But Lex is right. Lana and Clark were in a pretty serious relationship. Whether he meant it as an evil shove in the face or not he was right. Clark needed to hear it from Lana. Lex didn't say HE was gong to say it he said LAna should do it. I mean if you found out your wife was cheating on you. You would want to find out from her right? not from Oprah. Lex is a major political character, and is always in the public's eye. If word leaked out he was dating a small town girl, it will eventually make front page news and Clark would eventully read it....
