Umbra laughed and smiled from behind the mask. "Now now...do you really have that little faith in me?" He said with a chuckle. "Yes, we weren't there for long before the girl got herself stuck."

Sahaqiel Umbra laughed and smiled from behind the mask. "Now now...do you really have that little faith in me?" He said with a chuckle. "Yes, we weren't there for long before the girl got herself stuck." ( surprised I got a pink and purple killer whale toothbrush from the dentist....I know you're so jealous) "Faith in your ability to fess up injuries or weakness? You can just call me an atheist, kid." She smiled, her mommyness showing through. "Go get yourself something to eat, you'll need the strength."

Ruby woke up an hour or so later, with the poison cleaned out of her system, it was just a matter of recuperating and healing, which her body was very good at.
She stood up, wincing a slight bit, as the wound was still a bit tender, and some ghost pains were heading back into her memory. "Where the am I?" She asked, glancing around the greyish green room.

Ruby rubbed a hand over her head, "I feel woozy, and my throat itches." She scooted off of the bunk and started looking around the room. She checked under the bed, looked in all the cupboards, climbed up on one of the bunkbeds for a chance to peek inside the light fixture, and then tapped on a few walls. "You know Minerva, didn't you like have to work with her once or somethin? All you army folks and stuff?" She scratched the top of her head, finally sitting down after making a full perusal of her quarters.

Umbra simply smiled from behind the mask and shook his head. "Whatever. Well I'm fine, and in fact, I think I'm going to go finish what I started." With that, he turned from Erica and walked away, rising into the air on his shadow when he was outside.

She stuck her tongue into the glass, to taste the liquid a bit first, and then began gulping it down, realizing how thirsty she really was.

5ilver 5treak "Whoa...not so fast, you'll get sick. Take your time, there's plenty for now." Ruby slowed her drinking, but then finished the last bit in a quick gulp. She put the glass on the nightstand and tilted her head with a small quirk. Her curls not so short that they didn't bounce with the movement. "Why are we all here? Are we hiding?"

She pulled up her shirt and glanced at her stomache giving an examination of the wound. "An it looks like I'm good." She looked around, "so where's the exit to this place?"

Xeen stepped into the room.
"the Titan's men have been broken, under the force of Kreegan. It seems that thier leader, and the leader of the Mimics are at ends, there is open fighting between them in the streets. They are killing each other quite vigorously without our intervention." He said, standing straight, his wounds seemingly healed, "We shall stay here, until such a time a opening for our action is necessary."

"In other words, stay here like cowards, an lettin' the folks outside die when they get stuck in the crossfire?" Ruby narrowed her eyes. "Y'all can stay in here if y'like, but I'm headin' out, if anythin' I can help the injured folks on the sidelines."

Outside of the military base there is what sounds to be the very high pitched sound of a faintly heard dog whistle, just loud enough for it to barely be heard or like the sence you get when a TV turns on. It lasts for a brief second before BOOM!. There is a loud explosion that sends him rocketing through one of the buildings walls, and into a pile of crates, causing the crates to explode into a rain of splinters and wood peices and dust as he lays there, his stomach bleeding lightly and he was just a bit disoriented. As it turned out the cause of the blast was him trying to fry a few straggling fleeing Mimics and the wind caught his blast and sent it back at him.
