Jacinthus - Post 2 Giving a nod of his head Jacin said, "I agree that it is pretty weird." Though he wouldn't really say much more then that. He wasn't supposed to and as such he was easiest to merely change the subject. Luckily for him she allowed it, talking about the books instead, and that she wasn't sure what to do now that she was back in her homeland. He gave a thoughtful sound before he said, "Well, don't rush anything. I am sure you will figure out what you want to do while you're here in time." Jacinthus turned away from Korra for a moment as he heard a voice that he didn't know calling out for his daughter. One of his long ears gave a twitch as he waited for the young woman who was calling out to arrive. He starred for a moment, wondering who this might be. It seemed as though she knew Korra and Korra knew her, which was a curious thing. Who was this? Mirin, huh? A 'good friend' was she? Well, better that her good friend was a girl instead of a boy. If it was a boy he'd of been likely to chase him off but he supposed that this wasn't so bad. He gave a nod of his head of acknowledgement and said, "It is nice to meet you, Mirin."

Jhin – 2
Jhin sighed as he felt the weight removed from his belt. Another one so early? He just hoped his cousins were prepared for the flood of thieves he would highlight for them. Though at this rate he worried if half of the crowd would have red hands. Honestly though father why not just let them have a few trinkets here and there? He knew it was important for his family to survive with their profits but it was a grand event. Wasn’t this supposed to be more for having fun and enjoying life with others?
His thoughts interrupted by the approach of another, Jhin turned his pale gaze towards the Matori. “Heaven for thieves? It is, isn’t it?” He replied with what appeared to be an absent minded smile before reaching under his cloak and pulling out yet another money pouch. Bending down the boy took some pebbles from the ground and filled it up so that it bulged as well. Taking his fingers away Jhin flicked off the red dust before it stained his own hands, “I appreciate the advice, but I believe some thieves need to learn that even a heaven has a few flaws of its own.” Or in this case just a few traps.
The boy smiled at the Matori. It was nice to find someone who actually enough consideration to give him a warning, “Since you were so nice, would you like to join me for something to eat? I've had a few snacks here and there, but something up ahead smells awfully delicious. I would appreciate some company." His gaze glimmered with amusement - it would be nice to have someone tagging along just in case someone else got irked at their findings of some pebbles and red hands.

Tyiva – 2
Tyiva frowned, “The smell is reminiscent of some jungle plants. One which swallows creatures while another has brilliant flowers that irritate the skin.” And Karo wanted her to try some of them? Realizing that she still had hold of the Oban’s arm the Alkdike quickly let go, “I suppose if you are willing to try them first I may do so as well.” But if anything looked too strange then she would need proof that it was truly harmless and edible.
Crossing her arms, Tyiva nodded her head. “The food of your people? I will gladly try that.” She smiled a bit at the mention of Alkidike food, “I am not exactly certain there would be a stall of our ‘food’ here. If you happen to return to Jahaur then I will surely hunt you something and cook it in return for trying your foods today.”
The mentioning of weapons did bring a gleam to the petite Alkidike’s gaze, “Weapons? You ask if I’m interested in weapons?” She raised a brow towards the Oban, “That’s like asking if a kinfa wouldn’t want a good wind in the very air in which it flies.”The alkidike gave a small smile before she gestured, “Lead the way.” This way not only could she learn about the food, but also about their weapons! Wouldn’t that be best to know in case of future conflicts? Knowing their fighting patterns…no the mystic wouldn’t agree with such things. Still, Tyiva was a warrior at heart and would take no risks. If anything this mission would allot her knowledge of how to beat any who dared to challenge her sisters.

