Camrine continued her way around the festival fair grounds till she found a game booth. Cam focused on the target and tossed the ball in her hand and then threw it. Camrine laughed as she watched the Nixie swim around the dunking booth, it was rather perfect since Nixie's liked water, them being dunked wasn't a big deal. Cam then picked out a pretty pink plushie for her win.
Glykeria walked around looking for something fun to do. She fluffed her tail behind her. Gly skipped along and then went to play a ring toss game. Gly tried a couple of times before she got the ring on and poll. Gly smiled and jumped up and down. Then went and chose a plushie.
Aeon shook her head at the idea of having to take care of a plant. "No thanks but you can grab one." Then she looked at the booth next to the trinket booth and played the dart game there. Then she picked a plushie out and cuddled it to her. Anon like the black and grey coloring. Aeon liked mellow things.
Coco wasn't able to win any games that day, but she did find a cute plant she decided she wanted to take back to the dorm room with her. Coco really wished she had someone to talk to and play with.
Ustule had actually been interested in the idea, and she still was. She failed to notice Prometheus's annoyance, but noticed Histeol's sigh. She suddenly felt bad about pointing it out. Of course someone who was blind would be a little...unhappy at having it pointed out. She wondered if he got miserable at events like this. Then again, he couldn't have been too miserable if he'd come to the event and had started playing games...Still, she resolved to be helpful to him and not offer any judgement, intentional or accidental.
A matching game actually sounded pretty interesting...though Ustule also liked the idea of a "what's in the box" game as well, especially since it was nearby "Any of those sounds good to me," she said. "I em not picky. The box one sounds fun." She tilted her head at Prometheus's stuffed animals--earrings? In gold? Surely on that stuffed animal they should be silver or black...but at that moment, someone handed her a pair of bells of her own. She nodded in satisfaction. Silver. That was a good color. She clipped them onto her ears and gathered up her things. "Shell we?"
"I played a matching game all through the Haunted Hallows festival," Peri said with a shrug. "I might have run out of luck. Or the vendor might think I'm cheating. Not that I did!" he added loudly. Terror screeched at him. "Sorry, dear," he said to her. "I didn't mean to do that." He picked up one last ball and, one-handed, threw it at the milk bottles. He was rewarded with an antler headband. Well, since Prometheus and Teo already had a pair...
"I can't see why they might think you're cheating, Perigor," Teo sighed. "You're being paranoid." Again, he added mentally. But the thought that the nice adult might be nearby with the game he liked made him brighten up. "Well, I'd love to play that game, personally, Promme." He leaned in and murmured in Prometheus's ear, "And thanks for thinking of me. You're very nice." He leaned back and smiled at his friend, shifted his belongings so that he had one hand free for Haint's harness, and said, "Lead the way!" He felt something hit his head, settling around an antler, and heard someone hooting. He ignored them.
Peri snorted. Okay, maybe Teo had a point...he almost always did... "Then...how about I like the idea of a game we can find right off the bat and that I haven't played before? Guessing games can be fricking fun, I say we go! By the way, Teo, you have a bracelet on your head now."

Anchriesel rewarded Ganymede with a glowing smile and a squeeze of the hand. The amount of affection on display between Foras and Alioth was obnoxious--he honestly could not tell if they were hormonal or putting on an act. And if so, who were they putting it on for? Certainly not for him or for Ganymede. Ganymede was a total jerk. He had no friends--certainly no one who was attracted to him. And most people seemed to forget that Anchriesel existed. So what the heck was going on with them? He determined to keep his displays of affection subtle, caressing, gentle. Something that would hopefully make the aloof Geist melt like putty in his claws. "You're welcome, Ganymede," he murmured softly.
When Gany hit the target with the hammer, Chries applauded, smiling that same encouraging smile. "Good job," he said. He was glad to have Gany's arm looped back in his. It meant that he was doing a good job. "I think the darts sound like an excellent idea--a book sounds like a lovely thing to win in winter." He lead Gany to the darts stand, confident that Foras and Alioth would follow. It was a double date, after all, and anyway, the hybrid and the Fallen had picked the last game. It was Chries and Gany's turn to pick a game. Chries picked up a dart and threw it at a balloon. It popped, and, indeed, the prize was a book. He scanned the titles, finally picking out a promising title. He smiled in satisfaction--just as he'd hoped. A romance novel! "You have the best ideas, dearest one," he murmured to Ganymede.

