Kinoru stood there, huffing and puffing. He was severly battered and brusied. But he would be okay. He opened a small pouch on his belt and took an Army pill, giving one to Kao as well "You guy'd ready to go?"

*As the trio walked on the path...eventually...they'd reach a large clearing by a river...and right there on a makeshift bench...was Shunketsu...once again asleep under a newspaper...*

Kaida approached with caution and glanced to the others while making a motion to spread out. If the Shunketsu on the bench wasn't the real one it could make things quite difficult for them. Kaida herself was at a disadvantage in a clearing setting now because of the distance from the bench to the nearest hiding spot.

*no traps could be detected in the vicinity...the only thing they could find...was their sensei fast asleep on the makeshift bench...*

Shunketsu: 2 bowls of Ramen!*mumble**mumble*
*the arm fell limp once again...dangling at his side...*

Edge followed after his team members keeping his thoughts to himself. When he saw Sensei as he was he sighed "Why do I get the feeling this isn't over yet?"

Kinoru sighed "Is it ever over?" Kao sat beside Kinoru keeping close. They both had a bad feeling about this. They both watched there sensei closely, he was up to something, the question was what. "This seems too obviouse of a trap, there were 5 circles and only 4 marked spaces"Kinoru whispered to Edge, not taking his eye's off Shunketsu for a second.

Kaida's stomach let out alittle cry letting her know her need for food. "I'm getting quite hungry... so we need to move fast." She glanced to the other two and smirked. With but a few simple hand seals she was now standing there four times over, herself and her plant clones. They didn't have much of a life force nor could they stray very far but they made great decoys and pawns and unlike normal clones they didn't go poof right away when hit.
One of her clones went forth first. "Send in the clone... " She grabbed her friends and dragged them down out of the way so that if her clone managed to wake the sensei that the rest of them wouldn't be spotted right away.

Edge allowed himself to be grabbed by the clones. There was little point in fighting each other and he had little interest in doing so. He would wait and see what would happen next.

Kaida sent in one of her clones and the clone walked forward being very quiet. The clone pulled out a piece of rope and quickly struck her target grabbing him and tying him up with a complex knot that could not easily be gotten out of. The clone then sat down on top of Sensei and started reading his newspaper.

Shunketsu: *yawn*...hey...woody...get off...
*with a basic rope-untying jutsu, the knot came loose...keeping the knot within such close range only begs for it to come loose...Shunketsu then stood up, pushing Kaida's clone off in the process...*
Shunketsu: *yawn*...it's about time...I was beginning to wonder if any of you really wanted to stay a Genin...well...
*Shunketsu faced the direction the group was hiding...*
Shunketsu: currently, you have a score of 50%...0 pts awarded for the 1st task, full points for the 2nd...half points for the third...and full points for the most recent task...each task is 20pts...with this score...you basically have an F in the course...but judging that you all made it to me at about the same time...I award you 10 points...meaning you have a score of 60%...a D...still not good enough...now...for you to obtain the remaining potential 10% of the last test...here's what you must do...
*Shunketsu walked to his makeshift bench and took out an hourglass...*
Shunketsu: you have 1 hour to hit me once...if you fail...you can kiss your headbands and your lunches goodbye...
*a flashbang was thrown up into the air...and when the light cleared...they would be seeing 3 of Shunketsu...2 were clones...but they would have to hit the real one...also...the hourglass had just been turned upside down...*

"You've got to be kinding me" Kinoru said looking at Shunketsu and the clones "Too easy, or atleast to fin the real one" Kinoru began to preform seals "Beast Man Clone" Kao started to bark "Arf Woof Arf *Man Beast Clone*" Kinoru andf Kao used the jutsu and started to sniff the air, there'd be a particular scent on Shuncetsu that he wouldn't be able to replicate on his clones, sort of an after scent from earlier, Kinoru just hope he wouldn't realize it.

*Shunketsu's smell would have been hard to detect...Shunketsu was an avid fire user...and the slight smell of something burnt lingered on him...but...being that his clones are also of a fire element...the smell lingered on them as well...*