Uzumati - 2
A rare smile flickered across Uzumati's features as he held up a fine strand of beads. His uncle had told him that the pouch at his side could be used to gain such trinkets. Yet, Uzumati frowned as he remembered the other warning. He would need to conserve it so that he could decide on what he truly wanted. Placing the beads down the male found himself facing a strange earthling who looked leaf, but yet wasn't completely.
Raising a brow at her question, Uzumati studied her for a long moment before slowly shaking his head. Instead he reached back towards the table and lifted the string of beads as if to show them off. This was what he wanted so why was she seemingly so offended? His uncle had even forced him to bathe and he was actually clothed in clothing that had yet to be dragged through the mud. So in turn the confused man just pointed at her with an expression of what's up with you? across his own features.

Serrpost twoSerr swallowed, pulling himself fully into the conversation.
"Oh no. I didn't mean all the time. This is just... It's nice to see what the world is doing." He nodded at her, his eyes warming at her kiss, then glanced at the closest stalls. He'd had the idea on more than one separate occasion lately to get Eziya some sort of bauble or jewel to show his appreciation for her, but he wasn't sure what she would like. He had standards for his surprises and couldn't just tell her to pick something out, but maybe...
"Fiia might like a souvenir. I could get her a necklace or bracelet?"

Tasinei Rhag'na, if you wanna. o wo Juno - 2
Juno quickly came to the probbaly-rather-obvious conclusion that kegs of beer were considerably heavier than bags of flour. He'd gotten used to hauling the latter for hours at a time, but after having unloaded just half his wagon-load, he was quickly tiring himself out. It didn't help that the market was now getting fairly crowded, and just getting from the wagon to the Red Sun Brewery stand was a mission in of itself. He paused along the edge of the walkway and stretched out his shoulders, gray-blue shifter skin shifting across muscle.
He noticed the flash of a sword, and turned his gaze to the ice earthling hefting it in his hand. The kid looked... maybe a little too young to be buying swords, but who was Juno to talk? He'd done lots of questionable things himself already.
"Hey, you. Prettyboy. From Zena, with the sword. D'you like beer? I'll pour you all the pints you can drink for free, if you can help me unload some."

Kian - 2
Sorting through some more purchases, Kian closed his traveling bag and quickly threw it over his shoulder. They were small items so thankfully they weren't too heavy else he would have been tempted to make Zyphire carry them. That was what a younger cousin for for, right? Smirking at the thought the mystic walked past a certain wind woman.
Taking a few more steps Kian finally paused so that he could glance over his shoulder once more, "Rhonann?" The name escaped his lips before he made certain to slip into the crowd. Rhonann! Had that been her? For once the typically calm man seemed a bit panicked. Of course he had been hoping that she would be here, but what did he do? Everything happened so quickly that I never got the chance... Chance for what? Silently chastising himself for his scrambled thoughts, Kian peered around the corner again to see if he had truly seen the woman who had constantly been in his thoughts.

Kyril - 1
Shaking her head at her brother's antics, Kyril continued to bounce alongside of her mother. There was just so much! Though admittedly the youngling clutched at her mother's skirts every time some stranger got too close. How was she supposed to trust anyone after that time? Just thinking of those strange mean men made the youngling's spine crawl.
St glad that she could stay close to her family like this while hiding in the fur lined cloak her mamma had gotten them for the chilly weather, "Kori-Ko!" She chimed as she held out a hand, "Stay with me so we can get some sweets! Momma promised!"

Shadiya - 1
Being able to walk in a public area without much worry was definitely a strange experience. For years Shadiya had been on the run from her uncle, but today she could walk proudly as who she was. Not only that, but she could take her little ones out to enjoy themselves. Smiling the dancer tucked back a stray strand of hair before laughing at her son's eagerness, "Obviously he has some magical power that we don't have. Koril, darling, you'll have to calm down though since mamma is so slow."
Reaching over, Shadiya rubbed her husband's back comfortingly. She knew it was tough to be relaxed completely after the incident, but in a way the woman had a feeling that things were different now. "Kyril is right. I did promise to buy some sweets once they decided on what they wanted. So if you two take it easy and let mamma and papa follow then I can treat you~" Smiling Shadiya rubbed her daughter's head before glancing towards Koril, "That sound okay, Koril?"
She did peek over towards Dexurn as well, "Don't worry, I'll treat you as well papa. Just let me know what you would like~"