The dart table was getting more and more crowded, but there was still enough space for Bath to throw his. The expression on the game master's face implied that it was time to start moving along, though. "I think this might have to be our last throw," he said to Mytrax. "He's giving us The Look."
Bath's throw brought with it the welcome addition of more books, but the decidedly unwelcome addition of a plushie. Batholith was too old for plushies. Hell, his adopted little brother Foras was too old for plushies, in Bath's opinion. Damn. That meant he was going to have to find a deserving freshling to give it to...

With the guessing game done and prizes won, it was time to move on to another place. Xeno looked around for some place to move to, then saw a familiar figure waving his hand. He tugged on the sleeve of Jurvik's jacket and pointed. "It's Mr. Datura! I think he's waving at us." He had herbology with Mr. Datura--Corben as some students called him. His dad had suggested it. He'd always kind of wondered why that was. "I've got to introduce you to him. He teaches herbology." He pulled his unresisting father along to the booth and looked at it. He smiled. "Hey, Mr. Datura! How's your Winter Solstice?"
He saw the wheel on the table and reached out to give it a spin. He smiled at the result. "So, um, I guess I get a prize?"
Jurvik spotted Corben just as Xeno tugged on his sleeve. He was glad that Xeno could not see how his coral-pink glows brightened at the sight of the Baphomet. They'd met back in October, shortly after he'd adopted Xenophon. They'd quickly become friends, and, well...to be honest, Jurvik had a bit of a crush on the botanist. Okay, a big crush. In grown-up terms, he was developing An Interest in his son's teacher. That's why he had suggested that Xeno take herbology--to see how his son and his friend got along. He'd kind of hoped to see Corben here, maybe meet Corben's son. After all, if he was going to build up the nerve to ask Corben if he would like to start a relationship, he kind of wanted to get to know Corben's son at least a little. At least meet him, y'know?
He chuckled as Xeno dragged him along. "I've actually already met Mr. Datura, Xeno. But I'd be happy to meet him again," he said. When they got up to the booth, Jurvik grinned and waved at Corben. "How are your plants doing?" he asked. He looked over the table at the trivia cards scattered around. He pointed to one. "Is the answer cinnamon? An edible bark?"
Plushie to be gifted to Xenophon?

