HealingAssass1n Cody looked at Strider and nodded, "I get that but this is still a lot to take in." He reassured but thought it over, "With marrying you, what should i expect when it comes to marrying you? I mean, what is my role?" He asked hoping to know. "your role is to rule the kingdom like my father does , be a good husband to me and support me in whatever i do " she replied but thought that there was more to it but couldnt remember what else to say about it at the moment so she stopped in her tracks a minute and took a breath. " I am sorry but i am sure my father could explain it better for you " she went on to say.

He listened to her explain what his role would be but nodded, "Well its gonna be a new thing for me in general... i tried dating but never considered what it would be like being a husband but i promise to do what i can." He stated as he thought it over, "Hows the prince doing? He mad that i won or has he declared war or anything?" He asked curiously.

HealingAssass1n He listened to her explain what his role would be but nodded, "Well its gonna be a new thing for me in general... i tried dating but never considered what it would be like being a husband but i promise to do what i can." He stated as he thought it over, "Hows the prince doing? He mad that i won or has he declared war or anything?" He asked curiously. " the prince is ok and concerned about how you are doing . He was the one that brought you here to the hospital after the duel " Strider replied in a calm tone and then sighed a bit hoping that this would be passed them soon.

Cody nodded as he laid his head back, "Well thats good to hear, glad he doesnt have any negativity towards me." He stated softly as he looked up at the ceiling, his brain still sloshing the ideas of what was his life now.

Strider kissed him sweetly on the cheek and then went to the kitchen to see what she could get to eat , which was anything that she wanted and ordered a huge sandwich with fries for lunch as she was very hungry and had not eaten all day.

Cody laid his head back, he figured he should close his eyes and rest, but he couldnt sleep, besides that, he then began to wonder back home. He just remembered he was in a foreign country and would have to return home to take care of selling his house and dealing with all that. He then began to wonder if news traveled around since he hoped to just go and sell his house and come back, not wanting to run into the woman who crushed his heart.

HealingAssass1n Cody laid his head back, he figured he should close his eyes and rest, but he couldnt sleep, besides that, he then began to wonder back home. She finished her lunch and then walked to his room to privately chat with him.

HealingAssass1n Her father was in his study working on some documents when she steppedbin, "What seems to be the issue sweetheart?" He asked of his daughter wondering why she wasnt with her husband to be. Strider replied " will cody ever get better ? I told him about the wedding and all but I feel like his recovery is sort of slow " and then sat down on her fathers sofa in his office hoping that he had some answers for her . She was feeling a little tired and sad herself and needed to be reassured that things will be alright for her soon .

He informed but smiled, "The body is the second longest thing to heal, just after the heart." He stated as he looked at her, "Think of this as training to be patient, but he will recover soon." He informed kindly to her.

He informed kindly to her. She weakly smiled back at her father and then went to her room to cry and get the feeling of being alone away from her mind . She was missing the talks and the walks out in the yard with Cody , but her father was right and she would have to just stick it out as best as she could.

It took a little bit of time but not that long later, Cody was given a clean bill of health and was in a wheelchair to the entrance as he sighed, "I wonder if im meeting strider outside or at the castle?" He asked more to himself curiously.

He asked more to himself curiously. Strider was coming up to the hospital when she saw Cody sitting in the wheel chair and replied" Hi hun , how are you feeling? I came here to take you back to the castle so that you could lay in our bed and rest up there." then politely took his chair and wheeled him to the limo to take him back home.
