"Ta-da!" Nucleo somehow managed to display his snowflake before it'd melted too much! Pleased with his performance, the greenblood nodded to acknowledge the judges score before he was shuffled back into the crowd. He wondered if next time he could drag one of his friends along and watch them play and look adorably silly doing so. It sounded like a fun plan!

Panili was back at it again. This time she determined that drinking a cold beverage beforehand would give her the edge. Unfortunately it made the chill w bit harder to stand on her delicate nose!

Aaaaaaa 168 - 98 = 70
A medium sized snowflake drifted down. Panili managed to catch it on the tip of her tongue, but almost lost it when she stumbled forward. Shoot, it shrank! Better run to the judges!

Phew. Fortunately the orangeblood was just a few yards away from the judging table. She sidled up and presented her mid-size flake for all to see.

Hivestuck My name is: Odette Cygnet My team is: Red My talent category is: Dance My choice is: D) Use the trees Current Score: 1 Odette needed something a little more special. A little pizazz. There were trolls on the slopes that were juggling weaponry, after all. Her talent had to outshine the sheer danger of a stunt like that… somehow. But if her fans believed in her, anything was possible! Perhaps she could involve the trees somehow? Surely it would be difficult for the judges to see her amidst all the greenery. She could always pull a couple of dangerous leaps! Yeah, that would get their attention! Seeking out a sturdy branch, she grabbed on and let the downward momentum launch her into the air. Careful manipulation of the wind allowed her to do a couple of spins. A triple axel, almost unheard of! But for a master of the sky, it was a simpler feat. The touchdown was always a bit rough in this type of sport, but Odette attempted to cover it up with a delicate ballet pose. No one was allowed to see her struggle. What a thrill! For her own fun, Odette attempted the trick a couple more times. She was confident enough in her abilities, so where was the worry? Even if she wiped out, she was certain her kinesis could lessen the blow. And it would make quite the story, wouldn't it?

Hivestuck My name is: Trevel Caleft My team is: Purple My talent category is: Song My choice is: D Current Score: 1 Trevel had actually looked concerned when Eyzaak nearly went off course. While he played it off by insulting him as per usual, the purpleblood hadn't liked the moment of uncertainty when the other nearly veered off into some ditch. He'd been more focused on the others inexperience with skiing to really focus on grabbing his own green flags. Rolling his eyes he corrected his posture for continuing down the hill once both of them were able to continue and move towards the direction the flags were taking them. While he was back on track and on the course again, the quick nature of skiing was demanding. They were going at high speeds and as he looked to the trail ahead he had a feeling this was going to be interesting. Smirking, he felt the bite of the wind across what little grey skin was exposed to the cold. He had a scarf pulled up to block out the worst of the wind from his face.
Seeing the forest ahead he was not about to stop now. They had come this far, and they would make it past this too! Seeing Eyzaak trying to use the trees to his advantage Trevel shrugged keeping with the theme he was representing..meant he had to add a music note or two here and there. Ugh.

Hivestuck My name is: Trevel Caleft My team is: Purple Yesterday's Total: 9 Damage: 4 Repair: 3 New Total: 8 Building Material for Tomorrow: Sparkly Snow Trevel was not prepared for a group of older highblood teens to come by and make a mess out of his carefully built fort. Scowling at them, clearly unamused he clenched his fists. "That doesn't make you special just because you threw your weight around." He narrowed his eyes. Before a fight could break out, the lot were separated. That didn't do anything to soothe Trevel's irritation. Grumbling, he skillfully and quickly worked at repairing his structure. Like hell he was going to give up just because some idiot trolls acted like they owned the Bloodfest grounds. Scoffing he at least got his igloo back in shape. This time he'd try adding some solid parking lot ice. It didn't look pretty, but this stuff was a lot sturdier than the freezing waters from earlier.

Considering how poorly he had done yesterday, and seeing Eckios come out ahead didn't sit well with Trevel. He didn't like to lose, especially to a troll he considered to be his servant. Smirking he made his way over to try his luck at catching snowflakes. Eyzaak had done pretty good, while Kio couldn't even manage to bring the judge a snowflake. He felt like tonight was his night to shine. Tipping his head back he readied himself, testing out going after a few snow flakes as he gave one an experimental chomp.

Timing his movements with the shifting movements of the delicate snowflakes, they streamlined towards the snowy ground as he moved into position. Stepping one way, then the other, it was almost like he'd been doing this for ages. Trevel had considered how better to go about this and logically it made sense to move with the snowflake and try and balance it on ones tongue in hopes it would have a chance to obtain a presentable worthy result. So when the generously sized patch of snow fell so gracefully on his tongue Trevel had to focus on the next step. In the mean time, he felt like his tongue was on fire as it held the freezing cold snowflake.

Trevel didn't need to be told twice to get a move on to have his snowflake judged. What he had was surely bigger than even Eyzaak's attempt! He smirked proudly once his was examined and approved that he was in the clear. The "award winning" snowflake soon vanished when the purpleblood pulled his tongue back in. The taste of ice caught his tongue as he visibly shivered. Please with himself, he took pleasure in knowing his perseverance had paid off.