One last horseshoe and yet another book. Zalir remembered that Lyra had ordered eight books specially as prizes for the festival. Zey now had over half of the books available. Zey smiled. Well, that was victory, wasn't it? Zalir tucked the book back in zeir bag, thanked the game master for the game, and moved on to the rest of the festival. Zey were sort of in the mood for some hot chocolate right now, and maybe some social interaction? Maybe? If zey could summon up the courage?
Quilo got to the festival relatively late--about a quarter of an hour or so had passed since it had started, which Quilo felt was an unacceptable amount of lateness. Maybe he was late because he had been finishing homework, or because he hadn't made definite plans for going to the festival. Maybe he had had to deal with a squabbling fight between his Nezubats before they could both calm down. Whatever the reason, he was running late, running to the festival at a break-neck pace. His plan was simple: find Ella, spend time with her. That was it.
That was all the plan he needed. It used to be he would insist on going with Tarin as well, but Tarin hadn't been around much lately--he thought there might have been a family emergency or something. Oh well. He sighed, collected a stocking with a pair of gold earrings in it, and rushed through the crowd. The sight of familiar blue and pink brought a grin to his face. "Ella!!" he shouted. He dodged people left and right until he was at her side, wrapping his arms around her in a gentle hug. "Hey there! I'm sorry I was late, I hadn't finished the homework your mom gave us. Oh, hey, I love your earrings! Hold on a second." He fished the earrings out of his own stocking and clipped them onto his ears. "Ta-da! Whaddya think?" He hoped he could make her smile...
Winter Solstice in Below! Heck, Below! There were very few words that could possibly describe how excited Oriset was to be here. Well, okay, come to think about it, there were a lot of words, like, a hella lot? But she couldn't say them all, or she'd get so excited that she could just explode. So no. Be calm, Oriset. Be cool. Be subtle. No, wait, don't be subtle. Be yourself. Because you're not in Above anymore. You're in Below. A new place. No parents. No spies. No one to tell you be quiet, or A Goblin Should Be Seen And Not Heard, or Sneaking Goblin, Breathing Goblin. Nope. Freedom. Total and complete.
She skipped through the halls to the festival grounds, twirling as she plucked up a red stocking. Stockings! She wasn't used to this tradition at all. Nope. Things were different back home. But that's why she loved this place! She clipped on a pair of earrings, and still dancing and jingling, skipped her way through the crowds.
Winter solstice was one of the best times of years. It was a time for music, for gathering, for being together...Wyrdda smiled at herself in the mirror as she put herself together. Yes. There were lots of opportunities. Maybe she'd find herself a pack today, even.
That was a long shot, but it was one worth taking. With a white board slung over her shoulder for communication purposes, and a pack of default cards in a pouch taped to the back, she walked to the festival. She picked out a stocking--there were no brown ones this year, but at least there was a nice blue one. She flashed the "Thank you!" card at the attendant with a smile, and set off into the crowds to win a game. The first one she came to was a guessing game with a jar full of candies. Excellent. Something that involved only writing on cards. She made her guess--a pretty good one--and came away with a stuffed seal and a pair of antlers. She would have preferred a stuffed fox, but it didn't look like there were any this year. Besides, she was a Grimm, and thus she was supposed to be close to the Nixie...and Nixie liked seals, didn't they?

Sprout lifted their head, smiling easily. The Chimera already had a collection. "I need them," the green winged Fallen confirmed, spinning on his toes. Sprout touched Verve's arm briefly, leaning over to the nearest table to take a pair. They grinned, more than happily clipping both of the bells into the same ear tuft. Sprout shook their head, laughing. "I'm collecting for gifts," the Fallen explained, tucking one arm behind their back as they stuck out a hand. "I'm Sprout by the way."

Caper grinned a little, pleased. "Nice to meet you Silas," the Giest offered bright, getting back to his feet. He stared at the crowd, tugging at the ends of his long hairs. "Could you?" he asked, mouth falling open. "Oh! We can get more prizes too. All of the booths have different stuff!"
He picked up his plant where he had set it down, smiling the slightest. "I already took this for my mom, but I want to grab stuff for my friends too," Caper explained, twisting once more to face the crowd. "... And I don't know what my bird likes. How do we call him?"
After winning a couple of plushies, the two girls found their way to a a stand filled with books. Odessa smiled, picking up one of them that she thought might be filled with romance and adventure. "Looks like I'll have a lot to read before bed tonight!" She waved it in the air.
"Oh hey, look Mom!" Kiessi ran to the counter filled with buckets. "We could have a snowball fight!" Tambre made a face but tried to do her best to not let Kiessi see. Well... at least it was safe for indoors...
"Really? After all this excitement I'm not sure I'll have time to read. I think I might pass right out." Kara half laughed. She was looking for something more realistic than fiction, but when she didn't find that she settled on something that she thought would be filled with more action than romance. "This should be good." She stated to herself.
Anara was starting to wonder if she had found a zoo somewhere with all the sudden familiars that had started to follow her. The newest was a Kidden who seemed happily content trotting after the little geist. Man.. if this continued she'd never been able to keep her present secret from everyone else!
Oh yeah! More candy! Rorie reached for the goodies and even managed to sneak a bite this time before his caretaker noticed.
Suijin sighed and wondered if he just should have stayed in his dorm room. It was lonely and even if he was getting things the fact that he couldn’t get any one to talk to him just made him more depressed. Maybe he should have stayed back home. No one talked to him there but at least he knew where everything was. He had all his books and trinkets back then. Of course because he was looking down at his shuffling feet he didn’t see the person in front of him and went barreling into their legs. “Oh no I’m sorry… sorry sorry” ugh he failed.

