my cats stardust and lucky
Cute kitties!
Which one is Stardust and which one is Lucky? How old are they?
stardust is black and white ( 5 years ) and lucky is solid white (8 years)
I had a feeling that you were going to tell me that Stardust was the one with black on it.
4laugh Have you had them since they were kittens?
lucky was found all alone with no mom and stardust was given to me cause the previous owner couldnt keep her anymore
Sounds a bit like how we got some of the cats that we have/had.
3nodding Sam was supposedly mean to kids and got booted from his home and we took him in. Wonderful cat (Siamese - Himalayan Mix) lived to be 24 years old and was very protective of my daughter from the day we brought her home.
Meow-Meow (my daughter named her) was found by my dad-in-law on his truck tire out in the cold at a few months old. She was a black medium haired cat. Sweet and goofy but she ended up having seizures from out of nowhere and died rather quickly/unexpectedly (less than 12 hours) a week before my daughter's birthday in 4th grade.
2 days before my daughter's birthday that same year...our neighbor's outdoor male cat that we adored, brought my daughter a new kittie that looked like him. This tiny little orange ball that could fit in 1 hand. My daughter named him, Angel. This tiny little guy that got lost in our couch as a kitten and no one could hear became a very large cat and lived longer than the vets ever said he would. He was only supposed to make it till about age 2, maybe 3 because he had cancer and a blood disease. He was a fighter and made it till he till he was around 10 maybe 11 years old.
Our other cat that's living is at mom-in-law's house because he couldn't get along with Angel and the in-law's (now mom-in-law only) decided they couldn't have him not be there now. My neighbor and I rescued him from her tree during a severe thunderstorm. He couldn't hear a thing (at the time) but was smart as all get out. He's black & white with a perfect bow tie under his nose.
He has a long name due to him being deaf when we got him due to ear infections, his extremely long white whiskers, and that he was trained like a dog (smartest cat we've ever owned). His name is Beethoven Einstein Bow.
Then, my mom-in-law has 2 more cats in the house and a couple of rescued cats that she takes care of outside that we had fixed.
