The snack booth's honey of the night looked absolutely delicious... Apibom hoped that no one would knock their plate out of their hands this time. Thankfully the snack area seemed pretty deserted at the time. They quickly snagged some snacks without really paying attention to the suggested ones, then went to chow down.
After finishing, they went to ride the buzzbeast again! This time the bee took off before they were ready- and they spent a good portion of the ride itself worried that things were going to turn south... Thankfully they didn't, but the ride was over before Api felt at ease.

Static
Static liked the bee booths. They had sweets and rides, what more could a boy want?! Giant buzzing bees. Yep, he was ready for the wild bee ride today. The rush of the wind, the sights of seeing all of Alternia from up high. It was exciting and Static could not wait.

Raffle tickets for March 24th go to: Front page now updated with new honey of the day! The vendor has finally put on some clothes and has a fresh coat of paint. In short order, it seemed the custom colored ribbon was tied onto the flowers. Nictor handed it over with a small nervous smile, hoping it was to your liking.

Api practically squealed- the honey selections they had missed were available to try ! They snagged some of the clover honey to try, along with a plate full of snacks.
Next they headed over to ride the bee again- this time the ride was just as wonderful as two nights previous. If only all of them had been this smooth!

Sephos ArbolaOh yeah. This one got nervous for no reason. Sephos remembered now, and didn't care. He rifled through his bag. "Yeah." he said, after some contemplative hand-weighing of the smaller bags. He'd played with a few desert varietals in his nursery, just to see if, indeed, the desert could support life like Maku had said it could. Turns out, it did. "Got some desert sage." he said, taking out a packet, "It's got real pretty purple flowers, it's evergreen, and you don't need to water it once it's got it's roots in. You can use it as medicine too, for heacheaches, stomach aches, fevers... stuff like that." He set it aside, "Got desert marigold, too - nice orange flower. Loves it when it rains, though not too often... it's poison, though, so don't eat it." He frowned at the rest of his seeds, "Don't have ephemerals or ground cover. Didn't have enough room to grow them... but I've got some started desert willows back home - really nice tree. Nice blooms - yellow and purple. They like bees." His eyes drifted to the bee, and then to the honey. "Can I try some?" he asked, lumbering forward. It was still very hard for him to read (especially things not plant related) but it looked like people were eating honey. Tenatively, Sephos took a few samplings. Then a few more, as Nictor looked over his seeds. Then... "I can have this jar, right? Add that to my side of the trade." he said, picking up a jar of blueberry honey, he made a few mental weighings. "... I could help you plant the plants." he said. Though it would mean leaving the forest for longer than he'd like or could probably afford, it would also mean that they'd had a fair trade of goods and services, something Maku would appreciate. When he woke up.

Psykgi Mentha
Were they really nearing the end of Bloodfest? Psykgi had to have another ride on the bee! It had been so much fun before! She was looking forward to a lovely ride...
And boy did she get one! Chittering sweet, cooing phrases in the beast's auditory holes, they left the ground and... she felt like she was floating on a cloud. All her cares, all her masquerades, just melted away for a little bit as she snuggled into the soft, soft downy fluff of the buzzbeast. She wanted to cuddle into it forever, but alas, she could not. Before she knew it, they had landed and the buzzbeast was gently nudging her towards the items. Suddenly overloaded with stuff, Psykgi stuffed it somewhere where she could figure it out later.
And then she stayed there, for a full hour, as the good, real feelings wore off.

Psykgi Mentha
Reluctant to leave, Psykgi picked up another rafflebuggy, just for the heck of it. Had the odds been changed? Somehow, in addition to all of her other stuff, she found herself leaving with a new journal. Which was fantastic - Psykgi could always find a use for a new journal!
All in all, a great booth. She was sure to come again.

Static
Honey Tasting: 2 Bee Ride: 2
Static had a stroke of bad luck, two actually, in a row. Somehow the honey didn't sit right in his stomach, and he was feeling pretty queezy after only a minute. The blueblood decided to try flying on the bee ride instead, the wind in his hair should clear that sick feeling righ up. Sadly, the blueblood was very mistaken. The bee ride only made him feel worse, and the poor kid puked when all was over.

Wallas Ziegel, Honey TastingWallas had heard talk of a booth that was handing out honey jars en masse. Honey was important to some recipes, wasn't it? Given his new infatuation with cooking, the booth merited investigation. While there were quite a few activities to be done, he made a beeline (heh) for the honey tasting. If he tested his palate, he might come up with more ideas! He went for the more flavorful items on the spread, particularly the strong cheeses. The chestnut honey he chose paired quite well with those items, and it was all he could do to keep from slurping everything up. How had he not noticed that the world of edibles was so pleasant before? He claimed a jar of chestnut honey and decided to approach the booth runner. Something about how nervous the guy looked was kind of reassuring, because Wallas knew that feeling quite well. "Excuse me," he said. "Do you know any recipes that work well with this kind of honey? The chestnut honey, I mean."

Wallas Ziegel, Hive Draw
So many little plastic buzzbeasts. How much did it cost to make them all? Wallas reached in to pick one, and...
He received bee bread for his pick! He was particularly intrigued by this. Pollen, nectar, buzzbeast magic? An interesting recipe. It tasted pretty good too. Good haul!
