I'm gay too, I don't see a problem with it. Makes no difference if it's a straight couple or a gay couple, love is love.

Well somtimes I think the only girls really saying "EEEEEEEEEEW! Real men together are gross!" are little 12 year old prepubescents who aren't really sure what sexuality is to begin with and only like to see "pretty" things that please their eyes. Not all couples are gorgeous to look at, but when you understand love you realize they are in fact beautiful. Either way it seems to be a mystery. I'm not sure I'll ever understand it, but it's not like we can force people to change their opinions on things sadly. They have to want to change them.

Equal opportunity here.
Real guys = Love
Celebrity slash = Love
TV/Movie/Book character slash = Love
Yaoi = Love
I've never really seen the huge difference. Some people say that it's intruding to slash real people, but it's not really that intrusive unless you run up to them screaming "OMG IF YOU AND THAT GUY WERE TOGETHER IT WOULD BE LIKE SO TOTALLY HAWT!!!" If you're not forcing it on them, then why not?
And any yaoi fan that think that real guys being in a relationship is gross obviously can't be a very good yaoi fan.

I have no problem with RL gay couple... I'll think the same as what I always thought about Yaoi.. HAWT .. and.. act normal I guess.. if any of my friends say something offending abut them....it's arguing time...

I don't see the problem with it. If the men are sexy enough, whether they're gay or not, they're going to go at it in my head. I had a thing for RL slash before a friend of mine introduced me to the world of animated men having each other. I was like, "dude! Sweetness.!."

I could stare at 2D men making out with each other all day but flash a photo of two real human boys engaging in the same activity and what I recently ate will come up in an instant. Real gays aren't characters in a book or on a screen and to squeal at and want to glomp them is just sick.
It's not about homophobia. It's that I can tell the difference between homoeroticism that exsists for the entertainment of others and homoeroticism that exsists because that's how real humans choose to live.

Real people slash is fun! Especially when people in movies and real life act REALLY suggestive without realising xD I giggle to myself in those golden moments!

It's just a matter of judgement.....I don't judge 'em because they are who they are.....they don't pretend like others with identity crisis....

Speaking completely...
Well, for me, fictional pairings are the ones that I'll jabber about and generally act a little bit like a terrible fangirl, and think how possible/compatible/eyecandy-worthy they might be, whereas...
When it comes to real relationships my response is more along the lines of glad feelings that people who love each other can be together.
And when it comes to slashing real people it's fine, so long as it isn't intrusive or over the top. And so long as you don't upset anyone, or say it to the person. (Think about it. I'd be pretty pissed off. There was this boy at my photography course who was quite obviously mentally pairing up all the female attendees with each other. It was rude. )

Real over animated any day. Why? Because it actually matters. There are genuine feelings and people involved.
I despise hypocrites.
