He nodded and sighed then walked over and nuzzled her. "Yes but your not a normal Tala...and everyone should be envious of you..." He looked up at her with a loving smile. "I love you and if giving you powers would make you happy- then I'd do it just for you...And anyways there are other heros out there that can save the day just as well as I could." His smile sagged abit and his eyes grew old. "And if I needed to give all my powers to you or lay my life on the line- I would do it in a heart beat...because thats how much you mean to me, nothing would ever change those feelings..."

"Ooh...Flash!" Malaika cried out, biting back tears as she nuzzled him with just as much affection, and perhaps even some desperation. "I don't deserve that much compassion...I don't deserve that much love!" Her voice began to crackle as it became more urgent with every word.
"I...I've done nothing but make you vulnerable since I first met you! With that whole Bullseye thing and all...but you still stay! And now with this powers thing...you're so selfless! Don't let me stand in the way of your destiny as a hero! Don't EVER choose me over your duty, I'd never be able to forgive myself!"

He held her paw tenderly. "You deserve the world and so much more, and I would give up my life as a super-hero if it ment a life of happyness for us..." He paused. "Bullseye only attacked me because I am a hero...If I were to give that up...I could live with you without worry forever..." He bit his tounge nervously, in truth Bullseye would probally never leave them alone and he knew that. "Don't sell yourself short like that- and don't pain yourself one little bit about me giving up my hero work. You've made me so much stronger since I've met you..."

"Oh come on, you know that's not true...you're just trying to make me feel better. I appriciate that, though. Truly, I do! But I can't measure up to you, not at all..." She licked him on the cheek, blinking to keep tears from forming on her eyelids.
"But it just makes me more thankful that I have you. A Tala as loving as you is as rare as a superhero amongst a cluttered world filled with villians, something you know all too well, I assume. You're the best thing that's EVER happened to me, Flash. You're the reason I'm still alive!"

He nuzzled her and couldn't wait for the day that he grew so that he could really protect her from anything that threated her- but he didn't mention that seeing how entionally unstable she was at the moment. "I'm a super hero- would I lie to you?" He had a playfully loving grin on his face knowing she couldn't talk her way out of that one. "You know that your better then you are- your just afraid to admit it..."

"Even if I was, I'd never openly admit it!" She cried defensively, burying her face into Flash's scarlet mane, seemingly velvet in texture. "Come on, Flash, how egotistical do you think I am? You have superpowers for a reason! You're supposed to be above others...so you can save them! Let's just...leave it at that..."
Her voice trailed off as her entire body drooped, a wave of fatigue sweeping over the pink female. The last of her speed had clearly dwindled away, leaving just a normal Tala, one who was oddly childlike and vulnerable when it came to her actions and emotions. And recently, the fact had been proven time and time again.

He paused with his mouth half hanging open. He really wanted to say something but supposed now wasn't the right time. He really did feel bad for the lack of confidence she had, and felt that he needed to save her from herself, but being a pup he was at a loss...even if he did take a grow pot; he'd still be at a loss. Granted he was mature for his age, but not that mature. It had been a freak accident that he had gained his powers in the first place. He paused half wanting to metion that to her but didn't. He just sighed and nuzzled her back and cooed. "It will be okie, Trust me..."

"Thank you..." She said softly, allowing his delicate words to wash over her as if though they were a lullaby. Malaika smiled faintly, and though her face was still hidden in Flash's fur, the warmth of the gesture was clear in the tranquil scene. Finally content, she allowed herself to drift off into sleep, confident not even the worst of evil could touch them now. Though obviously weakened, she continued to stay pressed against him, almost as if though he were an oversized teddy bear.

Flash didn't mind in the least bit having the extra weight on his neck. He tenderly licked her and drifted off into a light sleep himself. A warm blanket of warmth and love filled his dreams as he slept nuzzling further into her warm pelt.
~Kavi hearing such a commotion padded over to the small lake where Flash and Malaika lay, peering over a branch she looked at them both, then muttered. "Interesting...very interesting- It seams that my idiot brother has found a mate....I might have to do something about that-" And with that she turned on her heal off into the meadow to find Bullseye.~

The target marked pup lay in the same spot...still sulking from his defeat. Eventually he had managed to fall into a plagued sleep, his dreams filled with images of the superhero pup Flash ruining his career...and his life.
Bullseye's body twitched, his eyes clenched tightly shut. It was obvious he was having a bad dream...thankfully Flash wasn't around to see it.

~But Kavi on the other hand was. She snuck up on him and watched for a few seconds. Then in an amost hushed voice whispered into his ear. "I know you want to rid the world of your dear brother Flash- I know how to do it..." She had an evil grin as she humed the same words. Granted she was a tad annoying; but she figured her half brother would jump at any chance he had to dispose of his sibling.~

Bullseye jumped in surprise as words were whispered into his ears, the pup immediately waking from his sleep. He looked about frantically for a moment before his eyes rested on Kavi, and he slowly remembered where he was.
"...you...know how to get rid of Flash? Do tell..."

~A wide smirk spead across her maw. "And you can get rid of his broad while your at it..." She motioned towards the lakeside. "Apparently they are both in a deep sleep right now- but I've got it worked out so you can kill his woman; then as he greaves over her; kill him...." Placing a claw on the dirt she drew out her plan. "Flash is always trying to protect me, and so I will pretend I'm drowning in the water...I noticed that he can't run on the water whist he is in the water swimming...so it will cut down his speed. I'll struggle long enough so that you can kill the broad from the side...then after she is dead; he will still be in the water with me...I'll hold him, and since I know your an excelent marksman...you kill him as he grieves and struggles in my grasp." She looked at Bullseye. "So what do you think?"~

Bullseye blinked, looking over the plans in the dirt. So...thought out...and two killings instead of one? Double the fun!
"What do I think? I think....that it is one awesome plan..."
The pup grinned evily.
"Such a great plan...not only off Flash, but cause him a great deal of misery first...are you sure you weren't born evil sis?"

~She shruged. "Auctully I was born cute and innocent- but those are the ones you gotta watch out for these days." She cackled then cleared the ground so nobody else would see the plans. Then turned on her heal and started walking towards the lake. Once there she sighlently crept into the water; into the deepest part. Then let out her loudest yowl for help~
Flash was in such a deep sleep that he couldn't hear the yelling. He supposed that it was just part of his dream that he was having. His legs seamed to flail about like they were running in mid-air catching some bad guy that only exsited in his mind.
