Maryse was standing ringside, earlier being intimidated by Pentagon. Currently he stood with his back facing her. She would see this as an opportunity and hit him in the back with a forearm

The Miz stood amongst Pentagon Jr. and taunted him to get back in as he was fired up "Come on! Get back in here! Vamonos! Vamonos!" he mocked..

Pentagon was staring in at The Miz, who was taunting him with Spanish. Suddenly he felt a punch being thrown at his back. He turned around, unharmed by the forearm and saw Maryse. He tilted his head at her in disgust. Quickly, Pentagon would grab her by the neck and stare into the ring to The Miz. "Mira esto, Pendejo!" He would lift Maryse up in a gorilla press, then bring her down with a gutbuster! What the hell was wrong with this guy!

With Miz distracted and AJ mostly recovered on the apron, he waited for Miz's attention..!

Maryse made a mistake.. getting lifted up and slamed down onto Pentagon's knees. She fell over in agony, holding her gut as referees came from the back to help her

 The Miz was internally angered as he saw what Pentagon Jr. did to his most prized possesion, his wife, he couldn't even speak, he was speechless... he started yelling at Pentagon Jr "You're a coward!! YOU'RE A COWARD!" but he felt a presence behind him, ultimately he turned around to face AJ Styles

Pentagon would get up after almost breaking Maryse in half. He would look into the ring at The Miz, taunting him while yelling "CERO MIEDO!"He would then turn around towards Randy, unknowing of his presence.

 The Miz punched the mat numerous times relentlessly the arena was hyping it up as they were feeding off the adrenaline of all the superstars in this match-up, in pure frustration The Miz was looking to end someone in the match, he waited for AJ Styles to get on his feet while he spread his arms out, measuring him at every second, he maneuvered himself behind him, stalking him and waiting to hunt down the prey!
