Luka was approached by a waiter who wanted to know if she wanted the special she nodded not really understanding what he was asking her. She just wanted to relax a little before heading to work. She still was reeling after yesterday and this morning. This place seemed really popular thought.

Tyrese ultimately ordered out for lunch, a pizza that he picked up himself and walked back to his office. By the time the pizza was ready and he finished his walk, his break was over. As the owner he could extend his break if he wanted, but he instead left his lunch at his desk for later and clocked back in. Humming to himself, the wolf made his way to dining, quickly washing his hands and swooping past Solaris to pick up the order she just called. "Got it~" He chimed, picking up the plate and briskly toting it to the table seating a pink haired woman. He lifted it off the tray, offering a welcoming smile as he sat it before her. "Here you are, ma'am. How's your day going?" He asked, whipping his apron off his shoulder and tying it around his hips. He was kinda all over the place today, but eh. That was him everyday. His shift would be done soon anyway. "Before I go, is there anything else I can get you?"

When it turned out that it was a slight miscalculation, that's when the chef became slightly distraught. Great, now how she could handle that situation? She had to think of something... but then an idea came to her head. After all, she should at least try to feel the customer feel welcomed. She rubbed the back of her own head as she spoke in a soft voice, faking a smile because she didn't want the pink-haired girl to blame herself for that error.

"Well, ummm... I can pay for the food, if that's okay with you, miss. After all, I'm just trying to help." It may sound like a bad idea, but still, at least she was still trying to rectify, having to be responsible for what she had done.

Tyrese furrowed his brows as he heard there was a mistake, tightening the strings of his apron as he murmured a quick apology and felt around in his pocket for the ticket. Had he misheard the order? He looked up again as the pinkette said she couldn't pay for it anyway, "Sorry for the inconvenience. I'll get it straightened out and bring you a glass of water." He extended, picking up his serving tray from where he'd laid it down to put on his apron. Balancing it on his forearm, he gathered the dish back and was surprised to see Solaris walk over. The owner cocked his head as his chef offered to pay for the order, exhaling a long sigh through his nose and setting the plate back down. He gruffly ignored the customer's offer to work it off, quickly and quietly raising a hand to interject. "If we can't get rid of it in half an hour, we have to throw it out anyway. Sola, since you're th chef, I'll let you decide what to do- either if you'd like to pay for it for her, take it back to the kitchen, or let her pay it off." He turned his navy gaze off the violinist and onto the other female. "Sorry again for the confusion. My chef will personally attend to you for the rest of your stay with us." With a small smile, he flipped his tray under his arm and padded back to the kitchen to take the next order in Solaris' place. He could cook orders just as well as he could serve them.

Lola had spent the entire morning practically running around Soleil city applying to the last available jobs she could find. It had been a little over two weeks already since she moved in and still no one had called her back. Everything was so boring without a job! It was kind of frustrating really. With all of it said and done she decided to go walk along the beach. It was a nice enough day and the unhappy incident on New Years Eve was long gone from her mind.

The Huldra just allowed herself to breathe in the wonderful scents of the ocean, and then she noticed a nearby building. With a newfound curiousity she ventured towards it. Eventually she came to the realization that whatever it was it had a restaurant which made her begin to feel hungry. When did she last eat? Hadn't it been pretty early in the morning? It was probably way past lunchtime now.

Feeling incredibly hungry all of a sudden, the woman was grateful for having found such a place so conveniently. Lola entered the establishment and was forced to wait for a bit. It must be that time of day already. Woops! She felt kind of bad for adding to the chaos... Oh well, it couldn't be helped since she was starting to feel fatigued at this point. She was eventually seated and she wasted no time in asking for a water, a plain old salad, and an application. She wasn't really expecting to get hired since she hadn't really seen a "for hire" sign anywhere but it couldn't hurt to try anyway. She was just so desperate!

She waited patiently for her order by humming and peering around the place, simply watching the people doing what they were doing. It was always so fun to see how people interacted with one another, or sometimes even when they didn't. Oh, but it looked as if something was going on. A few tables away was a woman talking to someone that looked like they were from the kitchen. She had the urge to be nosy and see what was going on, though that was cut short as her bizarre order came in. Yay! She pulled out a pen from her purse and began to both fill out the application and eat simultaneously.

Tyrese was...slightly annoyed, but such things couldn't be helped. It would probably happen often, if he was thinking of it all realistically. But however the mistake happened, he'd tell his staff to be more careful. Sometimes it wasn't the staff's fault, but he'd tell them regardless. How you agree to something without knowing what it is, the wolf would never know. Sighing, he shook his head and looked at the next order pinging on his screen. A salad, hm? His menu was entirely organic, so any choice was a healthy one. Turning to his fridge, the owner grabbed out a head of romaine lettuce and washed it. He was aiming to plant a garden, but it would take time and money to build each planter. Since he was still small, about six of such would be enough to reduce his restocks in half between harvests.

Serving up the salad to be transported to a table, Tyrese was notified that his customer had also asked for an application. Oh really? One had already been fetched for her, but out of curiosity, the wolf cleaned his hands and left the kitchen to investigate. The timing was mind blowing, he had just been stressing himself about his lack of workers, afterall. Leaving on his apron, Tyrese spotted out the table and made his way over. He -almost- hated to interrupt, given she looked so focused as he came over. He couldn't help a chuckle as she shoveled food and scribbled words simultaneously. "Ah, sorry to intrude on your work. How are you doing today?" He asked, taking a pitcher and topping of her water. She seemed like she'd need it soon.

By the time the pink-haired girl replied to her inquiry about her work, the chef nodded. "I see... Well, if you want, We can sort things out. I'm patient anyway. Though aside from this work, I also play the violin, which is my main passion. You are welcome to check out my performance at anytime."

It was then that she spotted another female who had just enjoyed her salad. It was another customer who looked jovial even at that hectic time. "Well, I hope you enjoy the meal." She then gave the guest a curt bow before heading back to her station. She had to focus back on her job, after all.
