Ethan saw that she was angry and scared but he gently hugged her, "Im sorry that i kept it secret but how do you tell that to someone... i mean, when you told me that you were pregnant i didnt think it wise to say, hey, im a prince and can turn into a tiger... i felt that you would think i was making stuff up to keep from being with you... and as we spent more time together i feared that if i told you that you would hate me or not want anything to do with me..." he explained to her as he gently let go, "Are you okay though?" He asked looking her over. He himself had a few scratches and such on his arms and shoulder but he looked okay aside from that.

He looked down at her but nodded, having her sit down as he did as well, "As i said, Im a prince to the country of Wukanda... but..." her father chimed in, "But that country is under lockdown for having an internal conflict correct?" He asked having seen the news about it once. It wasnt major news but Ethan nodded, "Yes... my parents along with the other nobles, they all dictate our government to keep it from being a monarchy but a wolf shifter by the name of Azriel challenges and wants to take rule of the country but he is only power hungry and is willing to kill then try for democracy... i was suppose to be save because i was sent here secretly at the beginning of the conflict..." he explained gently.

Ethan looked at her when she spoke but he thought it over, "Its not a full war, its minor fights and such but being able to turn into animals is why the borders were shut down. But when it comes down to it... these two found out where I am which means that Azriel knows... but these men know where he is... if I can get a hold of my friend, he is head of the royal guard which if he can arrest Azriel for his crimes, then everyone will be safe..." he said softly to her, thinking over how this could help them out. He looked at Whitney, "Im sorry that I kept this secret from you." he stated gently to her. Her father got up, "Well best to get cracking, I had to get info from thugs before... be right back." he said grabbing one of the men and took him to another room.

Ethan was surprised when she crawled into his lap but he thought it over, his hand gently brushing over her belly, "Yes, all three little ones are going to be tiger shifters like me." He said softly to her, "And you might one day as well... a side effect for having so many children in one litter... its only happened a few times in our country when a male has a human wife..." he said softly, hoping that she didn't fear that she could turned into a shifter one day as well but he held her close, "I think that my parents would love to meet you." he said lovingly to her.

Ethan lightly laughed as she shivered and asked about shifting but he shook his head, "Not at all... its as natural as breathing when you learn how to do it." He said kindly and reassuring. When she relaxed against him, he continued to rub her belly, "Im sorry to have scared you." He said softly to her, having felt very bad for her being scared but was happy that she and their babies were alright.

Her father did come back in the living room, stopping to look at them curiously but went and picked up the other guy, "Figured I best ask them both..." he stated as he took the second shifter but soon something rang, it seemed that one of them had dropped a satellite phone. Ethan gently had to move Whitney but walked over and picked up the phone. He was surprised at who it was, "Azriel..." He said as he put it on speaker phone, "Oh, well if it isn't Prince Ethan, hope that I didn't ruin your night." he said over the phone. Ethan wanted to hang up badly but had an idea as he walked into the other room that her father was in. Whitney could follow if she wanted, but Ethan had her father gag the two men who he was questioning. Ethan then took the lead after setting his phone down to record, "Why did you send two shifters to kill me Azriel?" He asked but their was a laugh, "Well it was either capture or kill, either would have helped. What about my two minions, did you kill them when they attacked?" he asked but Ethan shook his head, "I didn't but a retired cop visiting the house had his gun with him and he was attacked, so he had to do what was needed." He lied but sounded truthful but her father went with it. Azriel laughed, "Well at least those two don't get paid, either way, if they would have killed you they would have been trapped in the states for murder." he stated but Ethan got a bit mad, "So you were just using them?" He asked and Azriel didn't hesitate, "Of course, they're lives don't matter if they help me into a position of power." He stated but Ethan shook his head, "You're a monster... Azriel, I hope that you get what you deserve." He practically spat but the line just was silent, "I will be happy to take that thrown thank you..." he said as the line went dead but her father looked at the shifters, "Care to tell us his location now?" He asked as they nodded, annoyed at being betrayed.

Ethan looked at Whitney and nodded, same as her father but he soon went back to writing down what the shifters had to say. When they gave them locations, he went to go make calls as did her father. Soon Ethan had finished using the satellite phone to call his friend, the leader of the royal guard, he kept his normal phone on hand, sending the voice recording of Azriel's deception to him as well for safe keeping. It wasn't long that police arrived, a government agent as well who took the shifters into custody for breaking and entering as well as attempted murder but Ethan had told them that they would be tried in Wucanda and would be given a fair trial. As they were taken away, Ethan walked into the kitchen, "Hopefully my friend will be able to take care of Azriel soon." He said simply.
