Another round of applause for CM Punk from the audience and Matt would roll over onto his back with his hands on his head, with a grip of his own hair! he would of thought he had him put away!

Punk was on his side as Punk then slowly rolled over to his stomach as Punk was down and in pain. He slowly started to crawl away from Gennison and did his best to recover more and more.

Matt would roll opposite of Punk, to get away, as the referee would start counting with both men down. Matt would be favoring his ribs and stomach, putting in so much in this match!

CM Punk would crawl to the corner as Punk grabbed the bottom rope slowly and started to get up slowly and recovered more and more as time passed on.

After a few moments of relief, Matt would look to lift himself up in the opposite corner Punk was in! he wouldn't be as recovered, however.

Punk would slowly be on his knees, grabbing the rope and recovered more and more. He finally got up on one feet and then lifted himself up onto both of his feet. He leaned against the corner looking across the ring, attempting to get his energy back.

In the opposite corner of Punk, Matt would have his head reeling, as he would hold his hand, and with motion, telling CM Punk to "Bring it" mimicking The Rock's taunt, as the audience would "oooo"!

Punk got a instant motivation as Punk suddenly got this burst of energy walking out of the corner waiting for Gennison to come to the center of the ring with him.

Walking towards the center of the ring, fairly limp, Matt would tap his own jaw with his pointer finger, daring CM Punk as he would say "Do your worst!", standing there, a little in a daze, as his own momentum from earlier comes back to haunt!

The slap to the face would echo all around the arena as the disgust would be shown on the face of the audience, and this would've been well deserved for Matt for disrespecting his boss CM Punk, defending the other company's title in this one, and the taste would've been slapped out of Matt's mouth, feeling that one personally. The slap would send him down to a knee, but he would slowly begin to stand back up...!

The huge roundhouse kick would clap Matt in the back of his head, and he would slowly fall to both knees, then eventually face first to the canvas, as the audience would be shown cringing from how stiff these shots were!

The knee to the face would connect after Matt was brought up, and his head would coil back, letting out spit in the air that would look like a tooth from afar, with the audience now looking concerned from how dangerous this match had become, but look closer and continue to watch on, rating the match. Matt would land on his back!
