That's beautiful! How did you get those lovely textures?
The short version: It's an option in the art app called "procreate." I applied "noise." Long version: I'm glad you liked the texture too! XD; I showed the art to a friend and her reply was kinda ho hum about it. <.<;;; It's the first time I tried that and I liked how it looked. I spent time coloring it all in and shading and highlighting and didn't like the outcome so I started playing around with filters. I'd never tried the 'noise' option before, but I think I'll use it more often. :>
