PVP TROLL Miache blanched. Oh lord.....no! In the crowd of rebels was HER! That sweet little tealblooded troll with all her politeness and proper grooming.....what was she doing with rebels? What was she doing in a crowd of SCOUNDRELS!? Oh no....no no no....this wasn't right! He didn't like the idea of her fighting on the PROPER side, let alone fighting with a bunch of rapscallions! And worse yet! Wasn't the yellowblood switching sides? He paled further when he realized just who it was. Oh...not Reemus too.....he didn't want the lowblood being injured, he had tried to protect him before and now this? Was he supposed to join in attacking his....friends?
The rattling sight made the blueblood fumble, nearly hurting himself in the process. Why were they there....two trolls he'd wanted to stand beside, not AGAINST! This felt wrong and just awful in all the worst ways.HP: 18/20

"He's trying! It's-" Ricocheting across the room, Scuttle was out of control and merely rolling wherever fate took him. His child was safe inside him at least even if he was witnessing the violence from close quarters. Now he was bouncing off the first round of drones that he'd rammed into and was rebounding backwards, straight into another line of drones headed towards Byakko!
"I'm trying! Just hang on!" She wasn't the type to go out of her way to help others but since the two of them were literally in the same boat, the boy's safety was at the same level of importance as her's. If he was hit, she was definitely going to be next!
"Does your lusus have any tricks?" Wiggling to try and get comfortable (aka her elbow out of his face), Tevini hoped that whatever was squawking outside could also kick some tail!

More chaos and attacking, Anguis luckily shook off those soldiers nearby. Charging ahead, he took a swing at Kursha with his sword and was glad to see it hit

Pagoni certainly did not want his child mingling with the riffraff, nor would he like to get injured. They stuck to the sidelines, Hemera keeping an eye on the trolls in the battle. Were...were some of their forces...attacking their current leader? That's not how this worked! Why would they do that? "Hey!" she called to the drones. "They can't do that! You can't let the bad guys get more people! What will we do if they win? You have to keep fighting! For the queen! For our livelihoods!"

Stryke is attacking Kursha.
Stryke was being swarmed by drones, and being pulled away from his target. "NO LET ME GO!" he hissed, enraged. The green blood on his daggers wasn't enough, not not nearly. Never before had he been more upset with a single being in his entire life. He'd wanted to believe in that stupid smug b*****d. And now..he fought off the drones the best he could, he'd find an opportunity to take another swing at him.
He would make sure of it.

Reemus is attacking Kursha!After getting in his second hit of the battle, Reemus had time to process Voscil's actions from before. He had basically left her behind to clobber the bloke, and needed to make up for that. "Voscil!" He caught up to her, taking on a defensive stance where her lusus couldn't protect her. "You shouldn't be here, mate! It's a bloody fiasco!" Jeez, when had she gotten so small? He could practically scoot her up and run if he wanted! But Athene and her friends needed help, too... "I won't leave yer side again. Promise. But this b*****d needs to go down."
Woofmum boofed as if in agreement, looking at all that was happening. Well, trolls killing trolls was normal, really. At least lusii weren't being controlled against their will this time.HP: 20/20 Attack: 3 Inventory: Woofmum

Aerona had a chance to back up. She slunk to the back of the cavern and surveyed her own gear. She'd backed a fair amount of explosives as a precaution, but they would certainly not last if she threw them with wild abandon. She had a great shot in her position, though... And even though a few of the royalists might get hurt, they sure as hell deserved it.
She lit up a cherry bomb and chucked it right at Kursha.
Aerona does 6 damage!

MeduMa had decided that it would be best to let the drones do their jobs for now and had ushered Lorata to what she deemed a safe spot on the sidelines. Once there was more space for her, the jellyfish would return to mauling them herself. The seadweller, on the other hand, could not believe any drones were falling at all. "Come onnn!"

Cerpin Sugall"Well... he's really good at finding things." Cerpin looked almost moody at this comment as clearly he'd been found before when he hadn't wanted it. But that skill really wasn't coming in handy for them right now and there was the sound of Blossmom's talons scraping back on the outside of Scuttle. The two trolls tucked away safely inside had no idea what exactly was happening out there but it sounded bad and what they were imaging was still not even half as awful as it really was.
Blossmom, having seen his precious unruly brat of a child crawl inside, decided he would have to take drastic measures to deliver the children to safety. He latched on hard to Scuttle's sturdy shell and-
"Wait, do you hear that? I don't hear the rollers anyYYYYMOREEEE-" As he looked down beneath them through the entrance, the floor was growing further away as Blossmom struggled to lift the heavy turtle and his charges in an attempt to fly over the chaos to safety but stray bullets and general mayhem cause the majestic bird to-
"WE'RE FALLING!" Instinctively Cerpin tried to wrap his arms around the smaller weaker girl in an attempt to shield the lowerbloods from harm as they plummeted below onto a squad of drones chasing some of the rebels away. There was an audible thud followed by several miserable groans.

Afryse is Attacking Byakko! "Witikodad, go!" Afryse didn't know what he wanted to do. He.. He was confliced again. It was a mutant blood, someone he had only read about in books. Normally he was so bold and wanted to protect the down trodden, but this mutant was... it was making his skin crawl. Voscil ran to the other side. Eyes wide, he cried out wordlessly to her. She was gone now. he hadn't seen her in so long and... Afryse deflated. Why...?HP:38/40 Witikodad did 0 DMG

Hazmas hooted as he and Machim ducked and weaved, through the chaos, his lusus' wing hanging protectively over him. The violence was escalating and soon the floor was covered with drones painted in a rainbow of troll blood.
"Go on! Get those geesly villains!" the young green blood called out, cheering on the royal drones, when a flash of orange and black caught his eye.
'Etsali?' he thought, leaning out from under his guardian's wing. 'Was that Etsali?'
'HAZMAS, GET BACK UNDER MY WING!' the ape screeched, and pulled him back by the collar of his uniform.

After her first heroic shout, she fought in deathly focused silence, aside from grunts of pain or exertion. This would not be like the last time – nobody would be spilling their blood to protect her, nearly dying, nothing like that. She would protect them, instead.
She chanted their names in her head like a mantra... Zariah, Beastdad, Milieu, Athene, Odette, Alexin, Ephias, Etsali, Vremea, Stryke... Even Etsali she would protect, if only because to be rid of her would be... strange. She would protect them all.
So even though she bled, even though the battlefield seemed to waver before her eyes in the wake of the flash grenade, even though the din of battle seared her ears, she kept fighting. For them.

Health: 18 Defensive B Trinket: 1/1 Support A Artefact: 1/1 Ephias saw the grenade go up. His eyes widened. Then suddenly he was tackled to the floor by his lusus. Around the fuzzy outline of Wolly, Ephias could make out a flash. There was a loud boom, and he immediately clapped his hands to his head. The worst of it was over though. Wolly stepped off him and he began to rise to his feet. Just then a drone tripped over him though, knocking him back to the ground. The pain flooded Ephias with rage. “G-g-god d-damn it! I don't have t-t-t-t... I don't have time for this!” Keeping the shears closed, he smashed the flat of the blade against the drone's back and staggered to his feet. [ Ephias does 5 damage to Kursha. ]