Faamy 2While listening closely to the description, Faamy leaned against the stall with her usual playfulness. What a cutie this fella was~ "Well, yeh won't see me turnin' down a free offer," she replied. "'specially when it's soundin' so temptin' an' all." Accepting the skin, she was polite enough to drink the sample rather than gulp it back like any other drink. Wine was a completely new concept to her, and her lashes fluttered with surprise. "Well, that there's a new one on me." After a moment, she cocked her head and smiled. "Not as easy goin' down as a good ale, but darned tasty, fer sure. If only I did have a cart ta haul this 'round in!" Laughing lightly, she held the skin back out to the young man. "A'ight, yeh've caught my interest, darlin'. I ain't got much spare change though." She leaned in a little again and grinned. "You'll have ta convince me a bit more bef're I go buyin' it~"

Rhonann 2After a few deeps breaths, Rho had herself 'convinced' that the man had not actually been Kian. She peeked once over her shoulder very quickly, and then longer. The man wasn't in sight anymore. ..Well, that was Kian-like. Vanishing all the- Huffing sharply, she turned her focus back to the stalls. Clearly, it had not been him, so clearly it was nothing to get worked up over. It was all just in her mind. ..Yeah, she could live with telling herself that. There was plenty going on around her to distract herself with! Digging a hand into her pack, she approached a stall to order a snack. She shuffled it around a little before she grumbled and tossed her pack back up. Hunting down a killer on one's own funds didn't allow for much spare change to play with. Pouting slightly, she found herself unconsciously looking over her shoulder again. That bugger had always had a little extra in his pockets somehow..

Koril 2
Koril gave his father an exasperated sigh. "'cause I have awesome eyes, papa." Obviously!
Looking back at his sister's call, he was a little more patient and reached eagerly for Kyril's hand. "Sweets!" He looked between his mother and sister, wiggling with excitement. His own coat was a little too big on him, made to be grown into, and he kept having to pull the sleeves back despite them already being pinned in place once. Which was a relief to his parents, honestly. Less of a chance to be grabby... "I'll go slow for you, mama!"

Dexurn 2
"I see.." he said with a bemused smirk. Such a strange boy... He looked over at Shade's comforting touch, and he forced his shoulders to let go a little. Things would be okay now... Seeing Shade the hidden being Shadiya the dancer again was enough to melt a little more of that ice from his belly. Natural hair color showing again, flowing clothes... yup. He was a lucky man. "I'll be sure to take you up on that offer," he replied playfully.
Looking to the children, he took a deep breath to keep the icy chill out of his stomach. They would be fine. "Remember, you two; don't get too far ahead of us."

Chryssa - 2
Popping a sweet in her mouth, Chryssa continued on her way through the crowds. Thankfully the girl hadn't seen any familiar faces to get her in trouble so she was just enjoying the buzz of the crowd. Living in Sauti her entire life had truly dampened her chances to see much of other cultures so she was trying her hardest to bounce between as many foreign stalls as possible. Food, in particular, was her weak point as she constantly found herself swapping coin for a treat here and there.
In her arms actually were a few things that she had just purchased -some trinkets, others hard candies for friends and family. It was these loose things which ended up spilling on the ground when the hybrid found herself bumping into a boy who had stopped short before her, "He-hey!" Her cheeks flushed the girl shot a glare towards the ice earthling. Not that it was completely his fault, but still it was frustrating that he had just stopped like that! "Do you enjoy being a roadblock?" She quipped as she reached around his leg, gently brushing him in the process, to reach and grab a bag of hard sweets which had tumbled forward.

Ergon 2Brow rising when he felt the impact and heard the woman's voice, he quickly took a step away and turned to give a half bow. "My apologies, mi-...." Oh. A hybrid... Wait, what? He stiffened up and yanked his leg back from the slight brush. "Perhaps you should learn to enjoy watching where you are walking," he snipped back, returning a cold glare of his own. The nerve of this girl!
