Go by various varient's of 'Davar The Grey Wanderer' all over the net. Davar being a personal name that just sounded good and stuck, grey and wanderer being two words that describe me extremely well.
Go interested in magic oh... sometime in highschool around the same time I realized that not everybody has two way conversations with deities or any other non-material being for that matter. Still kinda bothers me that christians say talk to god but believe you're crazy if he talks back... but anyway that was also around the time I left christianity, went through a period of not so niceness in which I started to realize that there were ways the human mind could gently influence events and that I was doing just that, first without realizing it (which I believe people who haven't heard of/don't believe in this stuff do all the time) and gradually more and more so with purpose and intent. Called it willcasting for the longest time until I found paganism (now my chosen path) and now call it magic.
Currently in my magical development I still work mostly with raw personal energy in a largely intuitive and unorganized fashion. Still very poor at astral projection and anything that requires me to form visual images in my mind, much better at comprehending the nature of things then I am at seeing them.
Mrph... other stuff... I work with runes when I can, and am currently obsessed with theorizing over my own personal ideas reguarding the origin of the universe and the implacations that leads me to.
Feel free to pm me any time you feel like discussing anything arcane... kinda hard for me to find anyone to talk to about that when most of your neighbors still don't realize you aren't a conservitive christian like they are and you work third shift.

Hi, I just joined the guild. My name is Liza, I turned 18 in August. I was born in Ukraine (speak Russian), lived in the U.S. for 6 years, and moved to Australia in late 2005 (been living here for about a year). Oh yeah and this is going to get long, I'm in a typing mood smile
I've been interested in the paranormal, psionics, and magic, ever since I can remember. I remember being little and holding my mom by the hand while walking to or from somewhere in Ukraine. I kept asking her about witches and how some people can supposedly stop their hearts for hours at a time and other such things.
I started practicing psionics in 2000. It started with me learning how to make a psi ball (surprisingly easy method that didn't require visualization at all. It seemed too good to be true, but it worked, and now that I've learned about visalization I make them even stronger.)
Anyway, I've been practicing psionics for about 6 years on and off as a hobby. I'd start up, start reading, practicing, and then quit for months at a time, resulting in me not being any better than an amateur for all these years.
The reason I think that I get so 'detached' from it sometimes is because there's noone really there to guide me. Sure, reading books and web sites is all good, but it's not the same as having someone actually teach you.
Anyway, I was interested in Wicca for a long time and started calling myself Wiccan in 2004. Since then I've distanced myself from that and don't follow any one religion. I just say I'm neo-pagan.
I do have a personal belief that ALL religions are true, whether that be Christianity, Satanism, Wicca, Islam, Druidism, etc. I think that everything's part of one huge energy pool that we manipulate and work with through religion. If someone's a Christian, they manipulate that energy through their prayer to do what their deity tells them to. If someone's Satanist and they summon a demon, they're using that same energy, but in their own way. I don't know if that makes any sense to you, but it does to me so I choose to follow that.
Anyway, this results in me believing that all Gods and Goddesses exist. Although I can't help but laugh a little at Christianity redface
I'm interested in lucid dreaming and astral projection, but haven't tried projecting in years. My first attempt scared the crap out of me (noises, paralysis, feeling like I'm being twisted and torn in my body, darkness). A week or two later I had the same experience without consciously trying to project. Since then I've been almost afraid of the dark and turning my back to shadows (childish, I know >.<). I need to find a way to get over that. I want to astral project, but don't want to do it at night. Yes, I know we do it when we dream, but I'm talking consciously.
Some things I definetely do NOT want to mess with are ghosts and demons. I think I'd be fine with animal spirits, spirit guides, etc. Maybe even human spirits on the astral plane. But if I ever see any of that on the physical I'll probably freak out and never come near magic or psionics again.
Anyway, I hope to find people here that would encourage me to stick with psionics and magic and to continue learning about it. I know I'll probably feel the need to take another long 'break' in the near future, but I hope that that won't happen.

I have no definite name because it's boring to simply live a life of a single person.
I'm a natural magick practitioner and soothe-sayer. I also practice high magick and am learning alchemy. I also philosophize and create alot of theories about life and the world. Probably why I chose Paganism. Closest that ever got to the truth.
My belief is:
Magick isn't getting what you want but working with the Great Ones and the 4 Guardians to create a greater good.

Abilities: None that I know of.
What am I learning and want to learn: I want to learn a lot but am working on Telekinesis/Psychokinesis, psi balls or just energy control, and a little bit of pyrokinesis (just enough to make a small flame appear would be fine). Oh and electrokienisis sounds fun now that I have heard of it.
Other information: I have been interested in learning any psychic ability I can for the past 5 years and have read many books on things of the sort. Any help in being able to make the abilities work for me would be much appreciated.