“Valkyie attacked munnin’s head. It hurt really bad….” Munnin stated when he heard someone ask why he had just said something… it was then he realized who exactly he was talking to. Seconds later Munnin was practically flying across the few feet across them to bodily hug his younger brother with all his might. It was someone that he knew; he wouldn’t have to walk around the festival all alone now. “you have antlers. You look all festive. I.. uh Munnin got a lot of plushies” He then pulled out his plushies for his brother to see only to realize he suddenly had a new one.
Decran’s time away from the book booth was short lived. As he was exiting the plushie booth, he couldn’t help but catch sight of another book he’d been wanting to get lately — ‘The Halfling’. At the rate he was going, Decran could very well open his own library one day. He was quick to cave into his wants and quickly snatched up the only copy in the surrounding area he saw and quickly paid for it. With the two books in hand, Decran headed off to explore the other books. The books reminded him of his fallen friend, Zephyr, and he wondered how he was and if he’d show up at the festival or not.
Syra
Syra hadn’t even made it out of the current booth before more shinies caught her eye. This time it was a rack of boas that shined so much they reminded her of the tinsel her parents decorated with back home. She sifted through the various colors, amazed with how many options there were, until a silver one caught her eye. It was the same exact shade of silver as her bell earrings and she couldn’t help but grab it and quickly pay for it. She wrapped it around her neck just as he was making her way out of the booth area and off to another one, wondering what other pretties she would find at this festival.
Finnley
Finnley stepped up to a game booth, small, harmless darts in hand. His caretaker had encouraged him to play the game as darts was something he enjoyed back at the dorms and, for a kid, he was pretty darn good at it. He took a deep breath and let his first dart go. It found it’s mark on one of the outside rings. Finnley pouted as he readied the next dart. This one was way off. He huffed and stared at his third dart. The stupid things were a lot lighter than he was used to and he was surprised they were even sticking into the board. Shrugging, he let the next dart fly through the air and this time it stuck into one of the inner rings. The two shots that didn’t miss netted him enough to gain him a prize and Fin picked out a potted plant that caught his eye.
Jocey
Jocey decided that she too would try her hand at the dart game. She wasn’t as good as Finnley but she was quickly learning thanks to him. Maybe because of this, and her not being as used to regular darts as he was, she quickly found her mark, and hit the bullseye with her second dart. Jocey squealed as she picked out a large finnekit plushie. The thing was about half the size of her and..she squinted at its wrist...came with a bracelet? She pulled at the red and green piece of jewelry, half expecting it to be attached to the plushie somehow. But when it came off, she grinned and slipped the bracelet onto her wrist, taking it to be an extra gift from the booth runners.
Ishy
As Ishy made her way through the festival a couple of her students came up to her to say hi and she struck up a conversation with one of their parents, happily telling them that she was proud of their child’s progress. When the conversation died down, and the family went off to enjoy the rest of the festival, Ishy did the same. She frowned when she felt something under her feet and glanced down. Tilting her head, she read the title of the book and glanced up and around. Perhaps someone had lost it? She bent to pick it up and asked a few of those standing close by if it was theirs. With no owner in sight, Ishy shrugged and tucked it into the corner of her elbow as she walked around. She would continue to ask around and if no one had claimed it by the end of the festival, she’d add it to her own collection of books.

