It struck her like lighting! He was scared of her! After few moments of dancing with him and she abruptly stops, just stops, her scary-red eyes sadden, and her smile turned into a frown.
"Oh no!! Don't be afraid of me. I only bite those who deserve it. Like big fish who think its ok to push little fish around!"
She hoped he wouldn't swim away. Besides she would be, unknowingly fighting for his freedom on Sunday! Maybe she would tell him her secret? But her father could never know.

Oh no, he Bummed Her Out. That wasn't cruel at all! He didn't meant to hurt her feelings, he just thought he should get back to Draconia since she was his date.
And it was possible he wasn't totally comfortable with ghouls paying this close attention to him. But he wasn't going spill those beans...
"Nonono...it's cruel. I was just looking for someone but dancing with is groovy. I just, uh, don't want to make my date angry. And you shouldn't bite anymonster. Violence is never the answer. Unless the question is 'What is never the answer?' Then the answer is violence."
He was babbling. Why was he babbling?

"HAHAAHAHAHA!" She laughed! A bit too loudly! rofl "Oh your really are funny! What a lucky date you have." There was a pang of jealousy in her heart. She wasn't sure why. Was it that he had such a swimming personality, she just instantly liked him. Strange.
"I'm going to have to let you go out of my clutches, but go on. Good luck finding your date. I'm going to enjoy the rest of his head pounding music! It's so wavey!!"
She continued to dance, not minding she was alone.

Demona looked at them with an intense gaze for a moment. Then she laughed and circled the two like a great white shark.
"AS IF!" She snorted
"One, you're like Waaaaayyyy too young for a
bae, two he's WAY too old to be your bae and three. HE'S A SUPERFICIAL PSYCHO WHO YOU JUST MET! " She cried as she looked at him.
She then sighed realizing that this wasn't a joke.
"Octavia listen to me, you don't need a boo to be happy. And besides all this time single means more time to soul search and find out more what you want to do and to go do it. Also you don't need to share a screech-zza. Which is bomb... being single is literally one of the beast things on the planet. This guy, he doesn't deserve you I know this, I was his arm candy for 4 months. You deserve someone who puts you first and not his hair."
She stopped "look, it's your choice and all but when magazines start publishing bad photos of you and spreading rumors so bad it puts Cassandra to shame, just know I warned you. Dating scary puts you on a global spotlight that's way too much to handle"

"Uh..."Harry looked around. Monster were dancing everywhere and he had no idea where Draconia was. He looked back a Marianna. She had covered her Bummed Outness quickly but he knew it was there. No one should be Bummed Out at a party...even one with corpserate boosic. A frightbulb went off in his head."Maybe you could help me look? I could introduce you."

"Actually. There was someone I wanted to ask to dance with me. But we haven't been introduced yet. I'll help you find your date. but can you help me find this buff boo?"
She hadn't sen him at the dance and really hoped he was here. "He was in the SKRM team. He won the first match for Monster High. I think his name is Nero." She smiled, walking away form the dance floor to help him search for his date."So what's your date look like? Can you describe her to me?"

"Sorry, dudette, I don't the guy. My date is a groovy ghoul named Draconia. She's a mighty Dragon! But she's cruel...doesn't incinerate anyone. Not her bag."
As Harry grew more comfortable talking to Marianna, his natural way of speaking came out.
"She's totally cosmic. Gave me an awesome gift."
The prince let Marianna cut through the crowd ahead of him. She was better at it anyway.

They were both tall enough to look over the heads of other monsters and ghouls so finding a dragon should be too difficult.
"A dragon named Draconia...Hmmm." She repeated and scanned the room, taking all of 30 seconds to search her immediate area before cupping her hands over her mouth and announcing loudly over the music!"HAY DRACONIA!! YOUR BOO-FRIEND IS LOOKING FOR YOU!" She jumps up and down and points to Harry repeatedly, just in case the dragon ghoul wasn't able to pinpoint their location.

