"Oh good, even so we'll save the tap dancing until later. Take a sheet write down "My Will' Then put 1 pair of pants..." he looked closely at Zaku and frowned faintly. "A necklace? ..they let you keep that. Well okay 1 necklace and all points to be given to Sol after my untimely demise. You can keep your under wear and socks " he said magnanimously. "Oh and take that when you go back to your room. " he said absently waving at the binder by Zaku.
The scientist growled softly from the door, not even sure what to do but they were in the place they were supposed to be. When did Sol get to be this ...just this.

Any sense of intrigue or curiosity had left him in that moment, replaced with a completely unamused look. He took a piece of paper and began to write without ever breaking eye contact with Sol. Once he was done, he shoved the paper at him and moved to leave without another word.
'Sol is entitled to two dicks to ******** himself with upon my timely demise. Also the ******** i give about him, which is none.'
It was signed quite nicely with his own name and he could give a s**t about the binder.

Sol meet his eyes and gave him a condescending smile the entire time he was writing. "Do-" he grabbed the sheet as it was shoved to hm and began to read.
"Hey...you know you keep walking out all the time and someone might be told to take another piece of your boyfriend..." he said looking up at Zaku then moved his gaze down and stayed there. "Gaia they must be really small... how do you even know which one to use. I mean do you use one...both? At the same time or is it random? " he asked quietly, really thinking about that. "Oh you forgot your binder " he muttered waving absently to the table.

Zaku turned to look at him blandly. "At least I have one..." he muttered then sighed. At his commentary, he wad honestly trying not to laugh. "What, they didn't tell you? I'm part shark." he gave Sol a grin before picked up the binder, waving a hand dismissively then leaving. "Don't think to hard on it when you're all alone tonight. Wouldn't want you to obsess over it."

"Ouch right to the heart" he touched his own chest as he watched him go. " Also don't tell me what to do! I'll obsess if I want t- oh hey. She bit you .....smart girl " he started laughing as he better saw the bit mark and dried blood. He had been to distracted on more important part. Folding up the paper he pocketed it as the scientist gave him an ugly glare and followed after Zaku.
Wait followed? Why was she following the experiment! "You stop. We're going to get that check out and ...stop what ever you were doing... fighting...flirting I don't know which, this still isn't the time or place for it" she said looking a little flustered. "Use your points for that" she clenched down her teeth and pointed for him to go straight before over taking him.

Zaku quirked an eyebrow at his comment about obsessing but it quickly diverted to the bite in his arm. "...I let her." he commented bluntly.
He stopped once asked, looking at the scientist. There was a dull look that slowly surfaced another quirk of his eyebrow. "I can't help if Sol is dying to get in my pants..." he glanced to the door, thinking back on the will he wanted him to write. "...literally." he added and sighed. "I already told him not to speak to me... this is your fault that he's allowed to continue flirting with me like this." he shook his head. He blinked, "Oh, points? Can I do that? How many points is Sol worth to flirt with, then?" he placed a finger to his lips thoughtfully. "How many to visit him?.... How many to have dinner with him? Oh... and to get his shirt...."

The scientist glared at him a flicker of doubt entered her eyes but the moment he started asking about points the glared returned. "You....your playing me aren't you. You want to fli-....." isn't that what they were doing? She stared speechless as they reached the first aid area, the first thing Zaku does and shows interest in is when they want to get in his pants?!!. "Your off limits Zaku. I will call that in but don't think you are going to find any allies here. Go get patched up" she motioned to a guy who looked to just be waiting around now that most of the metas were gone and the water was being mopped up.
She moved to another person and they were talking, then waiting then talking some more before she returned. "100 points for all " she growled.

Zaku didn't look like he was playing, staring at her expectantly. "Off-limits? Bummer.." he remarked and went in to get patched up.
Upon her return, he blinked with surprise. "Gaia, I meant for each one, I'm not trying to hit a home run in one night..." he looked appalled.

She stared a thing him, she just stared at him. "You were caught yesterday ...and now you're think of -that- while they have the other guy you like. What is wrong with you?" She said letting it out from the tension of what just happened.
Taking a deep breath she then let it out. "Flirting is three points during any time you are training, for the day. " giving him a serious stare as if he would be the first and only who might have used their points to go after Sol." 50 to visit him, 10 for dinner to be placed in the same room and ...his shirt? That would be 25... you do know he has more points than you and can easily cancel it. There are no returns on points if that happens" she stared at him, trying to understand what the heck he was doing. He had to be trying to escape some how but...Sol?!.

Zaku stared back at her. "Everything." he answered bluntly.
"Uh-huh, uh-huh... mmhmm..." he was taking mental note of the points and nodding along. "Yeah yeah, I figure... but maybe it's worth that risk." he tilted his head thoughtfully. "What about scientists? Do they have points? How much is it to have dinner with you?" he asked curiously.
"How much does it cost him to cancel my requests? Same amount, I guess?"

She believed him, who else was so self absorbed to get capture the day before and be thinking these things? Nah he I as seeing Sol up or something, not that anyone would care.
"Points are only for things or between metas. The head scientist like to keep some friendly competition going between you all. " she said with a warning glare.
"Same amount plus 10 more to cancel. " she added as the other person finished putting on a gauze and some aloe for his chest and a splint for his finger without question, listening instead to everything they said as he finished. "Done"
The scientist nodded "Let's go" she motioned for Zaku to get up.

"Ahh okay." he acknowledged, thinking it all over. "So that means Sol is a meta... well, that makes things easier.." he pondered then nodded at the answer for cancelling. Good to know.
As they finished up, he got up and moved to follow the scientist.

"You thought he wasn't?" She nearly laughed and stopped only to turn serious. "He is in the head scientist's good graces...somehow. Has far to much leeway for one of your find..especially with his power " she eyed him intently, hm maybe Zaku could be useful outside of his experiment. "There are ways to get someone's entire point total...you are extremely limited but it might buy you a few things here and there from scientists and even metas who hate Sol..even Tri's freedom. Send him back to SIU papers and all. "She said leading the way back to his room and motioning him in. "Embarrass him, beat him to an inch of his life, or amuse the head scientist. Your clever ...supposedly you can do it "

He listened carefully, making note of the information. Moving into his room, he was calm, less playful now. "Tell me... how many points to get Tri out of here..." he asked, even if he didn't fully believe they would let him go, probably remove him from sight and keep doing whatever. But a ballpark of points would give him an idea of his worth and Tri's. All it was, was information gathering at this point. "I see... I'll keep that in mind, then."

"Ten thousand" She said without hesitation, obviously something that had been spoken of earlier and assumed he would ask. She didn't say anything more as she chained him again and took off the cuffs and headed toward the door.
The binder was still in Zaku's hand.