Carrying the plant around with her still she decided to keep looking at things rather than just retreat back to her room to draw. All this cacophony of sound and activity was in a way inspirational. She watched as peoples of all races talked and mingled. Some things had to be explained to freshlings but they caught on really quick and she was certain they were having a lot of fun from what she could tell with those big smiles and bright eyes. Eveilyn looked down at the little plant in her arms and decided to go find a spot to sit down and just observe things for a while. It wasn’t like there was anyone who was going to be pestering her after all with so much going on she would likely be overlooked which didn’t bother her all that much. The only trouble was with so many others around she thought trying to find a place to sit was going to be a bit of a pain. Maybe she should try one of the venders passing things out for free for the festival. That jewelry one seemed nice and perhaps she might even get something nice there.
While getting dragged along to play games, Arya next ended up getting a candy cane bunch which he offered to share with the other freshling.

Nikora grinned and darted over to Charmstar when he greeted her, some how picking up some earrings on the way. "Hi Charm!" she said happily and waved at the Fallen's friend. "Hello!" Sadly it seemed like she had to leave so she waved goodbye then turned to Charmstar. "Have you been having fun?"
When Charmstar's friend came back not to long after, Nikora greeted her and the new freshling she brought over. "Hello both of you!"

Now those were interesting. Caelan peered at the fake snowballs and took a bucket. Maybe he could find someone to get into a 'snowball' fight later.
Foras watched as Alioth went on to play the game after him. He didn't come out with a win, but he sure still managed to look adorable while he was at it. Plus, he still won something in the end. Foras happily accepted the little jinglebell earrings. Score, these would be something totally, perfectly, annoying to wear while hanging out in his dorm room.
"Thanks Starshine, they're perfect." They were clip on, thankfully. He didn't quite have the guts to get his actually ears pierced just yet. They were pretty sensitive, and the thought of a needle getting poked through them ran a chill up his spine. And, since they were clip-able, he was able to display them instantly. "How do I look?" He struck a few...various poses, none which actually displayed his ears all that well, before slipping his arm back around Alioth. It seemed he was the only one with the 'strength' to win big, but the others all got the little consolation prizes.
Dearest. Bleck. That was so...boring. Unorginal. Foras could do better--. He cut off that train of thought and gave Alioth a little squeeze as Ganymede made a new suggestion for their next game. "Lead the way~ Darts sound fun." Foras smiled and followed after the other couple. Ah books. Well, there could be worse prizes out there. Though, with the number of people leaving the book with prizes he wondered if maybe this game was too easy to win. Those darn librarians. He literally popped a balloon on his first try. He didn't know how it was rigged, but it totally was.

It wouldn't really be fun to enjoy the rest of the events while lugging around a potted plant, peppermint-bark, and a giant stuffed plushie. So Eilwen had to agree with Gaius. It would definitely be a good idea to make a litte stop to her dorm room so she could drop off some of her prizes. That was maybe they could enjoy some of the other fun activities around.
"Good idea. I think I can hold on to these things until we get back to the dorm." As sweet as it was for him to offer to help her out, he also had a lot of things to tote around! He had two precious potted plants to watch out for after all. With the dorm as a destination in mind she started to make her way back to the buildings. She was startled when someone dropped a boa around her neck however. Her tiny wings flapped as the boa dragged on the ground as she walked. Just one stop to her room and she could join the festivities again!

