toward the beasts, slicing through head after head before they made round and came back to her hands, like insanely sharp and large boomerangs "Ral, I need you to get everyone away, these things bleed hydroflouric acid, and it is deadly to the touch!" She hurled her tomahawks again, slicing through more heads, killing four of the near two-dozen Scyllas that were on the rampage

As Zhavajango apprached the palace, the assault began "Tut! You idiots obviously have no idea what you are dealing with!" Scylla skrieked, encasing itself in a barrier that negated the lightning as it came. She let out another shriek, and the barrier burst outward, sending the lightning charge back toward the city, decimating buildings and frying imperials. Zhavajango squawked with pleasure, patting one of scylla's heads "Good girl! Let's show these idiots that their time of reckoning has come!" She swooped down, blasting electrically-charged breath at the Arcane University. They were now approaching the Arena District, and the Palace was right in front of them. "Let's see, I suppose we could just blast the entire place away, but that wouldn't be too smart, would it? Scylla, knock a gash in the side of the tower! I will go in myself!" She reared back and battered the tower with her fierce clawed legs. The tower shook, and he knew that if this continued, the tower could possible fall completely. A grin lit up his face as he thought of his goal nearing completion
In the meantime, Ebonheart was being destroyed as Charybdis was swallowing up the city piece by piece; None of the city's defenses so far had been able to stop her, and if she was not defeated, the entire port would soon be gone, with only the sea left behind

Zhalavidra leaped onto the emperor, knocking him down as the creature swiped into the tower with a sharp leg, screeching in agony as it was critically wounded by the attack. "Your Grace, I apologize for knocking you down, but your safety is of this realm's upmost importance...please, come with me" She helped the emperor up, who appeared the be dumbfounded, and had him place his arms around her waist "Please, don't die, Ral" She vanished with the emperor, going into Chameo mode, as was known to be done by the Dragonia. Luckily, it was a cloudy day, so their shadows would not be seen "My Lord, please hold onto me tightly, we are going to get you out of here and someplace safe"

Zhavajango held tight as Scylla reared back in pain, being critically wounded by the blast. "Grrrr, damn you stupid smelly lizards!" He squawked fiercely, and sent a flurry of razor-sharp acid-endowed feathers at Ral like missiles. He clutched his pet as she did an aerial somersault, and flew up to perch atop the tower "Scylla, I think we ought to just end their pitiful existences, don't you think?" His face was no longer sly, but full of anger "Yes, use it, I want you to use the Epoch Blast! Do it now!" The beast whimpered, but lifted it's head up and began to shriek at hypersonic levels, causing a distortion in the sound barrier. The effect rippled, and multiplied a millionfold, until the entire area was literally crumbling to dust, the people exploding as if they contained a bomb within themselves. She flew into the air, higher and higher, the area of the blast reaching many miles off into the distance. As he scanned the now decrepit remains of the capitol, he kept his eyes peeled for the emperor and the lizards. The tower still remained, but he decided to rely on the idea that the rippler was successful in destroying them, with the hole in the side they themselves created. He patted Scylla and they flew off to rest

Zhalavidra nodded, but she suddenly got a feeling of dread as their attackers flew higher. "Your grace, Ral, we must get out of here at once! Come!" She focused the last of her strength to open a portal to her home in the mountains of Verus Pondera, and shoved the Emperor through. "Ral...pant....come, you will die if you don't....." She wobbled through the portal and disappeared.

Zhavajango was woken out of bed suddenly when he was grabbed by his legs and lifted off the ground out of bed. "SQUAWK! What the hell! Huh?" He looked and noticed a large, six-armedbeast of a man had him. The man was wearing the gayest-looking bondage gear he had ever seen, and he had his fully monsterous arousal right next to his face "C'mon now, let me go! I'm doing what you people told me!" He grunted as he was dropped quite worthlessly. He rubbed his leg with irritability, then stood up to face the monster "So, what then? did that crazy guy die or something? And now you are taking his place...gotcha, don't worry, the plans are proceeding quite smoothly, though the Emperor escaped, I will soon appre..."

