By the time Sacha made it over to grab some materials for binding there was only one low enough to reach.
But there was a retreating figure that he recognized. "Hey Elly, I didn't know you were so into bindings," he groused as he passed by on his way to collect something else. "Our quest could have ended a lot differently if you'd told me."
Noticing that the other man didn't have any water he quickly stocked up on that before snagging some fire for the rest of his patients.

On this go-around, Jack went really heavy on the alcohol. He knew he shouldn't expect to be able to drink any, but...Well, the astringent smell helped keep him alert. Infection was a deadly thing to combat.

More s**t, more utterly drained patients, more deaths from dysentery. After thoroughly cleaning his hands, Jack wiped at his brow and sighed as he pushed himself to a third knight, whom thankfully only had an infected leg. (And what a situation it was to be thankful for just that.)

Cherry went out hunting for items to treat the wounded, she hunted through barrels and crates to find what she need. She was able to find, 4 bindings, she stuffed into her bag. Then she found a torch and an iron bar, when she wound use to close wounds. Last she found a bottle of alcohol, large enough to treat one wound.

Damn it. He knew he should have gone for more water, but the crowd to get it was often so large. (And no wonder; the battle must be exhausting judging by the rush of knights that came in every so often. He couldn't imagine what horrors they were facing out there.)
One patient died, one was healed, and one was sent on to find someone else. He wiped another bead of sweat from his brow.

It does say on the first page that we get six supplies, go and heal 3 NPC's then we can go back for more supplies. So Im just following the literal interpretation. If I am wrong I will happily concede my errors.
The first patient she came to was already dead. It looked... particularly unpleasant. Estel pulled a blanket over the body and moved on.
She knelt by a woman, holding her candle. "You're going to be alright..."
The woman snatched one of the flasks Estel had gathered up and drank about half of it before pouring the rest on her stomach wound. She screamed and thrashed as Estel cauterized the wound, trying not to think too hard about what she was doing.
The next person she came to...
"Bandages, I need..." She looked around the room in a panic. "Apply pressure there, someone else will get to you in a moment..."

Another head wound. Caoin moved to get some of the items she needed and started to patch the poor knight up. She looked around as she did so to see what else she was going to do. She cleaned the Knight up, soothed them as well as she was going to be able to then looked around. Two more knights than she would go and rest for the day, there was little more she was going to be able to do when she was feeling tired.

A familiar voice!
Turning to look over his shoulder, he caught sight of the smaller man, perking up a little.
"I can think of a good few uses for bindings." He joked back lightly to the other green knight, awarding him a wicked smile, before patting the blonde hair. "Glad to see you again, on the lines. Let's get to healing." He finished, before going to his next poor soul.

How simple - he thought, as he quickly worked on his wound as fast as he had done the prior one.