"Nope! That little guy is my first one...I've never had to name one before!" It was true, Piper had never had a familiar before. Although her mother kept a really cute fennekit at home, but for some reason the little guy's name was eluding her at the moment. At least she knew how to take care of one! And it was super cute.
"Do you have any familiars?" It seemed like a good idea to ask him the same question. Of course, she continued to talk to him only between dragging him around and playing as many of the games in the area. She scored herself some free peanut brittle too!
Natsuko-neko
Conan was in the middle of debating the merits of enchanted cold cotton balls when suddenly there was someone hugging his arm. Of course, before long he noticed exactly who that someone was and the blush that light up his face was rather fantastic. Just the girl he'd been hoping to see! And she looked totally adorable! Way cuter then he had dressed. With a simply holiday sweater and some casual, though fitted, jeans to match. He did at least have his hair pulled back for a change.
"That is a super cute plushie Cherubi buuuuuut~ I wanted to give you this one as well!" There was a time when Nott had been showered by presents from him during a certain event. Since then though he had grown really close to Cherubi. Heck, he even let her dress him up in dresses. He was quite a fan of her fashion, and quite honestly the girl herself. How could you not like her? She was simply too adorable.
Alioth watched the modeling with an appreciative eye, not really paying much attention to the earrings Foras wasn't showing off. "Handsome and amazing, of course." Alioth replied as he slipped back into the hybrid's arms. He turned to Gany and Chries, smiling. "Well, I'm glad we all came in at the same time, that means we can enjoy everything the event has to offer together. Wont that be fun!" Alioth chirped happily at them. Honestly, he was trying to stop the laughter from bubbling up. He could see that he wasn't either of the other two's cup of tea, and it amused him beyond words. "I'm up for darts too, sounds like fun." He said, walking with Foras over to the booth.
The starry Fallen watched everyone shoot and win their prizes. "Wow, you're just great at all of these games, aren't you Snuggles?" Alioth praised, brushing Foras's wings with his own in a teasing caress as he took his own turn at the darts game. The Fallen also won a book, something about a short dude and a big lizard. It looked like an alright book to read on a rainy day or something.
Actually... "Maybe we can do a reading date? Sometime it's raining, we'll make hot cocoa, cuddle under some blankets and read to each other?" Although, they'd probably leave off the reading fairly quickly and just do their normal talking and date night dinner.

Julie had just barely gotten her candy and plushie when she heard a voice next to her. Someone was talking to her! Julie blushed a bit and pulled the plush to her chin to hide behind, at least a little. "O-oh, uh, thank you. I thought it was cute since it matched my fur." the Grimm smiled at the demon, and gave a friendly tail wag. "My name is Julie, what's yours?"
Behind her, someone started throwing prizes into the crowd, a shiny silver boa draping itself over her head. Shaking it off, Julie wrapped the fluffy boa around her neck and shoulders, coveting the warmth.

Mani's arms were suddenly pinned to his sides as his sibling basically tackled him, bringing the creepy bird with them. "Munnin, your friend looks like it wants to bite me." Mani was used to Ran, but this bird thing looked a lot scarier than a pumpka. Still, the young nightmare was quickly distracted from the scary bird by all the plushies that Munnin had managed to win.
"Wooooow. You sure did win a lot. So far I haven't gotten much. Just this headband." Mani said, unconcernedly. The night was young, and there were plenty of games to play. Mani wiggled his head to shake the bells on his headband and laughed as a nearby book vendor threw him a tome. Well, that was easier than playing a game, honestly.

Jasper was inclined to believe the little critter was sticking around because there were treats to be hand. He was sure Nihls would take good care of the little guy though, and he was awfully cute! If he had more time to actually care for and train a pet, he'd totally have a little flitterat himself. Those little noses and whiskers were just too cute! His little Salamander actually suited him quite well though. As he wanted to have a pet, but couldn't give it all the attention in the world.
"Mmm, so. Do you see anything you'd like to do?" Jasper was always the one dragging everyone around. Maybe he ought to actually see what Nihls wanted to do for a change.