Lord Horus picked Zhavajango up by the feathers of his head, and grinned demonically, rubbing himself against the birdman's belly "You talk too much, shut up and take what I have to give you!" He threw Zhavajango on the bed, and tossed a photo of himself brutally taking advantage of Zhavajango's father. "Fair warning, if you don't fulfill your mission, I'll finish off your father...his Soul Energy is just screaming for me to devour it! BWAHAHAHAHA! Hermes, Let's go!" He turned and yanked a leash, and the large, muscular pink man embraced him. Hermes was wearing a bondage mask, and the leash was connected to a leather spiked choker. "Enjoy, you whore! Hehehe" He vanished, teleporting to the capitol to further his advances. He approached the ruins of the tower, grinning at the destruction. He then proceeded to devour all of the fresh new Soul Energy in the air, from the newly released souls of all those who had perished in the blast. "BWAHAHAHAHA! Come to me, my delicious souls! Let me taste your departure, never again to exist!" He finished his meal, then walked over to an encampment of soldiers who were wounded or tending to the wounded. He pcked one of them up by the hair "Heya, bub, your Emperor is dead, and he has entrusted his legacy to me. I am hereby your new emperor, service me well and I shall reward you greatly. You can start by rounding up the Blades so they can swear their allegience to me." He grinned as the frightened Imperials did as they were told; perhaps he had no need of the Pteron Prince after all

Horus laughed with glee "Aww, whassamatter? Too proud to do as your brethren and stay alive!? Ah, well, you'll make a nice snack for me then!" Horus grabbed the man by the arm and lifted him up off the ground. He yanked the gauntlet out of his flesh and munched on the wound carnivorously. "Pity you had no high hopes in life, farewell" He ripped the man in half, then proceeded to devour his Soul Energy. His wound was already completely regenerated. He looked about at the other Imperials, some of which still looked ready for a fight "Who else!? who else would like to provide me with a snack!?"

Zhavajango was still rubbing his feathers irritably "Damn that ********, how dare he do suuch things to my family! But......what can a measly Pteron prince like myself do? He'd kill me in an instant, and then my family.......Selebus, I am faced with such a horrible dilemma"

Selebus was burring his back, and he smiled "Well, then I suppose perhaps, you've been going about things all wrong, haven't you?" He stood up, and turned to face him "Let me tell you something, Sir. I have not been accompanying you just because I was told to. The spell lost it's effect on me shortly after it was cast. We Imperials are not to be taken lightly. But, I saw good in you, and I do not think you would do such a horrible thing as kill the emperor. Still, I suppose I am now to blame for all of this, but, I saw it as an opportunity for any subservience to be crushed completely. If the Emperor were to return, and take charge without being even phased, it would not only boost the morale of all of us, but that of the entire Empire as well. A nation must ahve a strong leader, and I must admit, a lot of the people of the empire still have not yet accepted him as the Emperor." He placed a hand on Zhavajango's shoulder "As for myself, I am caught up in this now, so I will see it through. Look inside, and you will find yoru answer, as to what to do. Your Scylla too, relies on your wishes, thought those strange people gave her to you, she will listen to only you. Do the right thing, and redeem her, give her a good name, as a guardian beast, and not a vicious monster, as she currently is" He turned and began rubbing Zhavajango's back again

Zhavajango looked at his knees intently, pondering all that his sidekick had said. He looked up and smiled weakly "Selebus, you are quite wise, definitely am Imperial, but, you have a big heart.....I must thank you, for staying at my side, even knowing that I had so willingly accepted you as a slave bound to my every whim. Let us finish this then.......we must find the Emperor, and tell him of the Black Star Nation's plans!"

Lord Horus was enjoying a feast of Imperials as they came at him many at a time. With his six arms and tremendous power he quickly had decimated almost a thousand of them, their ripped apart corpses forming a large pile atop the shambles where the inn use to be. He had devoured all of their souls, and was enjoying the slaughter. Suddenly Hermes came upon him with a slightly concerned expression. "*Snarl* what the hell is it Hermes!? Can't you see I'm enjoying the grand buffet right now!?"
"Lord Horus, the blades are on their way, they will be arriving within the hour....and they are out for blood....we should leave now, in order not to jeopardize our..."
Horus grabbed Hermes by his leash and yanked the man into his arms. He tossed away the four men he was about to kill, and lifted him up into his six-armed grip "Shut your hole and learn your place, Hermes, I am going to have to punish you now!" He laughed Maniacally, as help arrived by horseback. "Well, It's about time you lazy bitches got here, your men have proved to be quite delectable, in the case of that pile, a hearty buffet! BWAHAHAHAHA!!! Toodles!" He vanished, leaving no trace of himself or Hermes whasoever