Gaia name is elfenlover, so just call me that. I gotinto this type of thing back in the begginning of middle school...now I am at the ends of high school, so it's been a while. I am of the fae and possibly other races close to them. I used to heal people and plants, but I can not now. I hope to regain my powers so I can help the world again. I have a very strong connection to the Earth, as I sometimes beleive it can talk to me and we can have conversations.That's pretty much it, really. Oh, I almost forgot. I think I can look into people's minds, but it has only happend once. Ok, now that's it.

Hello.
My name is Arcane Oracle, my real name does not need to be introduced.
I am at the age of fiteen and I have started my studies at the beiginning of November. (November first for those who don't understand that. And trust me, there are some people that so not understand that.)
First of all I am pretty okay in the knowledge of Necromancy. Things seems to be going well and I do hope that I will become a pretty okay necromancer at that. I will love to learn lots.
Okay, since you know what I am pretty much aiming for, I would also like to say that I am Otherkin. Angelkin at that. (Or so I am 99.9% sure of). Why should I say this? I am hoping that some people here will be able to help me at that as well. (Yes, I know there is an Otherkin Guild. But the more help I can get the better!)

I am Nikki. I am a natural areokinetic, but never learned about all this until 2 years ago. After that I got into telekinesis, pyrokinesis, Astral projection, out of body experiances (which once i read into found out that i have had 2 of them before i found out about them), cryokinesis, aura viewing, and a great deal of other phenomina. I had been interested in Magick and things of that nature at the age of 16, after which i was found by a friend and brought into the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in January '06. I asked the bishop about telekinesis and he said that as long as i mean no harm, then it's fine. I was also told that it would be fine to teach it as well. I have found a spirit guardian to be a winged angel fellow by the name of Rafael who is with me at times. I am not sure if he is my primary spirit guide but he is one of them. I hope to be helpful to this guild and able to assist anyone who is in need in any moment in life.

Ahoy there. You can call me Sub, but my actual name is Ryan, and I have just been accepted into this guild. I requested to join because of my interest in what this guild offers--discussion on Magick, Psi, and Alchemy--and the desire for an environment that is both enlightening and spiritually guiding.
I was once a God-Fearing Christian, guided by the worst of the zealous...a girl who believed her god-father was an incarnate of the archangel Micheal or something like that...as gullible I was back then I still couldn't believe quite that, but I had started to question the faith I was born into when sitting down contemplating one day, thinking, "Why does Christianity turn against even that which can be used for good?" Shortly afterwards I decided that Christianity was not my cup of tea at all. I lost my sense of dogma and began to accept much more in the world than I used to.
With help from my girlfriend at the time, I got into Wicca, with her as my teacher.
Not the best idea, as I came to see after the breakup.
All that aside I did learn the fundamentals of Wicca and witchcraft, but I am not above suspecting fluff, now. I also did a bit of research on Psi around that time, coming across a rather extensive guide, which seems to have some relevancy now, seeing as I have noticed terms such as "psi ball" and "construct" while browsing the guild's forum. Well, I decided to stop being a student of Wicca after a school assignment I did. It ended up being part essay, part story on a theory I had on the creation of spirits, including an example. Then on, I focused my beliefs on how Energy is the basis of all that some call "the occult". This is an opinion.
But yeah, I'm glad I got into this guild, and hope to learn from the more inclined around the forums. Feel free to PM me, anyone, for whatever reason, and I will try my best to accommodate. biggrin

Uh, where to begin...
I got into magic in high school, and got more into magic theory in college, along with metaphysics and eastern philosophy. That greatly influenced my thinking, and I got introduced to Paganism, Wicca and Taoism in short order. The latter has stuck with me most.
My wife is an acupuncturist and Qi Gong teacher, and I am a martial artist. I'm trying to get TK or PK, but neither's looking very good right now. I've seen weird stuff, and I've done weird stuff, and I'm always looking to see or do a little bit more.

I have bee Wiccan ever since I was in 6th grade, without much help of anyone, I found that it was hard living under a christian mother and a atheist father, my mother always pushed me towards those beleifs, I have had strage stuff happen to me as a child like a Sloth type creature, run after me while I was making a tree fort in a willow tree which I did not know at the time had it's own living something in it...when I was six years old me and my currently older sister were making snowmen {We had a creepy old school bus in our yard} when all of a sudden we found ourselves being chased by some unknown thing.
Ever since then we have know what they were, I think it was Fae but I could be wrong.
Why I am here is to further my knowledge of the unknown and Learn more.
