Bad Boy and AJ Warner were at a stare down, the tension rising to a boiling point with both men. If man who was a scum bag at one point knew anything, it was that any other scum bag makes for strong opportunists! The same way Bad Boy won the Rumble the year before, and now standing in his way to making history once more is standing in his path way. Taking a step closer to get within arms length, the crowd was hot, however the thing that was getting under Bad Boy's skin was the "AJ WARNER!" chants coming from the crowd.
The amount of anger building up inside of him was making the man shake. Suddenly Bad Boy is snapped out of it by the shove by Hardcore Holly. This wasn't the man that was in his sights, so the first thing Bad Boy would do is shove a stiff back elbow into the face of Holly, looking to follow up with right hands to back him up to the ropes!

Hardcore Holy was on top of the world. He'd finally been given a chance to be a star in a major wrestling promotion and even found himself fighting for a chance to challenge for the World Championship at Wrestlemania! Now, he was inserting himself into a dramatically tense moment between two legends of the company, AJ Warner and Bad Boy! If only he'd realized that his 55 year old body wasn't what it once was as Bad Boy caught him with a hard elbow to his face that rocked the Hardcore legend. He backed up slightly and was then met with several punches to the jaw, sending him backward with his hands up against the ropes!

Each shot the fire was lighting up more and more from inside Bad Boy! Backing the Hardcore icon up to the ropes, each shot getting stiffer and stiffer, basically hearing the punches for the live crowd at home! Bad backed up a few steps audibly yelling out "******** YOU HOLLY!" Before charging in, looking to Clothesline him over the top rope!

Hardcore Holly loved it. He fed on the pain, the hard hits from Bad Boy giving him hope that he could truly fight off the field and win this whole thing! He was preparing to start returning with some stiff, knife edge chops, but was suddenly caught off guard by Bad Boy telling him to go ******** off! The clothesline connected HARD with the neck of Bob Holly, sending him over the top rope! The crowd gasped, but the veteran got a hand on the top rope and slammed his knees down on the apron, staying in the match for the moment. Huffing and puffing, he started to stand once more on the apron!

Bad Boy backed up, watching as Hardcore Holly managed to hang on! Despite all the hardcore matches he's had to go through in his long career, he still had fight left in him! Noticing there's a turnbuckle nearby as HH started to stand, Bad Boy hatched a plan! Running towards the corner, Bad Boy looked to jump on the side rope, and jump off for a Y2J style Triangle Dropkick to Hardcore on the apron!

Huffing and puffing, the Hardcore Icon stood there on the apron and was about to enter the ring again when Bad Boy launched his attack, running for the turnbuckle. An eyebrow cocked, Hardcore quipped to himself, 'What the ******** is this boy doing?' He got his answer quickly. The dropkick connected hard, and as if he had a magnet in his back, Hardcore Holly went flying backward off the top rope and the upper half of his body collided with the announce table, breaking it the hard way and almost snapping the legend in half! Refs immediately run to the busted table and destroyed Hardcore legend, announcing he'd clearly been eliminated from he match. A plethora of doctors ran towards the mess and pulled the mess of table off of Hardcore Holly, revealing a long disgusting gash on his back that was bleeding profusely. The doctors tended to him as their job called for as the refs got back into place and the focus was shifted back on the match.

The crowd let out an "Oohhhhhh!" along with a few loud cheers for the elimination to Hardcore Holly from Bad Boy. Bad Boy went right up to his feet, looking down at Hardcore, before turning his head back to AJ Warner, who watched the events unfold. The crowd that was cheering the elimination noted that the two were back to each other's attention! Bad Boy again approaches Warner, sizing him up once more!

JayLightning Jay took a couple of those kicks to the legs, taking note of her plan. He kept a grip for a brief moment before the man lunged to grab Melissa by the head to not only throw her back into the turnbuckle but to also use that momentum to wind up and fire off the Roaring Elbow. It may not be enough for a knock-out blow, but it's something to get a change of pace. Melissa felt Jay grab her by the head as she struggled to try and fight him off but was no use as her head bounced off the turnbuckle leaving her leaning up against the turnbuckle itself before getting smacked in the face by the Roaring Elbow causing her to drop to the mat on all fours, she would eventually place her hand where she had been hit. Melissa began to rub the area of her face which had been hit by Jay's elbow strike. Mean while Akira was still kneeling down after eliminating Blizzard moments earlier, he turned to see his sister copping a beating from Jay. He waited for the right moment to strike in order to help his sister out.

He wasn't too impressed by the a**-whooping Bad Boy put on the old fossil that was Bob Holly. Hardcore wasn't a former world champion or put in a worldwide spotlight as thick as AJ's. Warner's old ego got the best of him and he gave a light-hearted shove to Bad Boy, just to wait for his temper to get the best of him and (hopefully) swing wildly.

Talia would take several shots, but was not simply stunned right off. She would attempt to send several elbow strikes towards the legend's face! Return fire! As she did this however, she was moving closer to the ring as this confrontation unfolded

Bad Boy got the shove, and a slight smirk came to his face as he turned to the side, rubbing his chin, nodding his head. So he thinks he can easily get me off my game with that? Bad Boy looked to get a full wind up, before swinging for a big haymaker to the face of AJ Warner!

JR: "This Royal Rumble Match is about to heat-up even more now as the man on a mission to hurt Cartwright enters the match!"
King: "Mikey has a new attitude and I'm loving it! Whatever Cartwright has done to cause The Celtic Cannon to target him, I'm sure it is well deserved!"
JR: "Cartwright hasn't done anything to personally offend Mikey! When he finally decides to explain himself, it better be good! I think Mikey is just a bully who is trying to make a name for himself at Cartwright's expense!"
Cartwright hears Mikey's entrance music hit the arena and he knows that this match is about to get rough for him. The Extraordinary Englishman tries to get to his feet to meet the Irishman, but he is still feeling the effects from Drako's superkick, making him a soft target. Mikey begins to stomp away at the grounded Cartwright, earning Mikey another helping of jeers for targeting Cartwright while he is down!

After the elbow connected, Jay was leaning against the ropes as eyes fell to the woman that was now dropped. Eyes also took note that he had someone else interested in challenging him which he would provoke by extending a hand and motioning Akira to make his move. Deep in his mind, he was hating everything yet found himself loving it. A conflicted of interest.

Mikey grins as he has Cartwright where he wants him. The Celtic Cannon now looks to grab Cart by the wrist, pull him to his feet and reel the Talented One in for a nasty short arm clothesline!

The moment Jay took his eyes of Melissa and onto Akira. Melissa attempted to sweep Jay's legs out from underneath him in the brief moment he was distracted with Akira who was now getting back to his feet. Akira would wait to see if Jay was swept off his feet by Melissa before he would get in on the action.