Essi takes one last look around....then turns to Roswell. "I suppose a dance would be...appropriate?" She let him lead the way...and might have been humming along to the music...

Marianna Trench "HAY DRACONIA!! YOUR BOO-FRIEND IS LOOKING FOR YOU!" "Who-wha?" Across the floor, Draconia saw Harry standing next to a very tall, pale sea creature. Instantly, Draconia recognized the voice. Challenger Deep! The mysterious monster who had assisted Chase and her the other day - it was her, minus the identity-concealing makeup, Draconia was sure.
And for some reason she was calling Harry Draconia's boofriend! Instantly, Draconia's mind swirled with panicked thoughts.
Had Harry told her he was Draconia's boofriend? Was this date more than two friends going to a dance? Was the rumour mill already spreading stories about the two of them?!
There was no more time to think, though. The monstress and Harry spotted her looking at them and waved her over."Er...he-hexcuse me," Draconia told Hellene, and strolled over. "Oh, h-hello, Harry, I'm sorry that I got a bit caught up talking to Hellene, er, what's up?"

Octavia unpeeled her tentacles from Scary's hand. "Is that what this was about?! I thought...I thought...." "Wait!" Scary tried to beg off. "I mean, yeah, at first I was just hoping to get Demona jealous, remind her of what she was missing here-" Scary pointed at himself. Octavia fumed and he cleared his throat."But while we were talking, I kind of felt like maybe, we have sort of...a...connection?" Scary tried making one of his famous pouty faces that was plastered on every Tween Scream fashion magazine. "Like, can't you just imagine that the songs I've sung were about you, ghoul?" "You dorkus maximus!" Octavia pushed past Kai and Demona and picked up the punch bowl. "Your songs could be about ANYmonster!" "Well, yeah, but, you can IMAGINE they're about you, right ghoul?" Scary didn't get much further than that.
*SPLASH!*
Octavia plastered him with the full contents of the punch bowl, leaving the popscar dripping on the dance floor."Come on, Kai, Demona!" Octavia took both their hands. "I think there's just time for one last dance." The three of them moved away from Scary as Spectra Vondergeist flew up and took some bright, flashing pictures with her iCoffin."Scary Styles, starting a new fashion trend! The soggy look, soon it's going to be the sensation of Hauntlywood!" She typed furiously as Scary tried to smile and pose and make that punch bowl werk it.

Octavia Tempest "Come on, Kai, Demona! I think there's just time for one last dance." "OH EM GHOUL! Who does he think I am my mother?" She joked throwing her arms around Octavia "I'm so proud of you for showing him who's boss! You deserve a manster who cares about YOU and not his contract-obligated fake ex-ghoulfriend.... however I don't blame him for wanting me on his arm. Because I am just THAT good looking" She smiled brightly well... Dee was the Demon of Vanity after all. She took Kai's claw in one hand and Octavia's tentacle in the other hand and danced happily not caring about Scary, or Damon. She just danced ♡

"Thank you!" Atomica took a bow with the new/old Rest in Peace on the stage. "Thank you all!"
Atomica scanned the crowd. There was Lin and Cassie. She waved at them to come up on the stage and join in. What would make the night better than to share her triumph with her friends? She'd proven she COULD put together a band and a performance when the situation seemed mathematically impossible. Now was a time to spellabrate!
"Come on, everybluddy! This is a party, isn't it?!" She asked as she quickly told Vanissha, Melody and 'Jadzia' about the next song. "It's time to spellabrate good times, come on!"
And indeed, they started cranking up on "Spellabration," by Ghoul and the Fang!
"There's a party goin' on right here
A spellabration to last throughout the years
So bring your good times and your laughter too
We're gonna spellabrate your party with you"

"Clawsome!" he cheered happily, and leading her to the dance floor just in time for the new song to come on. "Ya-Hoo!!" He sang along with the music, dancing and clapping with all the other ghouls and Mansters! He was even so bold as to spin Estrella around once or twice. "Enjoying yourself?" He smiles brightly, music really made him feel the most at home.
