My most recent experience with critical analysis and thinking was in my college writing one class last semester.

My comfort level with writing essays about literature is moderate to high depending on the topic. I find writing about a work of literature much easier than about other things.

I am not currently reading anything.

My favorite book is Michael Crichton's 1990 novel Jurassic Park. I like it because of its horror elements and its philosophy about the dangers of humans manipulating nature.

I wouldn't say I have any favorite novels or form of writing, I'm not too much of a writer.

My most recent experience with critical analysis and thinking would be this past Monday I was reading and preparing an article of The Watchtower. I would say that I am moderately confident in my ability to write essays on literature. Though I don't like writing about literature that I read quite often, I have to do it pretty regularly. The last book that I picked up was The Unlikely Hero of Room 13B by Teresa Toten, however my favorite novel is Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen.

1. "What is your most recent experience with critical analysis and critical thinking?"

Probably most of the assignments I did in the last semester, I had a lot of projects that required me to think heavily about the material and work onto it.

2. "This is an intensive writing course. What is your comfort level with writing essays about literature?"

I'd like to say I'm pretty good at them, if it's a topic I'm interested in I could write for hours if I'm so inclined.

3. "What are you currently reading?"

Metaphor Refantzio (Not a book but it's mostly reading so I count it)

4. "What is your favourite creative text -- such as a novel, memoir, poetry collection...?"

When I think of novels, usually the first thing that comes to mind is The Great Gatsby, I like a lot of things but if I think of that a lot that probably means it's pretty good to me.

My latest experience with critical thinking and critical analysis was in College Writing I last semester where my class and I read various texts and then deeply analyzed them by finding the theme, plot, etc.

When it comes to essay writing, I am pretty comfortable as I like to take my time carefully and revise. Always check for grammar mistakes, run-on sentences, etc.

As of right now, I am a big fan of the Colleen Hoover books. The last one I read was Regretting You which I thoroughly enjoyed. My favorite one by her was It Ends with Us, and I also loved the movie which came out this past summer.

My favorite creative texts are memoirs. I enjoy reading about people's perspectives and their upbringings. My favorite memoir I read was called The Glass Castle.

My recent experience with critical analysis and critical thinking was in my last semester College Writing I class. The way we broke down the text we had read about was we somewhat related the text to our personal experiences and see how we related to it and how it can help us in the future.

When it comes to essay writing I am comfortable with it as I like to relate to what I have going on in my life now.

As of right now I'm reading a book called Rich Dad Poor Dad, a book I'm revising from high school.

My favorite creative texts is entertainment novel. Once in a while I like to read something suspenseful that'll have me wanting to read more.
