Bad finally got Cartwright off him, falling back to a sitting position on the bottom rope. He took a few moments to regain his senses, as the crowd continued to yell at Bad Boy for one of the dirtiest moves to do in a fight. He pulled himself up to his feet by the ropes before dropping back down to his knee. The attacks to his head didn't make things better.JR: Both men are down nontheless, they are both spent, how can this go on any longer!? King: It's Wrestlemania! You'll give away your own heart if you had the chance! At least that's what Bad Boy is willing to risk!JR: No kidding it's Wrestlemania, and Cartwright is willing to risk his career for the Championship here tonight!Bad finally pushed himself up to his feet, and used the ropes to lean on. He smirked finally, because of the fact that he FINALLY stopped the flurry that Cartwright had on him. Maybe he's done for now?
Bad would look to seal that as he moved towards the head of Cartwright, and try to lift him up to his feet. He would put his head under his arm, and Cart's arm over his head in a Suplex position. He would immediately look to hit the "GOTCHA b***h!"

Bad Boy thinks that he has Cartwright right where he wants him as he gets a hold of the hurting Englishman. He looks set to finish him off as he places him into a suplex position. It looks like Bad Boy is preparing to twist downwards with Cartwright into the mat, when suddenly there is a pull in the opposite direction! Bad Boy can't do the twist!
Cartwright pushes Bad Boy backwards, to escape the hold. Both men rebound off opposite side of the ring ropes and Cartwright tries to capitalize on Bad Boy's weakened skull by running towards him with a running enziguri kick, the Cartwright Clash!

Bad was caught again by surprise, as he was shoved back into the ropes and bounced back. Suddenly he saw Cartwright lunge at him, looking to swing his leg right at his head! Thinking fast, Bad ducked under the kick, allowing Cartwright to land on his stomach.
Bad Boy would look to capitalize by moving up to Cartwright's head, pull him up and would attempt to hit the Fiscal Drop!

Bad Boy still has the wits about him to not let a Cartwright kick him in the head, which is a good sign for Bad Boy's state of mind! Cartwright flips on to his stomach and the risk he took with the enziguri doesn't pay-off, as Bad Boy approaches the top of Cartwright's head and plants him into the mat using his backside and knees, placing Cartwright's head between them. Cartwright hits the mat with a thud!
JR: "An innovative move by Bad Boy! He's pulling out all the stops to keep Cartwright down!"
King: "That's the move that's going to give Bad Boy the win!"

The teasing of moves suddenly ended as Bad jumped onto Cartwright, hitting the Fiscal Drop! The crowd let out a huge smattering of booing again. Finally Bad Boy went to roll Cartwright over with his legs, and pin him in the Victory Roll position, pulling his legs trying to secure the win!

The crowd can't believe it! This isn't what they came to see! This isn't what they wanted! But this is what is happening, as Bad Boy hooks the leg again like a pro to secure his victory. The crowd boos and boos as the referee begins to count the pin.
ONE....
JR: "NO!"
...TWO...
King: "YES!"
...TH...WAAAA?!
Cartwright launches his arm up with barely a millisecond to spare!
JR: "YES!"
King: "NO!"
JR: "COME ON!"
King: "If you get any more excited, you're going to have a heart attack!"
JR: "We both know that's your domain, King!"

The kick out forced Bad to fall away from Cartwright, laying on his face to the mat due to exhaustion. The camera catches a priceless look on his face, again of complete shock. He can't believe what is going on now. The crowd continued to cheer, starting up a "Cartwright" chant.
Bad started to push himself up to his feet again. He looked at Cartwright, wondering what the hell was going through his body, somehow he was able to stay alive. What does it take to put him away!?

Cartwright sprawled himself out across the mat. You could see him breathing heavily, his chest bouncing up and down quickly, like he is working on pure adrenaline. It looks like a bruise is forming on his forehead from where he landed thanks to the Fiscal Drop maneuver.
JR: "These men have given it everything that they have tonight."
King: "At least one of them can say, they tried!"

Bad shook his head one more time before going to a crouching position. He put his hands out as if he was ready to send Cartwright down again, he needed to put away Cartwright fast because even he didn't know how much he could stand.
JR: The question is though, is how much does Cartwright have left in the tank? Bad Boy is in firm control, and looks to want to finish off Cartwright!
King: He's completely calm JR! He knows he has the match won already!
Bad would wait for Cartwright to stand back up, so that he could lift him up in the Fireman's Carry position again, and look to drive him with the TKO!

Cartwright had to take his time as he gathered himself together, the adrenaline and the crowd being the only things that were keeping him going at this point. Bad Boy looks like a shark that can smell blood as he patiently waits for Cartwright, knowing that he has the final shot ready to fire at the challenger.
Bad Boy lifts Cartwright up on to his shoulders and the crowd gasps. It looks like they truly are witnessing the end. Bad Boy spins Cartwright around in order to drop him with the cutter for a second time when something strange happens.
Cartwright lands on his feet behind Bad Boy as he lifted Cartwright for the swing! With a burst of last ditch energy, Cartwright tries to plant Bad Boy with his final shot, the Cartwright Crash Burning Hammer! Cartwright is willing to drop the man on his head and neck to get the job done, that's how much this match means.

Bad thought he had it, Cartwright was in his firm grasp, there was no escaping the TKO! The match was finally done with.
However Cartwright had suddenly managed to land on his feet! Bad in a moment of lapse was picked up onto the shoulders of Cartwright! He was planted right on the back of his head, his body folding up before completely rolling to his back.
The crowd let out an "OOHHHHH!" when Bad was dropped on his head! This followed by another roar of approval. Bad Boy remained on his back, completely out of it!

Cartwright practically drops on top of Bad Boy like a Flair Flop, exhausted from that last outburst and not wanting to waste even a milliseconds amount of time between the attack and the pin. The referee gets himself into position as the crowd can be seen leaning over the barricade for a closer look.
JR: "CRASH! CRASH! CRASH!"
King: "Both men are crumpled in a heap, Cartwright is just lucky that he fell second! COME ON BAD BOY!"

The crowd counted along with the referee!
ONE!.....
TWO!....
THREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!
The crowd pops, the roof nearly comes off of Madison Square Garden as the ref rings the bell. Bad Boy is out, and Cartwright wins the WWF Legacy Championship! Bad Boy didn't move at all, and stayed down for a good minute or two, before eventually he would roll out of the ring to allow Cartwright to celebrate winning the Legacy Championdship!

The crowd goes nuts as the referee collects the WWFG Legacy Championship from a member of the ringside crew. Cartwright remains on the mat, exhausted.
The referee helps Cartwright to his feet. He raises his right arm up into the air as the crowd continues to cheer and camera's flash around the arena.
Cartwright is awarded the WWFG Legacy Championship. Cartwright stares at it for a moment as the referee presents it to him, holding it with both hands, facing Cartwright.
Cartwright places both hands around the title and raises it high into the air in the middle of the ring to another huge ovation. Pyro begins to explode around the arena and confetti rains down on to everyone as the camera fades-out with Cartwright smiling with the title, the crowd jumping up and down in joy.