Skee-ball! That was a fun game to play. And, if she scored high enough, the grade prize was a large kidden plushie. She couldn't help but really like the light blue one. It reminded her of Enoukn! So, with him on her mind, she set out to make the highest score she possibly could. Be it luck, or skill, she did manage to score just high enough to win herself a plushie. She picked it out and then continued on her way. She just so happened to stop by, yet another, booth giving away free books. Might as well snag another one of those while she was at it!
Again, Perigor seemed upset. If only there was a way he could... put at all at ease, and permanently. It was admittedly a little tiresome to continually reassure him that he was fine, but he supposed that was what friends did. He shouldn't feel sour about it at all. "No, I cennot see why they would think you a cheater, Perigor. Thet is not your style." He shook his head gently, careful not to dislodge either of his... hats? Well, one was a hat... He cast the person who thought it was funny to adorn Teo with a bracelet a scathing look - an expression that rarely, if ever crossed his face. Prometheus was more of a neutral and "half-smile" sort of person. He patted Histeol's shoulder to let him know that he'd heard his thanks, though.
"Then perheps we should head in thet direction." He nodded, then reached out to take Parodia's hand, since she'd been paying attention to something else. He headed over to the booth, and waited in line until it was his turn... Hesitantly he reached into the first box, and immediately regretted this decision. Whatever it was, it was slimy. Resisting a sour look, he simply felt the contents for a moment before deciding on a texture (it was only then that he realized a feeling game was probably not the best option for a full-blooded litch...) "This is... jello?" He tilted his head up at the game master, who laughed and nodded. He was then handed a towel to wipe off his hand, and was awarded a bracelet for being a good sport.
He stepped off to the side to watch the others take their turn-- though not after being pummeled by yet another plush. This one half his size! Nine, someone had better tell the engineering club to stop launching plushies in their trebuchet....

Had he ever gotten that sort of look form someone before? Probably not- he'd gotten scolding looks or mildly pleased ones from a certain individual he wasn't speaking to anymore, but that was about it. Actual approval from Anchriesel was a new experience, and it gave him a sort of feeling he'd never felt before. Warmth? Giddiness? Whatever it was, he was hooked the instant he felt it. He needed to get more. And he'd do whatever he thought was necessary in order to get it. He'd gotten so lost in exploring that new emotion that he hadn't really been paying attention to how much he was staring, or how close he was getting... While they were linked arm-and-arm, he hadn't exactly been leaning on Chries before, but he certainly was now. At least, while he waited for Foras and Alioth to have their turns..
Naturally, they showed off. Foras not even trying to display the earrings - of course - and Alioth... Well he didn't really have to do anything to show off. Ganymede could admit that he was plenty pretty just on first glance, nevermind the draping himself on Foras. Eugh. Gag. He removed himself from Chries's side to go take his turn-- and successfully managed to pop three balloons at once! Score! He picked up one of the books - oh... he'd heard about this one...... Well, maybe it wouldn't be as bad as he'd heard. Just as he was about to step away, the attendant thrust a plush at him. Gods, what was he going to do with this!?
He turned and looked back to Chries, then, quickly glanced at the plush.... back again..... Ding. He shuffled over and held it out, attempting to put on a genuine smile (it felt so strange). "H-here, it kind of looks like you a little.." Right?? Was that okay?? Hopefully he wouldn't consider it an insult........

Oh good, they'd noticed! Or at least Xenophon had. He couldn't help but stomp his little hooves in excitement as they came over, tail wiggling furiously under his coat. "Hello Xenophon, Jurvik!" Of course, his excitement shone through his voice as it came out a little louder than he'd intended. He couldn't help it! He was happy to see them! Pus, Xeno had won a plant! (Never mind that everyone won plants.) "You sure do, honey! My solstice is going very well, how about you two? Enjoying yourselves?" He passed over one of the little pots to Xeno, and then looked to Jurvik.
"Ahhh you just missed Leif! I could've introduced you two... He went off to find one of his friends he spotted." He nodded, then squinted as he scanned the room.. Aha! He pointed off towards the gingerbread houses, where Leif had caught up to Kadali. "There he is! Ah I'm sure he'll wander back this way eventually, ah well! It's good to see you, though! I hope you're keeping warm!
Speaking of warm, a passing student tossed an unwanted boa his way. Well then! He settled the fuzzy thing around his neck and looked back to Jurvik and Xeno.
